Initial Expectations: Mr. Canterbury had most of this cast together in Stripped: Carmen Luvana, which really impressed me. After how much I enjoyed that one I’m really looking forward to this one.

Initial Reaction: I’ll admit that I had too high of expectations going in, but this one is everything it seems to try to be.

Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting something really soft or really hard

Audio /Video Quality: The audio leaves a bit to be desired, and it’s mostly with how it’s mixed. The main audio is on the left channel, while the music is on the right channel. This seems to make it very easy for one to drown out the other, and because of it I had a hard time understanding some of the dialogue. There’s also some of the audio which appears to be dubbed. The video is nicely lit, but a bit grainy at times. I think Mr. Canterbury likes shooting on film, so I’d guess that some of the grain is there intentionally to approximate a film-like feel. Unfortunately, the amount of grain varies throughout the feature, which makes it feel sloppy instead. There are also a few areas where the footage seems recycled in the scenes. It’s only slightly noticeable, but that’s still noticeable enough.

Music: The music varies nicely though out the movie. Some of it has a rock beat, some is slow and sexy jazz, and some just seems fun. The biggest problem with it is that it’s way too loud the entire time.

Borderline False Advertising: The cover makes it look like this is a major Jessica Drake feature, but she’s in the movie less than any other female here. Lezley Zen is the true female lead here, and sadly has the last place in the cast listing. She does a good job here, and I think she’s earned a place on the front cover rather than just a couple small shots on the back cover. There’s nothing downright false here, but it is awfully misleading and something that doesn’t seem at all fair to Lezley Zen (who should have shared the cover with Tyce Bune).

Menus: The main menu is unanimated, but pleasing enough to the eye to still make a favorable first impression, which I think really says something about the people who put this DVD together. The chapter menu is pretty standard, and lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene. It also lets you jump to either the start of the scene or the pop shot.

The Feature: The Hotel Luna is your typical hotel. On the weekend there’s things like rock stars, weddings, and people skinny dipping in the pool, and that never makes things easy on the staff. In this case, the staff is manager Tyce Bune and his assistant manager Lezley Zen, and they have to deal with rock star Evan Stone and his groupies, as well as the drunken wedding party of Mia Smiles and Chris Cannon. Luckily they don’t have to deal with a bunch of drunken Yankee fans smuggling farm animals into their room to celebrate!

Jessica Drake starts things out with Cheyne Collins after getting caught skinny dipping in the hotel pool. She sucks Cheyne’s tool as soon as they get out, and then lays back for him to nail her missionary style without so much as a kiss for her kitty. Jessica climbs up for a cowgirl ride before finally taking Cheyne’s spunk on her stomach and bringing it up to her mouth with a finger so she can get a taste.

This is an extremely likeable scene right from the start. It has a great playful feel that’s quickly established with lots of smiles and laughing, as well as Tyce Bune as the hotel manager catching them in the pool. The heat and energy between Jessica and Cheyne keep things moving after the mood is established, and makes this a winner of a scene even if it is a bit soft and artistic.

Newly married couple Mia Smiles and Chris Cannon celebrate in the hotel next. Although they have a room, they can’t wait that long and stop the elevator on the way up to get busy. Chris gropes Mia as he gets at her goodies before she drops down to take his cum cannon into her throat. Mia gives Chris plenty of nasty looks as she orally inspects his wedding tackle, and then lets him reciprocate on her bald beaver. After they’re both warmed up, Chris takes Mia from behind standing up, and then finishes things giving her a nice pearl necklace.

This is another very nice scene, and it has all the chemistry one would expect from a real life couple. Chris does an okay job here, but it’s Mia that really drives the scene. She really gives some great eyes as the scene goes on, and isn’t afraid to push back at Chris when she needs it a little harder. It still has a fun feel to it, and with the nice chemistry and energy, this one ends up another winner.

Allison Wyte takes on Tristan Seagal in hopes of seeing Evan Stone in the third scene. She gobbles his knob before letting Tristan fuck her from behind. Finally, Allison takes Tristan’s creamy goodness on her tits.

This is a pretty good scene, but way too short. Allison puts on a good show, and takes Tristan’s size without any problem. There’s nothing overly special about the scene, but there’s nothing really wrong with it either.

Jackie Moore, a decent looking brunette, takes on Evan Stone in the next scene. After introducing herself to Evan and letting him know she’s nineteen, she agrees to show him her pussy rather than her i.d. Evan works Jackie’s pussy up to four fingers before she shows him her appreciation orally. Jackie climbs up to ride Evan reverse cowgirl style before he pile drives her. They finish things up doggie style before Evan decorates Jackie’s nicely natural tits.

This is another decent scene. Jackie matches Evan’s aggressiveness perfectly, and they keep things energetic without making things overly aggressive. It’s a nicely done scene, and having more than two positions helps it rise above many of the rest here.

Allison Wyte and Jackie Moore put on a show for Tristan Seagal and Evan Stone in the penultimate scene. They start out diddling themselves while kissing each other occasionally, and move on to playing gently with each other. They pick things up a little when Jackie bets a chance to spank Allison and rub her pucker, before moving things into a sixty-nine. They break out a toy and finally grind their twats together to finish things up before sealing the deal with a kiss.

I’m not sure why, but I just couldn’t get into this scene too much. The girls seem to be into each other at times, but more often than not I had a feeling that they were gay for pay or being held back to keep things nice and soft. It’s not a feeling I like when watching scenes, and it help me back from really getting into this one. The only thing I really have to say that impressed me about the scene is that it ended pretty naturally rather than feeling cut off.

Finally, Tyce Bune decides to get a little inner piece with Lezley Zen. Tyce tongues her pierced puss before sliding a couple fingers in, and quickly moves on to fuck her from behind. They break so that Lezley can give Tyce a little sloppy oral love before climbing on to ride him cowgirl style. Finally, Tyce pulls out and decorates Lezley’s great ass.

This is a pretty good scene to finish things with. Lezley Zen has really impressed me in the past, and she put in every thing I hoped for here. She’s energetic, vocal without going overboard, and puts in just the right naughty looks. It’s a hot scene, and a great one to finish things up with.

Behind Closed Doors is a nice piece of porno fluff. To some people that’s a bad thing, but I can’t really complain about it here. It’s all done very nicely here, and it never tries to be anything more or less than a pleasant diversion. The scenes have a fun spirit about them that’s helped out quite a bit by some great chemistry, and most of the scenes give you a feeling like the performers are really enjoying themselves. I would have liked to have seen a bit more oral pleasure for the women, but I also like how the oral sex was worked into some of the scenes in the middle rather than having it all opening up the scene. The only real misfires here were Allison Wyte’s scenes, but even those were pretty average. Behind Closed Doors is a nice piece of porn that should make for a nice escape for couples looking for something to get them in the mood slowly and easily.

Extras: The photo gallery lasts just over a minute and a half with about five seconds per very nice looking snapshot or full screen photo. Information is included for the entire cast. In each case you get a link to the star’s scene and a photo, and in many cases you get some personal information as well. Trailers are included for The Puppeteer, Invisible, and The Fiesta. There’s also a link to the movie credits, website information, and a bonus scene.

The bonus scene comes from Jewel De’Nyle’s Wild Ride and features Jewel taking on Billy Glyde. Jewel starts out sucking and stroking Billy’s oversized cock while also playing with his nipples. Overall: Currently, Adam & Eve’s DVDs can be found online for between $8 and $25, with several stores offering this line of DVDs for under $10. The low end is pretty fair here. The movie’s decent and there are some decent extras, but the technical aspects are lacking here.

Note to Adam & Eve: A little more attention to the technical aspects would have been very nice here.
