Review brief: There have been many great tag teams in the past, and I think we have these two making a case for a run for the championship with this movie. Overall I enjoyed this one, plenty of sexy ladies in the cast, a few favorites as well. We had a few technical issues that popped up here and there at times, and of course the whole rosebud thing I could do without, but hey that's just me. After checking this one out, I can say that my expectations are really high for the next installment in this series, which from what I've seen and heard so far, takes things up a notch, and with the cast included, that doesn't surprise me. There was much to like in all the scenes, but I think Vicki was the highlight of this one for me. From start to finish a solid scene that offered plenty of DP fun, and as advertised some double stuffing as well.

Review brief: Jerry Butler seems to have it made: an uber-successful career in the rock n' roll industry, a ton of money and the mansion to go along with it, and a hot, fire-crotched girlfriend who loves him and who caters to his every need. Of course, as with everything, there's always a catch and a price to pay. You see, Jerry murdered his ex-girlfriend, Tigr, a substance abusing rocker chick who got him his start in the biz, and made it look like an unintentional O.D. ... and now he sees her and her face everywhere he goes and in everything that he does. Indeed, his psychosis has him in a severe, downward spiral that even his girlfriend, Colleen Brennan, seems unable to stop. Compounding all of this is the presence of Angel, a young, gold-digging hottie whom the pair has brought home...and whom Butler has difficulty discerning from the phantasm that is his deceased ex. Such is the case in "Star Angel", an exceptional, 1986 release from Command Video and director Cecil Howard.

Vinegar Syndrome has done a great job with their streaming release of Hot Summer in the City on Exploitation.TV. The video looks great and the audio is rather good. Fans of the film should be pleased with this presentation.

Tagging along with them this time, however, is an "adventurer" and photographer, Jay Serling, who's convinced that he's found the way to a lost, Tongan treasure of the past. Of course, this means that the entire group ends up on a hunt for the fortune of yore, which, ultimately brings them into contact with ridiculous, sex-hungry "natives" on another island...who may or may not be all that they seem. Such is the case in "The Pink Lagoon", the sequel to "Surrender in Paradise" and a very good, 1984 release from Collector's Video and the directing duo of Svetlana and David I. Frazer.

Review brief: 42nd Street Forever: The Peep Show Collection Volume 20 is the latest collection of 8mm loops to be released by Impulse Pictures. As is their modus operandi for their loop compilations, Impulse Pictures has included 15 loops on the release broken into the three categories of boy/girl, three or more, and lesbian. The vintage of the loops ranges from the very early 70s through the mid-80s which is roughly the span of when hardcore loops were produced. The quality of the loops, both in visual and in actual production values, obviously varies from loop to loop. Impulse Pictures has done a nice job with this release. For collectors of the old hardcore 8mm loops, 42nd Street Forever: The Peep Show Collection Volume 20 is a nice addition to your collection.

Review brief: Alpha Blue Archives' Christy Canyon Triple Feature Four brings together three mid-80s shot on video movies that are only related by the fact that Christy Canyon stars in all three of them. The three movies contained on the release are John Stagliano's Evil Angel, a hardbody feature, Hal Freeman's Sinfully Yours, an essentially all sex movie, and Mark Carriere's Savage Fury, a video roughie. Sinfully Yours is the best of the movies on the release with both Evil Angel and Savage Fury feeling like they were rushed productions. Overall, this is a rather disappointing collection of Christy Canyon movies. Alpha Blue Archives has done a poor job with their release of Christy Canyon Triple Feature Four utilizing some rather abysmal transfers.

However, something got seriously lost in the transition from virtual reality to the two-dimensional version resulting in a movie that looks like a promotional reel that a viewer might half pay attention to than an actual all sex movie to sit and watch straight through. If The Sorority Sex Party Experience interests you, this reviewer recommends you just go with the VR 360º version and skip the flawed two-dimensional version. Adam & Eve has done a nice job with their streaming edition of the extended two-dimensional version of The Sorority Sex Party Experience on Adam & Eve TV the image presented looks nice.

Vinegar Syndrome has done a great job with their streaming release of Hot Summer in the City on Exploitation.TV. The video looks great and the audio is rather good. Tagging along with them this time, however, is an "adventurer" and photographer, Jay Serling, who's convinced that he's found the way to a lost, Tongan treasure of the past. Of course, this means that the entire group ends up on a hunt for the fortune of yore, which, ultimately brings them into contact with ridiculous, sex-hungry "natives" on another island...who may or may not be all that they seem. Such is the case in "The Pink Lagoon", the sequel to "Surrender in Paradise" and a very good, 1984 release from Collector's Video and the directing duo of Svetlana and David I. Frazer.

Review brief: 42nd Street Forever: The Peep Show Collection Volume 20 is the latest collection of 8mm loops to be released by Impulse Pictures. As is their modus operandi for their loop compilations, Impulse Pictures has included 15 loops on the release broken into the three categories of boy/girl, three or more, and lesbian. The vintage of the loops ranges from the very early 70s through the mid-80s which is roughly the span of when hardcore loops were produced. The quality of the loops, both in visual and in actual production values, obviously varies from loop to loop. Impulse Pictures has done a nice job with this release. For collectors of the old hardcore 8mm loops, 42nd Street Forever: The Peep Show Collection Volume 20 is a nice addition to your collection.

Review brief: Alpha Blue Archives' Christy Canyon Triple Feature Four brings together three mid-80s shot on video movies that are only related by the fact that Christy Canyon stars in all three of them. The three movies contained on the release are John Stagliano's Evil Angel, a hardbody feature, Hal Freeman's Sinfully Yours, an essentially all sex movie, and Mark Carriere's Savage Fury, a video roughie. Sinfully Yours is the best of the movies on the release with both Evil Angel and Savage Fury feeling like they were rushed productions. Overall, this is a rather disappointing collection of Christy Canyon movies. Alpha Blue Archives has done a poor job with their release of Christy Canyon Triple Feature Four utilizing some rather abysmal transfers.

If The Sorority Sex Party Experience interests you, this reviewer recommends you just go with the VR 360º version and skip the flawed two-dimensional version. Adam & Eve has done a nice job with their streaming edition of the extended two-dimensional version of The Sorority Sex Party Experience on Adam & Eve TV the image presented looks nice.
