Review brief: The Little Details Running Time: 81 min. Production Date: 2 / 2000 Director: Dick Dumont Cast: Kaylynn, Africa, Serena Tudor, Jasmine La Cruz, Mary Stuart, Jamie Gillis, and Mike Metropolis The Short Story Initial Expectations: Ive bene getting into fetish movies more and more lately. This isnt normally my thing, but RedBoard has such a great back catalogue that Im curious to see how their DVDs are. Initial Reaction: Its nicely varied and surprisingly well done. Who Should Watch It : B&D fans who want to see people pushed to varying degrees and past crying Who Should Avoid It: Anybody who doesnt want to see women crying The Technical Stuff Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are very well done, especially for a fetish feature. Most of the audio is very clear and very well balanced. There are a few background noises, but theyre only during the outdoor portions of the movie and things such as planes or traffic going by. The video is much the same way.

Production Date: 12 / 05 / 2003 Director: Reno Ash Cast: Michelle Lay, Dee, Christie Lee, and Jayna Oso The Short Story Initial Expectations: Club Renos movies, as well as their overall DVDs, have really impressed me so far. Im going into this one with some high expectations. Initial Reaction: It makes me wish that I was a lesbian! Who Should Watch It : Anybody wanting sex with chemistry Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting girls seeing how nasty they can get The Technical Stuff Audio /Video Quality: The audio is clear and well balanced. Although the movie keeps a very basic and simple feel, the audio doesnt have any problems such as noticeable background noises to give it a cheesy feel. There were a couple background noises towards the end of the movie, but they were so quiet that I had to strain to hear them. The video is also nicely done. Its lit very realistically and barely has any grain.

Depth, and Jr. King The Short Story Initial Expectations: Ive had mixed luck from Smash, but for some reason Im going into this one with fairly high expectations. Initial Reaction: It has a few faults, but is still a very good interracial movie. Who Should Watch It : Anybody wanting a good variety of sex with black men and white women Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting a lot of ass to mouth or extremely nasty action The Technical Stuff Audio /Video Quality: The audio is pretty good. Most of it is clear, but there are a few areas where the dialogue is a little muffled. The level also changes very slightly in a few places. The video is nicely done. Theres just a hint of grain and things are well lit.

Im looking forward to this one. Initial Reaction: The movie struck me with the who cares, its just porn attitude, but Smash put enough care into it to raise the overall package up to the average level. Who Should Watch It : Fans of the stars or anybody having trouble sleeping Who Should Avoid It: Anybody who wants well lit scenes The Technical Stuff Audio /Video Quality: The audio is nicely done. Its clear and well balanced, and I dont think I heard a single background noise. The video leaves a bit to be desired. Its pretty clear, but the lighting is a little on the dark side. Theres plenty of shadows to interfere with things and it varies a bit in the scenes.

Im looking forward to this one. Initial Reaction: Its okay, but nowhere near close to special. Who Should Watch It : Fans of the stars in the movie Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting something special or well done technical aspects The Technical Stuff Audio /Video Quality: The audio is okay. The voice overs are kept at about the same level as the action in the scenes, and I dont think I heard a single background noise. Some of the dialogue in the movie is a bit low, and often left a bit to be desired. The video leaves much more to be desired. Its often a bit dark and has a fair amount of grain and cloudiness as well as a few very noticeable remnants. Its almost like watching a VHS picture.

Its clear and well balanced and I dont think I heard any background noises. The video is much the same way. Its crisp and clear, and although there are a few shadows, almost all of them feel natural. Music: The music is nicely balanced but the feel normally varies from scene to scene. Menus: The menus are nicely done.

Theres a soft blowing sound in the background of some of the sex scenes, almost like quiet wind noise, thats barely noticeable and with the music almost completely disappears. In most of the scenes its clear and well balanced, but there are some very noticeable background noises in the outdoor scenes. The video is also very good. Its clear, well balanced, and well lit throughout the entire feature, although there are a couple places where the crew starts to get into the shot. Some areas are nicely done, while some areas have a bit of background noises and yet others appear to have been so plagued by background noises that the music is the only audio. The video isnt quite as bad, but it isnt great either. It has a bit of noticeable grain throughout the feature, and the lighting varies a little throughout the feature as well.

Its normally nicely balanced, but due to some of the locations a few scenes sound a bit hollow and theres a little very minor dubbing. The video is very nice. Its clear and barely has a hint of grain, as well as being nicely lit.
