The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are pretty standard for old school gonzo. There are a few background noises and the audio balance varies a little throughout the feature. The video has some of the camera shake that your used to and a few shadows also. That said, it’s also pretty standard Evil Angel technical aspects, which means that all of these complaints are pretty minor and the video is about as clear as you can hope for. Joey uses the ‘gonzo complaints’ to his advantage, and they work to give his movies a minimalist feel that actually works rather than holding it back.

Menus: As usual, Evil Angel has put some nice effort into their menus. The main menu is simple but nice, and includes a little animation and a little of the movie. The chapter menu is also nicely done and lets you choose a group of chapters by a small clip from each group and the name of the ladies in the group. Finally, there’s the fetish menu which lets you go directly to specific sex acts such as tease, pussy licking and rimming, and male anal sex.

The Feature

Joey Silvera is back behind the camera and ready to wrap up his amazing Please! series. As with the rest of the series, there isn’t really any plot, but there’s often a bit of fun in the sequences leading into the sex. Unlike many gonzo pornos, you hear Joey now and then as he gives the stars a bit of direction, praise, or even just a bit of small talk.

Scene 1 - Brooke B. and Lexington Steele

Brooke, a cute dirty blonde with a pierced nose, starts things out working on a universal weightlifting machine. Scene 2 - Kate Frost, Nadia Foster, and Wesley Pipes

No, Frank isn’t extremely macho, but he does come off as a normal type of a guy. That’s really the key to why this scene worked for me (other than Joey’s normal excellent eye). Frank’s shy at the start of the scene, but he doesn’t come off like the raging homosexual in other scenes like this. This is a great pegging scene, and with the job that Crisbel does in it I hope to see more of her in the future!

Scene 4 - Sandra and Franco Roccaforte

Sandra walks outside, looking around carefully as a message pops up to let us know that she has a boyfriend who would kill her if he knew what she was doing. The camera work went with Joey’s normal straightforward approach, and although Joey kept quiet through this scene, his hand creeping in during the middle of the scene seemed natural for his style. It’s a very hot scene, and another definite winner despite being the shortest scene in the movie.

Scene 5 - Clare P. and John Decker

Joey Silvera shoots and scores with his final installment of the Please! series. Every scene is a winner here, and Joey manages to take things a step or two farther than I’m used to even from him. Crisbel’s scene with the pegging and female dominance is probably the best scene like it I’ve watched, Kate and Nadia’s scene with Wesley had me utterly amazed, and the scene between Sandra and Franco amazed me by having the feel of a John Leslie scene combined with a bit of Joey’s style. Heck, everything about this movie turned me on, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it took some people a couple weeks to get through these five scenes. Please 13 is an excellent addition to this always great series!

As usual, Joey gives you a movie that’s well worth the money even if it doesn’t have much for extras. The sex is extremely hot without a bad scene in the movie, and the technical aspects are nicely done. This one’s a winner!

Note to Evil Angel / Joey Silvera: Although I’m sad to see this series end, you definitely took at out on top! The only thing that held this one back from a five star overall rating was the lack of extras.
