Im not really sure what to expect here. Initial Reaction: Its far from perfect, but one of the best Ive seen from Candida Royalle. Who Should Watch It : Anybody wanting something more on the erotic and almost softcore side of adult films Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting consistent sex scenes or to see pop shots in each scene. Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects arent too bad. The audio is clear and well balanced, and has few signs of background noises or any other problems. The video isnt quite as good. Theres some noticeable pixelation, which is just beyond looking slightly grainy. Theres also a few remnants that pop up now and then.

Im not really sure what to expect here. Initial Reaction: Its beautiful but often boring and a letdown. Who Should Watch It : Anybody whos afraid of porno and sex or anybody wanting to see new guys Who Should Avoid It: Anybody who thinks porno should be about hot and complete sex scenes or who wants things like pop shots Audio /Video Quality: The audio is normally fairly clear, but slightly off balance. The locations throw it off a little a couple times, but it also seems to fit the locations at those places. The video is a bit artistic. It has a soft feel and the lighting is often played with to help with the mood of the scenes. The video definitely helps with the artistic feeling of the feature, and makes things very beautiful.

Im not really sure what to expect here. Initial Reaction: It almost put me to sleep. Who Should Watch It : Anybody looking for porn thats a step up from softcore Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting pop shots or porn that takes any kind of risks Audio /Video Quality: For the age of the feature, the technical aspects are pretty good. The audio is a bit hollow, but its well balanced and free of background noises. The video has a bit of grain and more than a few shadows, and looks fairly close to VHS quality. Although I normally have higher expectations than this for DVD movies, with the movie approaching twenty years old Im pretty happy with the presentation here. Music: The music has a soft and often fun feeling that seems pretty neutral.

Some of the dialogue is hard to understand due to the levels changing slightly throughout the movie. The video shows some slight grain, almost as if it were shot on film. The lighting varies throughout the movie, which gives it a slightly artistic feeling at times and at other times it makes it seem like the budget wasnt quite high enough. It also mixes full color and sepia toned footage, which works very nice and makes the feature seem a bit timeless and artistic. Music: The music is soft and sensual.

Most everything here seems very reminiscent of VHS. The audio is clear, but seems slightly muffled at times. The video has a yellowish tinge to it as well as some slight grain. Theres also a few shadows that interfere. Music: The music is soft and rests very quietly in the background for most of the movie, but it sounds more like a loud train wreck for the orgy scene.

The audio is slightly off balance at times, as the traffic seems a bit louder than the performers at times, but is normally clear and you never have a problem hearing the performers. The video has some slight grain, but its even throughout the movie and there arent any remnants that pop up. There is, however, a few areas with some bad pixelation.

The main audio is on the left channel, while the music is on the right channel. This seems to make it very easy for one to drown out the other, and because of it I had a hard time understanding some of the dialogue. Theres also some of the audio which appears to be dubbed.

Im not really sure what to expect other than beautiful sets. Initial Reaction: Its beautiful but extremely shallow. Who Should Watch It : Anybody wanting beautiful settings, elaborate costumes, and softer sex Who Should Avoid It: Anybody who wants to hear the performers or who doesnt want much art direction Audio /Video Quality: The audio leaves a bit to be desired. Much of the plot sequences are done with a voice-over by the storyteller, and they have a very soft feeling. Sadly, its so soft that I had an extremely hard time making out most of the words that were being said and had to go back many times to figure out what was being said.

Initial Reaction: Its a surprisingly great couples movie. Who Should Watch It : Anybody wanting something soft, romantic, and erotic Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting something that feels unique Audio /Video Quality: The audio is clear and well balanced for the most part, but a couple areas seem a bit off. The video has a bit of grain, and is normally well lit. There are a few shadows that interfere, but for the most part they enhance the scene rather than detracting from it. Music: The music is pretty typical porn music, but is balanced very nicely with the rest of the audio.

At times it gets a little scratchy, almost as if it was maxed out when recorded, and there are a few background noises as well. The video is much the same way. Its normally nicely lit, but theres just enough grain to be noticed and a few soft focus blurs. Music: The music has a bit of a rock feel, and rests very nicely in the background.

They only went higher when I actually had this one in my grubby little hands because I think its the best presentation Ive ever seen for a DVD. The set comes in a VHS-sized box with a slide off plastic cover to free a thick CD case sided package that resembles a leather pouch (complete with a silver button with leather tassels). The pouch folds open to reveal the three DVDs, a few photos for the feature, and a small booklet for the feature.

Initial Reaction: Its okay, but not one of Orleans best. Who Should Watch It : Anybody wanting sex with heavy artistic direction and who doesnt mind slow motion and not really hearing the performers Who Should Avoid It: Anybody who wants to hear the performers and the audio and video to synch Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are very artistic, and I can see many people hating the movie because of them. During the setup sequences, the audio and video are nicely done. Theyre both nicely clear and there are very few shadows. During the sex, however, the video normally slows things down to give the feature a more romantic feel.
