As the title implies, the emphasis on this series are the low cut fit jeans that is popular among adolescent females. The first movie had several technical deficiencies that made it decidedly mediocre. Aliana Love & Erik Everhard Whitney Stevens (a, dp), Steve Taylor, Scott Lyons, and Joe Blow Kendra Devons, Steve French, and Joe Blow Mariah Heart (a, dp), Tee Reel, CJ Wright and Dick James Paulina James, Evelyn Lin, and Erik Everhard While I was watching this movie, despite the emphasis, I didn't really notice the jeans. I guess it was because the girls didn't have on the same gaudy pastel coloured jeans like in the first movie, instead concentrating on standard blue and black jeans. Overall the female cast isn't as attractive as the first movie even though the video quality is improved. Title: Conquest: Special Collectors Edition Released by: Wicked Pictures Normally you dont hear "adult film" and "special collectors edition" together in the same DVD. But the folks at Wicked Pictures brought the two together quite well. Ok, lets start with the movie. This is a movie about pirates that actually uses a REAL ship. Were not talking the set of a ship or an elaborate mock-up with a green-screen ocean. Im sure that set producers back quite a bit, which probably also explained why they only used ONE ship. Period costumes, period weapons, and some attempts at period language. Now without even watching the opening credits, I knew that this was an Adam & Eve production, even if it was released by Wicked Pictures. How do I know, you ask? Because of the excessive use of slow motion, especially during the sex scenes. Well fortunately they dont go overboard as they did with some other movies ("Caribbean Undercover" comes to mind). Wicked Weapon held a lot of potential for being a great film. The cast and directorial talent is there. And both of the companies that made the film, Wicked Pictures and Video Marc Dorcel, have both put out some excellent works. Unfortunately, the film never quite lives up to it's ultimate potential and ends up falling short. This isn't to say that Wicked Weapon is a bad film, it's just not the film it could have been. Fans of Laure Sainclair and Jenna Jameson will definitely want to pick this title up as Wicked has done an excellent job with the presentation on the disc. Viewers that don't like a plot in their porn will probably want to pass on the title.
