Initial Reaction: The feature is darn hot, but the overall DVD is lacking. Who Should Watch It : Fans of softcore teases Who Should Avoid It: Anybody who wants actual sex Audio /Video Quality: The audio style changes a bit throughout the feature. The behind the scenes portions are normally nicely balanced and pretty clear. The tease sections normally only have music for the audio, which works for them as well. The video is very nice. Theres a little grain and a few remnants in places, but it mixes full color and black and white to help give the feature a nicely artistic feel. Music: When theres music its normally the only audio in the scene. It has a soft and sexy feel, and definitely helps out the teases. Menus: The main menu is extremely basic.

The cast is obviously having fun at all times and the lack of structure is a nice break from standard adult films. The sex is on the light side, so viewers that require nasty sex will be disappointed in the sex present and there is no story, so viewers that like a plot with their porn may want to pass on the title. If the title sounds good to you, I'd suggest picking it up, just don't pay too much due to the video quality problems.

Review brief: OK first off, let me say that I am a huge Ashlyn Gere fan. I've met her on a couple of occasions (OK, strip clubs), and she is extremely nice to her fans. That being said, this is a fine example of her work; she does NOT hold anything back. If you like Ashlyn Gere, or would like to see her talents showcased, then run (don't walk!) to the nearest website and plunk down your money. High Points in a nutshell: Lady Ashlyn Gere > Threesome, G/G and Interracial (see more details below) Other performers are ok, but not the main focus. Low Points in a nutshell: Image quality. It deserves to have been shot on 70MM surround sound ultra-high-definition archival grade stock, but was shot, in all likelihood on video. Also, her voice gets some kind of distortion effect @ the worst possible time. Details: I won't go too deeply into the plot or any lengthy critique of the acting, but take my word for it that there is a plot that can be easily followed.

Review brief: Although the audio and video quality of the movie leave something to be desired and a watermark is present on the disc, Real Life Twins Volume 1 is a very fun amateur adult film. The cast is obviously having fun at all times and the lack of structure is a nice break from standard adult films. The sex is on the light side, so viewers that require nasty sex will be disappointed in the sex present and there is no story, so viewers that like a plot with their porn may want to pass on the title. If the title sounds good to you, I'd suggest picking it up, just don't pay too much due to the video quality problems.

The menus on this DVD are magnificent, though the extras are scant at best. I really like the audio on this movie. There are a few weird video blips but otherwise the picture is great. The scenes are all at or under ten minutes long, which doesn't cut it. The camera work and editing are bad, the director must have A.D.D.
