Review brief: A (somewhat) QUICK REVIEW: First detail: Transsexual Performers Look Rating is 2.5 This title has been out for about a little over a year, the front cover looks great, but due to circumstances beyond my control, it's taken me a while to get a chance to review this. I almost forgot I had it. So I'll make this review fairly quick, giving enough info to aid in buying or renting decisions if someone should so need it. The chapter index is nice, but makes the scenes look formulaic, like the action follows a script, from the striptease at the beginning to the cumshot at the end, all that's in between doesn't seem spontaneous, as well it shouldn't, I guess. The first thing I notice is the lack of credits identifying who is who to open this movie, and there's no director credited here or on the boxcover. First tranny up is a decent looking brunette, not the hottest, but certainly not the worst I've seen, passable and big tittied with some scarring under from the augmentation. She only has panties on, so her striptease is rather short.

Review brief: The cover is what attracted me to The Boys Are Back In Town, featuring two cute blondes, but much to my surprise, when the film began, was that it was in Portugese. Had I looked closer this is presented by South American Pictures. Guess I was too busy looking at the eye candy! In any event, these boys are hungry for sex and just love to fuck! The film begins with the title only and dives right in to two guys talking. Theres no subtitles so I didnt have a clue as to what they were chatting about, Im sure it wasnt Desperate Housewives. One guy is fairly muscular, black hair, and sports large tattoos while the other guy is slender, and both are attractive. A third guy appears and before he can take off his cowboy hat the slender guy is whipping out his huge cock. Review brief: Nowhere Angels Prologue An interesting looking video just hit my desk, along with a press release/synopsis that describes it as lit porn, combining elements from writers like Brett Easton Ellis, Thomas Pynchon, William Golding, Hunter S. Thompson and Jack Kerouac. I'm going to admit that the only ones on that list I've ever read anything of are Kerouac and Thompson, so hipster and gonzo are covered here. The synopsis reads: "Nowhere Angels" is the story of several young adults coming of age in a burned out wasteland filled with drugs, religions, rebellion, and sex. Measuring their lives in lust, their angels appear from nowhere like messengers sent by the Gods of fornication. The DVD Video and audio quality are below standards I think they want to do it this way to emulate the real feeling.

Sounds like the recipe for a hot flick, right? If the studio was anybody other than Sinsational, the answer would be yes. Unfortunately, the European porn machine that produces Lil Lezzy Prospects #10 and tons of other smut films seemingly every month has forgotten one part of the recipe - how to make the action boil. Instead of giving us volcanic scenes between sexy ladies, it manufactures moderately tepid trysts between girls who appear to be balancing their checkbooks in their heads. The girls are instructed to stare at the camera at all times, lick each other so lightly their partner barely gets damp, and generally pretend that encounters like these happen so frequently they are actually bored by them. Sort of like the viewer. Sixteen girls, two paired in each of the eight scenes, and not one of them cracks a smile or gives the impression that what their doing is fun.

There are six scenes spread over an eight-month period, but it looks like more scenes because there is no set-up to speak of and the editing is as fragmented as the view through a kaleidoscope. In the opening scene subtitled On the Sofa we discover a dark-skinned dude wearing a baseball cap and sunglasses sucking on the monster cock of a light-skinned dude. Review brief: My short review: The Private Life of series USED to be the best compilation series in the porn marketplace. Ive seen about 10 of them and most of them featured girls from Privates glory days --- Cassandra Wild, Michelle Wild, Sandra Iron, and Julia Taylor, to name but a few --- and these were girls that had face recognition and star power to the consumer. Plus, these girls were prominently featured in Privates cast listings and graced the DVD cover art. Read my reviews of prior editions and youll get a sense of the high regard that I have for this series. Its no secret that Private lost some of their director talent as porn went global and their stable of star talent wasnt up to past standards. The recent editions of this series have brought back painful reminders of their rough patch in the not too far past.

Review brief: This will be the first of my reviews of the "Cult 70s Porno Directors" series from ABA. This collection of three films by true schlock filmmaker Ray Dennis Steckler is a truly awful grouping of terrible films. They're pretty much all the same film in that none of them has a plot and for some reason all involve roller skates. Go figure. Steckler, who also made horror themed porn under the moniker Sven Christian, was never looked at as even a good director outside of the hardcore industry and thus the reduction of his already miniscule budgets and the inclusion of hardcore sex into his films makes them even more tedious as entertainment. I suppose the sex scenes could be described as "erotic" but that would have to be from a very jaded perspective. There is a lot of sex though if that makes this package any more enticing. Overall the films are of OK AV quality. All from VHS tapes with Indian Lady faring best, but all being watchable enough to be able to make out the "action." All also appear to be uncut (though I couldn't image such crap being cut anyway).

Review brief: Alex DeRenzy produced more than a few good films during the 1970s but he also produced more than a few awful ones. This one falls into the second category. Simply a dumb way to make money off a gimmick. Long Jeanne Silver was a New York runaway who made her acting debut in Shaun Costello's Waterpower in 1976. She then came to San Francisco landing on The Mitchell Brother's doorstep. The Mitchells picked her up and put her in live sex shows. Soon washed up, DeRenzy decided to use her in one of his hardcore quickies and shot a standard vignette film with her peculiarity as the centerpiece. Now for those of you who don't know where Long Jeanne got her name, well...She doesn't have one of her legs (yes, you read that right) and uses the stump the same way gay boys use their arms! So Long Jeanne Silver (the film) is just that, consisting of scene after scene of Long Jeanne sticking her long john in lots of girls (and even one boy in by far the film's funniest scene).

Review brief: The Search for Adam & Eve I'm not inclined to dwell too much on this title. It seemed like a good idea, and the boxcover (back) indicated uncut sexual scenes, which I apparently misread to mean that the DVD would contain things not shown in the cable run of this series. Not only are there no uncut scenes that I could divine, but what is shown is marred by blasted mosaics. Anybody who thinks that this is porn leads a very sheltered life. Not that there aren't some warm moments, mostly courtesy of ringleader Carmen Luvana. I'm not into fake boobs, but I have to admit finding her enjoyment of those big balloons to be most arousing. She also infuses the proceedings with personality and attitude. Carmen looks like an angel, but she's still got a lot of street in her.

There's no really noticeable grain and the lighting is handled nicely. There's also very little camera movement. Almost all of those things go out the window, however, for the third scene.

Review brief: This basically mediocre film is divided into three sections: Damons Quest, Markies Quest, and Jeremy Reddicks Quest. Of them all, the first is perhaps the most interesting as it presents us with a young Damon Dogg before he joined up with Treasure Island Media to become the worlds biggest cum-guzzler. ( He is listed here only as Damon.) He meets up with a young twink (Finnegan Casey) in the woods where there start blowing one another. This (and a later outdoor scene) is poorly photographed as only natural lighting is used and the camera angles do nothing to attempt to avoid shadows covering the cocksucking.) We see better when the boys decide to head back to Damons trailer for more head. Finnegan fucks Damon and blows his load onto Damons face. Even before he joined up with Treasure Island we that Damon had a taste for cum as he does a thorough cleaning of Finnegans spent dick. The video is much the same way, starting with the Mal-Wart clearance aisle non-anamorphic transfer.

Review brief: A (somewhat) QUICK REVIEW: First detail: Transsexual Performers Look Rating is 2.5 This title has been out for about a little over a year, the front cover looks great, but due to circumstances beyond my control, it's taken me a while to get a chance to review this. I almost forgot I had it. So I'll make this review fairly quick, giving enough info to aid in buying or renting decisions if someone should so need it. The chapter index is nice, but makes the scenes look formulaic, like the action follows a script, from the striptease at the beginning to the cumshot at the end, all that's in between doesn't seem spontaneous, as well it shouldn't, I guess. The first thing I notice is the lack of credits identifying who is who to open this movie, and there's no director credited here or on the boxcover. First tranny up is a decent looking brunette, not the hottest, but certainly not the worst I've seen, passable and big tittied with some scarring under from the augmentation. Review brief: My short review: The Private Life of series USED to be the best compilation series in the porn marketplace. Ive seen about 10 of them and most of them featured girls from Privates glory days --- Cassandra Wild, Michelle Wild, Sandra Iron, and Julia Taylor, to name but a few --- and these were girls that had face recognition and star power to the consumer. Plus, these girls were prominently featured in Privates cast listings and graced the DVD cover art. Its no secret that Private lost some of their director talent as porn went global and their stable of star talent wasnt up to past standards. Review brief: This will be the first of my reviews of the "Cult 70s Porno Directors" series from ABA. This collection of three films by true schlock filmmaker Ray Dennis Steckler is a truly awful grouping of terrible films. They're pretty much all the same film in that none of them has a plot and for some reason all involve roller skates. Go figure. Steckler, who also made horror themed porn under the moniker Sven Christian, was never looked at as even a good director outside of the hardcore industry and thus the reduction of his already miniscule budgets and the inclusion of hardcore sex into his films makes them even more tedious as entertainment. I suppose the sex scenes could be described as "erotic" but that would have to be from a very jaded perspective. There is a lot of sex though if that makes this package any more enticing. Overall the films are of OK AV quality. All from VHS tapes with Indian Lady faring best, but all being watchable enough to be able to make out the "action." All also appear to be uncut (though I couldn't image such crap being cut anyway).

Review brief: Alex DeRenzy produced more than a few good films during the 1970s but he also produced more than a few awful ones. This one falls into the second category. Simply a dumb way to make money off a gimmick. Long Jeanne Silver was a New York runaway who made her acting debut in Shaun Costello's Waterpower in 1976. She then came to San Francisco landing on The Mitchell Brother's doorstep. The Mitchells picked her up and put her in live sex shows. Soon washed up, DeRenzy decided to use her in one of his hardcore quickies and shot a standard vignette film with her peculiarity as the centerpiece. Review brief: The Search for Adam & Eve I'm not inclined to dwell too much on this title. It seemed like a good idea, and the boxcover (back) indicated uncut sexual scenes, which I apparently misread to mean that the DVD would contain things not shown in the cable run of this series. Not only are there no uncut scenes that I could divine, but what is shown is marred by blasted mosaics. Anybody who thinks that this is porn leads a very sheltered life. Not that there aren't some warm moments, mostly courtesy of ringleader Carmen Luvana. I'm not into fake boobs, but I have to admit finding her enjoyment of those big balloons to be most arousing. She also infuses the proceedings with personality and attitude. Carmen looks like an angel, but she's still got a lot of street in her.

There's no really noticeable grain and the lighting is handled nicely. There's also very little camera movement. Almost all of those things go out the window, however, for the third scene.

Review brief: This basically mediocre film is divided into three sections: Damons Quest, Markies Quest, and Jeremy Reddicks Quest. Of them all, the first is perhaps the most interesting as it presents us with a young Damon Dogg before he joined up with Treasure Island Media to become the worlds biggest cum-guzzler. ( He is listed here only as Damon.) He meets up with a young twink (Finnegan Casey) in the woods where there start blowing one another. This (and a later outdoor scene) is poorly photographed as only natural lighting is used and the camera angles do nothing to attempt to avoid shadows covering the cocksucking.) We see better when the boys decide to head back to Damons trailer for more head. Finnegan fucks Damon and blows his load onto Damons face. Even before he joined up with Treasure Island we that Damon had a taste for cum as he does a thorough cleaning of Finnegans spent dick. Markie, a cute skinny bleached blond with a pronounced overbite, enters a hotel room with young Chas in tow and places a Do Not Disturb sign on the door.
