Initial Expectations: Although I’m afraid of sequel-itis here, Seymore Butts behind the camera really does pique my interest.

Initial Reaction: Up until the last few minutes it’s a fantastic fuck flick!

Audio /Video Quality: I’m really not sure what to say about the audio, because it’s basically only music. There’s a few areas where you get to hear the performers, but the vast majority of the movie is only music for audio. The video is very well lit, but it does suffer from a bit of grain. This is pretty standard for features which are shot on film, I wouldn’t say that the grain is any worse here than in other shot on film features I’ve seen. The grain is even to the edges, although there is a slight off-color band along the right side of the screen and there are a couple minor flashes of remnants.

Music: The music is pretty much the only audio, and is sexy and consistent throughout the feature.

Menus: The main menu is decently done. There’s a little animation and a bit of the movie brought in to help it make a good first impression. The chapter menu lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene and a title for the scene.

The Feature: Dinner Party 2: The Buffet follows Hakan after he accepts an invitation to a party at Tyler Sweet’s home. Rather than explore each other’s fantasies through stories, as was done in The Dinner Party, everybody follows their primal urges. There’s a few stories, but mostly everybody gets a taste of what’s to be had at the party.

Lisa Ann and Tyler Sweet start things off by a piano. Lisa helps Tyler out of her clothes to reveal some sexy black lingerie and a strap-on, which she eagerly sucks before letting Tyler lead her away and strip her out of her silver outfit. Tyler works Lisa over with her tongue and fingers, and even gives her ass a slap or two before fucking her with the strap-on. Surprisingly, Tyler only gives it to Lisa missionary style before they collapse together and finish things with a kiss.

This is a hot scene! The camera focuses almost exclusively on Lisa, but she gives Tyler such great looks and is so obviously into it that it still works. It’s surprisingly simple, but sometimes simple works much better than complex. This is one of those times.

Dina Jewel’s birthday party is the focus of the next scene. Mr. Marcus starts out spanking her before Lisa Ann, Court Knee, Kelly Trump, Stephanie Swift, and Tyler Sweet join in while Tom Byron videos it. After being spanked, Dina rides Marcus cowgirl while the others watch and lightly play with them and each other. Dina also takes it from behind before Marcus decorates her ass with his creamy frosting.

This is a nice scene! I really like how it basically stayed a couple scene rather than turning into a full fledged orgy. There’s a great sense of fun about this scene, and it really makes it work well. It’s artistic, but the artistic nature never interferes with the heat. This is a very likeable scene.

After Stephanie Swift lets people have a little drink as different glasses are poured down her back, Court Knee and Kelly Trump take on Sean Michaels in a pool. The girls team up to work Sean over orally before he bends Kelly over and starts doing her from behind. Courtknee takes her turn next, letting Sean ream her rear while Kelly spanks Sean and teases him from behind with her tongue before the girls share a facial.

It’s a very soft and gentle feeling scene, despite having a good bit of anal action. Once again, it has a very nice feel to it. It’s a bit artistic again, and throws in a few underwater shots that work pretty well. There’s some nice chemistry, and although part of me really wanted to dislike it, I couldn’t.

Stephanie Swift gets it on with Hakan in the fourth scene. Hakan had to remove himself from the room to try and take care of things a little, and Stephanie refuses to let him do it himself. She crawls up and replaces his hand with her mouth around his cock and devours it as if it were the last cock on Earth. They move so that Hakan can sit down as Stephanie sucks him, and she finishes things with an okay facial.

Normally I don’t care too much for oral scenes. They just seem like a tease that doesn’t really finish the job so many times. That couldn’t be further than the truth for this scene, as I think this might be the best oral scene I’ve ever watched! Stephanie doesn’t just suck and stroke it, she darn near becomes one with it. It’s an amazing scene and one heck of a winner!

Tyler Sweet takes care of herself in a VR situation, and is found by Hakan before Sophia Ferrari and Kimberly Kummings take on Tom Byron outside. They work the oral love all around, including a bit of rimming for Tom, before Sophia hops on Tom for a cowgirl ride. Kim stays in the action by playing with Sophia and pulling Tom out to suck his cock before letting him bone her from behind in each of her holes. I’m not sure what to say here that hasn’t been said already. There’s nice chemistry, nice energy, and even a bit of the real audio from the performers. Both girls really appear to love to take it in the ass, and don’t shy away from Tom’s testicular treat at the end. This is a hot scene!

Dina Jewel takes on Hakan in a dark alley after finding the blindfold he left for her in the next scene. She lets him eat her while she sits on a bench in the alley before sucking his cock. Dina rides Hakan reverse cowgirl style before turning around so he can take her from behind. Dina spins around to devour Hakan’s cock cream when his balls burst, and takes it all on her face and in her mouth, seeming like she doesn’t want to waste a single drop.

This is another winner of a scene. I really like the short setup to the scene, and the touch of B&D works nicely here. Although one would expect a touch of B&D and the location of a dark alley to give a darker and nastier scene, it doesn’t happen here. It’s still very hot and drew me in completely, but it didn’t get into anal or anything that might turn off some couples.

Next up, Stephanie Swift and Sean Michaels return to take each other on. Sean kisses his way around Stephanie while she sits across his lap before she slides down in front of him and returns Sean’s oral attention. They tenderly trade back and forth to work each other over orally, including some nice sixty-nine action and Stephanie taking a couple fingers in her ass, before Stephanie takes it missionary style. Sean also gives it to Stephanie from behind before giving her an impressive facial.

This is a nicely done scene. I really like the way the warmup is lengthened out, which I think is something many couples can relate too. It also makes it look like Stephanie and Sean really enjoy each other and want to drag things out as long as possible. The condom did get in the way of the action for me a bit, as it looked about like an old tube sock put on Sean’s cock, and I couldn’t help but have my attention drawn to it since Sean struggled with it a couple times during the scene. I don’t mind condoms in scenes, and fully believe that the decision of whether or not they should be worn should be left up to the performers themselves, but when they magically appear and are treated awkwardly it’s hard to put them out of your mind.

Things finish up with an orgy involving the entire cast. Tyler Sweet and Hakan start things out on the staircase before coming inside to find Tom Byron and Dina Jewel, Stephanie Swift and Kelly Trump, Sean Michaels and Montana Gunn, and Court Knee and Mr. Marcus getting it on in the main room. I think Diamond is also somewhere in the room, but with this many people, it’s hard to be sure. Hakan quickly joins Stephanie and Kelly, while Tyler joins Sean and Montana. Everybody moves around very nicely through the action, making it feel like an orgy where everybody’s really into everybody else. The action progresses nicely, starting with oral all around, moving into some vag, and finally getting in some anal action with Kelly and Court Knee before the guy goo flies all over the place. Some of the girls share facials, while other take it down under. The only place it doesn’t end up is in somebody’s pussy or ass.

This is an excellent orgy! The camera mixes things up nicely between close-ups of the groups and distance shots that let you see the big picture. There’s even a few aerial shots thrown in that give a nice view. I love how the people move from group to group, and think it’s a big part of what makes an orgy scene work for me. This is one of the best orgy scenes I think I’ve watched.

As the credits role, Hakan watches Midori as she sculpts Scott Style’s ass out of clay. She moves around to suck Scott’s cock, and as she does, the movie ends. I can’t help but wonder what the hell was going through somebody’s head here, especially with Midori listed on the box cover. If I was a fan of Midori who picked this up because of her I’d be majorly pissed here, especially with the cover stating that the movie’s supposed to be at least fifteen minutes longer! I was debating between giving the sex a 4.5 or a 5, and this “scene” easily secured the lower rating. I was also debating between giving the feature a 4 or 4.5 overall and whether or not to penalize it for the difference in length between the cover claim and the actual length. This “scene” secured the lower rating overall as well as the penalty. It seems sloppy and half-assed, and definitely lowered my opinion of the feature.

With the exception of the last few minutes, The Dinner Party 2: The Buffet is an exceptional adult film! There’s not really a plot to the feature, but the party theme ties the scenes together nicely while allowing for a wide array of scenes to be brought together. The sex scenes are all nicely artistic, but unlike so many artistic porn movies, the artistic feeling doesn’t hold the scenes back at all. The scenes vary from short teases to long and slightly drawn out scenes with a bit of a setup, and in every case there’s heat, chemistry, and a great eye behind the camera. This is one of Seymore’s few “couples style” movies, and he shows that he can do this just as well as the gonzo style movies one normally sees from him. My only complaint about this movie is the so-called scene between Midori and Scott Styles, which makes it look like somebody didn’t know what they were doing. The Dinner Party 2 is a fantastic sequel that does a great job of living up to the potential of the original.

In each case you get a photo of the star and a few photos. There’s also a two minute photo gallery that gives you about six seconds per good looking full screen photo.

Overall: Currently, Adam & Eve DVDs can be found online for between $7 and $25, with this line of DVDs often being available for around $10. Although the DVD as a whole leaves a bit to be desired, at the low end this one’s a steal! There’s some grain because the feature was shot on film, but the technical aspects aren’t too bad. There isn’t much for extras, but the movie itself is extremely hot! This is a feature worth checking out!

Note to Adam & Eve: It’s great to see you letting stores sell your older titles like this at a lower price! I hope this title gets re-released as a director’s cut with the additional footage that appears to be missing!
