This is a girl point review, so I tend to value different aspects of a DVD than I notice in the men's reviews. This dvd is for women, and I have so far - 5 or so Playgirl dvds, but this is my second favorite (next to Sexual Exploits of Jean Val Jean naturally). This dvd is so worth your money for 4 reasons, Jean Val Jean, Christian, Niko and the actor in the vignette titled "Wet Elevator". The 4 vignettes with these actors are in scripts that is, for me, a newbie to porn, very hot. The video quality with all these Playgirl videos are murky, darkish, grainy, and with very few closeups, and what closeups exist - it is only for a second or less. Fashionistas Safado The Challenge Prologue Probably the most anticipated release of 2006 is the sequel to John Stagliano's critically acclaimed Fashionistas. As probably the only working reviewer who never put his two cents in on the original, I'll do it right now. I loved it, and thought that it proved that great feature films could still be made in porn. At the same time, I think it disproved it. Bordering on 4 1/2 hours long with a plot that didn't rival War and Peace in epic stature, it didn't allow for screening in one session unless you were obsessed. That's the price paid for fully realized sex scenes to go along with a coherent narrative. Of course, being that Rocco is the main protagonist, the scenes tend to get extra long. For people like me who enjoy Andrew Blake's recent movies, Body Language is another high-aesthetic tour de force--with a twist. To his typically artistically creative and luxurious settings, high-fashion fetishy garb, and sublimely beautiful women, Blake this time adds several explicit peeing scenes. Viewers who have not liked his recent films, whether because they find them boring, too soft-core, or overly focused on lesbian, rather than hetro sexual activity, and viewers who find peeing scenes a turn-off, will probably not enjoy Body Language. Those, like me, who think Blake is one of the great erotic filmmakers at work today, should find this another masterpiece. Innocence Wild Child is a typical Kalli Vanderhyden production. That is, lots of attractive talent in very sterile surroundings having sex while the camera person circles around them almost non-stop. Theres soft background music, making it a good candidate for the couples porn category. There are long strip teases and masturbation before the action begins in each scene. These can take up to 10 minutes, which causes me to reach for the FF button. The action usually takes place on a single couch or bed with a completely white background. This might add to the lack of warmth throughout the sex. And I get dizzy watching the action as the camera spins round and round the performers. They really do put out great looking product I think it is still the ghost of Jonni Darkko (who moved on to Evil Angel exclusively) or at least some great camera. But for fans of anal, this one wont do. Complete lack of anal sex here with Digital Sin it seems to be either all or none. It is refreshing though at times, just to see some down and dirty vaginal sex. The best scenes are the first 3 the movie fades after that. With a few minor edits, Barely Legal Innocence #1 could be an X-rated flick fit for hotel rooms instead of a XXX-rated flick for strokers. Call this Porn Lite!
