When it comes to the AVN Awards and the porn parody category, it's pretty much a lock that Axel Braun will win. For the comic book nerds/geeks, he's pretty much taken the whole erotic fan fiction genre and brought it to life for our pleasure. And that aspect is where he really shines, although sometimes the sex scenes fall a little flat for me. It is wrong or unfair to want some explosive and energetic scenes no matter what genre it is, I do think that the Romi and Ramon scene was the standout and highlight for me. But when it comes to parodies, I think you are more interested in the story, set up and Easter eggs that lead up to the sex between some of your favorite characters. Some major kudos to Seth for his great Ryan Reynolds impression, a definite highlight, but I know Axel puts in some work determining who is going to be in his movies. He's been able to do some high end parodies so far, hitting all of the big franchises, and I believe it will continue this year with Deadpool? He goes the extra distance when it comes to the cast, and always seem to knock it out of the park with his choices, no one is going to deny how great of a job they all did, both male and female. Overall some good sex scenes to go along with the acting, but I am sure you have imagined plenty of naughty scenarios in your head or in your secret erotic fan fiction notebook. A new release from Axel Braun, the first I believe in his new deal with Wicked and it also features his latest contract starlet, Riley Steele. Yes Miss Steele is making a return back to performing after being largely absent in 2013. Five scenes here with four featuring Riley with several males and one scene with Riley hooking up with Aiden Ashley. The finale is all Riley doing a solo scene while wearing sexy black lace lingerie. The action here is more than likely harder than you've seen Riley shoot in the past. A good three man blow bang scene comes to mind and that takes place mid title. Well worth it for the Riley Steele fan who has longed for a title that is largely centered around her with only the one other female in the cast. Recommended. [read the full review]

The claws pop and the costumes drop when Wolverine (Tommy Gunn) and company try to hunt down Wolvie's arch-rival, Sabretooth (Evan Stone), in "Wolverine XXX". A very good release from Axel Braun and Vivid, this flick features a cadre of characters parodying some of the more popular Marvel brands. Included are the likes of Rogue (Allie Haze), Spider-Man (Xander Corvus), Mariko Yashida (Asa Akira), and Phoenix (Andy San Dimas) to name but a few. The casting is certainly strong, as are the costuming and sets, and the sex is generally quite hot. Further, the plot is substantially more developed in this release than in the past couple of Braun's Marvel parodies (i.e. the Iron Man and She-Hulk endeavors)...which never really felt like they fully got going. Four b/g scenes in this one with one featuring Ana Foxxx doing two guys in an all oral scene. Penny Pax does the only anal during this show when she hooks up with Richie Calhoun who plays Spock in this. Evan Stone gets the role of Captain Kirk while Michael Vegas also plays the same role though a younger version of the man. Not a terribly complicated story here so you should follow along easily enough.
