Audio /Video Quality: As usual with Axel Braun behind the camera, the technical aspects are nicely done. The audio is clear and well balanced and I didn't notice any background noises. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and looks very nice. There's nice care towards the lighting as well as a very nice eye behind the camera and a clear picture.

The Movie: When Loki (Tommy Pistol) tricks Thor (Brendon Miller) into throwing his hammer Mjolnir at him, Loki directs it to Earth. Although forbidden to go after it, Thor does so anyway knowing the trouble Loki could cause with his weapon of choice. Little does Thor know, Loki isn't alone in his plans and also has Amora the Enchantress (Nicole Aniston) and Skurge the Executioner (Dick Delaware) aiding him.

Kimberly (Lady Sif) gets busy with Tommy (Loki) after he shape shifts from Thor into himself. He kisses her passionately and drops down to eat and finger her pussy. Thor XXX: An Axel Braun Parody is a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, you get the great attention to production values that makes Axel Braun's comic book parodies such a joy to watch. The costumes are great, there's nice attention to the locations, and in this case, there's even plenty of attention to removing the tattoos from the performers. Alyssa Branch is the only person here who shows any visible ink, and it's a very nice relief to watch rather than seeing a set and costumes that seem perfect for the character and situation only to have it broken up by a bevy of tattoos that seem completely out of place. Alyssa's ink doesn't bother me as much as a human, and even that seemed minimized due to many of the camera angles. The sex works well for the most part, with Kimberly Kane delivering some nice anal as well as a nice blowjob. Julia Ann turns out a solid fuck with Mark, and Alyssa and Brendon have a very nice hotel room romp. The only scene that really fell short for me was Nicole and Dick's, as the chemistry just didn't seem to be there. That, however, seems to fit the Thor comics as well as Skurge was in love with Amora while she used him for her own needs. The only real flaw here was the story. This has been a problem with many of Axel Braun's comic book parodies, and thankfully it isn't quite as bad here. The movie moves at a decent pace, and although there are plenty of plot holes and jumps from scene to scene, it isn't anything close to the disjointed mess that Braun's Avengers XXX or Iron Man XXX was. Here the biggest fault is that the movie seems to end one scene to early, with Thor and Skurge about to go into battle. Yes, I'm sure it's not here due to budgetary considerations, and it shows pretty well as the movie ends not like a comic book cliffhanger, but like the movie ran out of money. Thankfully Brendon Miller and Tommy Pistol do a great job as Thor and Loki to drive the movie, but even their handling of the roles isn't enough to save the movie from some of its story problems. Thor XXX: An Axel Braun Parody has solid production values, good sex, and a solid cast, but sadly it's story problems hold it back from being as good of a movie as it feels like it should be.

The Extras: The only extra on the first DVD is a cumshot recap reel, but a second DVD is devoted entirely to extras. Trailers are included for five other Axel Braun parodies. The photo gallery lasts a little under three minutes. There's also a behind the scenes featurette, a non-sex version of the movie, and commercials.

The behind the scenes featurette lasts about five and a quarter minutes. You get a bit of Axel working with Brendon and Tommy along with plenty of flubbed lines from each. This is a very limited behind the scenes featurette, and quite honestly, a disappointment. All you get here is Tommy and Brendon, and although they're both very solid actors and from what I've seen a lot of fun around the set, but what about the ladies? Kimberly Kane always seems to bring plenty to the set and there's some other very solid ladies here that aren't even shown. Add in that there's an entire second DVD to hold extras such as this and it becomes all the more disappointing.

Note to Axel Braun Productions: There's no doubt that you pay plenty of attention to the production values, but I hope you pay a little more attention to delivering a complete story in the future as well.
