Review brief: Irresistible is a fun film from the early 80s that never takes itself to seriously. The story is cheesy and some of the props are lacking, but the film makes for a fun watch. Unfortunately, this version from VCX has been heavily cut, for seemingly no good reason, which has removed part of the story from the film and most of the point behind it. If you've never seen the film, you probably won't notice the edits, but if you have, you're sure to notice something is missing. The transfer isn't the best, but it's better than many other releases from VCX. If you are a fan of the classics and don't mind having an edited version of the film, this disc is worth picking up, but I'd wait for it to be on sale.

Review brief: Viewers who want to follow the limited plot will want to view the first part of the film before watching this one. Viewers who don't care about the plot can watch this film independently of the rest. The plot itself is rather disposable and although it does slowly tell a story, it doesn't tell much of one. The sex, albeit formulaic, is fun to watch and looks nice. Viewers who like their sex on the tamer side but with an emphasis on anal will enjoy the sex scenes the most. I'd recommend giving this film a rental before purchasing to make sure that this is one that you want to keep in your permanent collection as unless you are a big fan of one of the stars, one viewing will probably fulfill your interest in the film.

Review brief: Overall, Finesse is a grab bag of a film. The plot is useless and ends up just getting in the way of the sex. The film is beautifully shot though and features some nice looking tame sex. If you are a fan of one or more of the stars and don't mind a disposable plot, you might want to give the film a rental. If you like nastier sex or the presence of an attempt at a plot turn you off to the film, then you'll want to pass on this title. If you like the film, this disc gives it a great presentation with a nice collection of extras and a decent presentation of the film.

Review brief: As far as I'm concerned, the two scenes by Patrick Collins are worth picking up this disc alone. Viewers that like nastier scenes, may not be as impressed with the two from Patrick, but will find plenty to like in the scenes from Atom Faktor, Thomas Zupko and William H. If the film sounds good to you, you should pick it up. If you are questioning it go ahead and give it a rental, you probably won't be disappointed.

Review brief: I wish the story had been better and the sex scenes had fit into the film better, however, Arsenic - Part 1 isn't a bad film, it's more of an average adult film. Viewers who don't care about a story, but also don't mind the presence of one, and sex featuring a lot of anal, will have the best chance at enjoying this film. Viewers who hate the presence of a plot or like tame sex will want to pass on this title. If you want to follow the plot, you'll want to rent or pick up Arsenic - Part 2 at the same time so you can follow the complete story. If you are interested in the film, I'd recommend a rental before a purchase to make sure this is one that you want in your permanent collection.

Review brief: Unlike what the title might suggest, Nasty Girls 14 is an excellent all girl film which instead of relying on nasty acts to get viewers, instead allows the female cast members to enjoy each other and lead their scenes where they want them to go. Due to some nastier acts, couples viewers and fans of extremely tame sex might want to rent the film before buying it. I highly recommend this film to viewers who like all girl films who should just go and purchase the title as you'll be definitely be watching it more than once.

Review brief: Although the audio and video quality of the movie leave something to be desired and a watermark is present on the disc, Real Life Twins Volume 1 is a very fun amateur adult film. The cast is obviously having fun at all times and the lack of structure is a nice break from standard adult films. The sex is on the light side, so viewers that require nasty sex will be disappointed in the sex present and there is no story, so viewers that like a plot with their porn may want to pass on the title. If the title sounds good to you, I'd suggest picking it up, just don't pay too much due to the video quality problems.

Review brief: Opera, according to Thomas Zupko, is inspired by Peter Greenaway's Prospero's Books, which in turn is based on William Shakespeare's The Tempest. The movie contains many of the themes that are present in Shakespeare's plays, especially tragedy and betrayal, but it is in no way just a porno version of either production, nor does it really resemble either production. It is its own film, which contains a full story and has been excellently put together and is a shining example that nastier, rough sex can work within a feature film. The Shakespearian influence is obvious when watching the film, but if Zupko hadn't said that is was inspired on Prospero's Books, I never would have noticed. Viewers that don't like porn with a plot or nasty rough sex will probably want to pass on this title. Everyone else should give it a try, as even if the sex scenes don't quite work for you, the rest of the film is worth watching.

Review brief: After slowly headed down a downward spiral quality wise, followers of the Barely Legal series will be happy to know that this volume stops the spiral and starts heading back up the ladder on the quality. Although this entry isn't as good as the first entries it is definitely better than some of the more recent entries in the series. Viewers who like tamer sex with a small bit of a story in their adult films might want to check this volume out. If you've been finding the series disappointing recently you might want to rent before purchasing but if you've enjoyed the last few volumes you can skip the rental and just purchase this one.
