John Sykes plays "The Stalker" who spouts senseless poetry between scenes. "Know the rapture," he says. It's all very weird. I guess there's supposed to be some deeper meaning to "The Stalker"- maybe that he personifies the audience, the viewing public, and his lurking of the girls is the intrusion on their sex lives as represented by the camera, but I don't know....again, very weird.

The energy is good but Angel's performance comes off a bit monotonous and somehow restrained. Her moans and breath pour forth at a nice quick pace, but the variety is missing. Very visually stunning though- each shot is meticulously calculated and Angel's body arrangements are very sexy. I liked the reverse cowgirl- she rides him hard and for very, very long. Usually, the guy will butt in and take over thrusting duties but Angel holds her own- she must have very strong legs.          

act 2: Carmen
vs. Mick Blue 

Scene Highlights:

You gradually understand the sequence of things. This is a great scene with some very well crafted lighting. One thing though- Nick Manning grated on my nerves with his neanderthal dirtytalk and grunting- especially the cumshot when he does his signature, "Dropping loads all over your fuckin' face!"

Scene Highlights: 
Again we have black leather thigh-high boots, this time on Brittney, as she fingers herself hard on a bench. Unfortunately, everything after this part wasn't as great. When the cock came in, the heat seemed to fall. There was a lack of chemistry and I was disappointed by the cumshot. The girl's had their faces arranged perfectly for a nice delivery- their faces were inverted to each other- but the payoff never came due to lack of volume.

First things first....the sex.  It was pretty good. It could have used a bit more energy and I wanted the camera to be more fluid. It seemed locked in place for many of the shots. When it did pan, the movement was so slow to the point that it managed to put a drag on the energy of the scene.   

Visually, this is a stunning film. The lighting, outfits, and sets all harmonize very well. Combined with the beauty of the ladies, we really get a beautiful painting in motion. Ninn creates total atmosphere which carries with it the emotional evocation of a painting. What do you feel? Well, for me, the overtones of this film are dark- lots of shadowy rooms that have the kind of disturbing silence and eerie peace of the night. It's the haunting kind of beauty.       

The interludes between scenes, with their gimmicky editing and flamboyant dialogue all seemed a bit unnecessary to me. It didn't have any purpose- it was too artistic to the point that it alienated the medium, and frankly, I found it rather annoying. One word summarizes it very well: pretentious. But at least it was different.    

I recommend this title for people burnt out from the usual cookie-cutter gonzo fare. This represents a refreshing change of pace for those looking for something more unique.
