Exposed: Katsumi Review

Hey fans wanted to say a few words about this title featuring one of the sexiest and graceful women doing porn today, Katsumi. This Euro treasure has been kind enough to do a great deal of porn over here in the states and she's been justly rewarded come awards season time. Here we get several chances to appreciate this stunning beauty and I should stress this is geared more towards the regular porn fan or the novice fan who hasn't really found a niche that they like yet. Hardcore gonzo fans probably wouldn't be patient enough to wait through all the tease before they get to the action. I recall in one lesbian scene the tease for Katsumi alone was probably 3-4 minutes, then we got a smaller bit of time with her female costar before the girls hooked up and even then the action wasn't even what you see in most mainstream g/g scenes. It was basically Andrew Blake type porn with the girls getting to actually lick the pussy rather than hint at doing it. One other thing that did impress me about this title were the locations used, the outdoor setting for that g/g scene I hinted at was very nice and there was also a b/g scene shot at a lakeside villa that featured some beautiful footage of Katsumi before they go to the sex.

I also noticed the music played way to much for me to fully get into the action. I would say this title is very stylish in it's intent and in that endeavor they succeeded bigtime but for myself as a gonzo fan it was difficult to be patient as the long teases went on but I couldn't help but appreciate the beauty that is Katsumi so for her fans who like to get her in as much as possible this is worth picking up if you can stand the long teases and the fact the action is more stylized than actual fucking like you'd see in a regular gonzo scene. Katumi's great looks went a long way to helping me to watch the scenes. You did get some nice shots of Katsumi's pussy being licked but the music playing along wasn't helping me, like I said it's more style and glamour here more than anything. You see them doing some nasty things but the music just kept getting in the way, it's my gonzo mentality sorry. I could see Katsumi giving a tremendously hot blowjob but I couldn't hear the sounds you'd normally associate with that act. I have to give credit though, this outdoor scene was shot beautifully, Katsumi looks great but I wasn't able to fully emerse myself in the action due to the music and not hearing the actual sounds of sex. One other thing I did like about this title was in between the scenes you got some good interview time with Katsumi as she answered a variety of questions and that sexy accent of hers was great to hear. Overall you have five scenes in this to watch Katsumi and that gorgeous body. I'm a fan of hers but didn't really get into this one as the "style" pretty much outweighed the substance or maybe more accurate it overshadowed the action as I like to see it in favor of music, wardrobe, location and the actual sex while looking great wasn't allowed to fully be appreciated at least to this gonzo fans point of view. Looking at the first scene now, I get the sounds of sex I like but the lighting is much to dark, then the whole music vibe deal kicks in, seems we are in some sort of club and the music thankfully stops once one fella starts licking Katsumi's pussy but still the lighting is a bit to dark here for me. She's also wearing a big wig piece and it hid that beautiful black hair of hers which I didn't like but I will say this scene at least gave you the sounds of sex that you would normally think you'd hear, there was just some visual stuff going on around Katsumi that were more of a distraction again so I liked it more when the camera focused solely on her. Even the dp action didn't really do much for me in this scene, guess I'm just not cut out for this more stylish kind of porn. As for extras you get the ongoing interview with Katsumi throughout the title, there's some behind the scenes and then a photo gallery as well. Like I said if you're a hardcore Katsumi fan this title might frustrate you on some levels while pleasing also with all the great footage of her amazing body, just don't expect scenes like you've seen with her in America, while the action might look similar the peripheral goings could take away from you truly getting into the action
