Intro: Devils Films has put out a lot of product over the last few years without much in the way hype. For me at least, their releases have been pretty much hit or miss. A lot of it has to do with them not giving director credits on the films, so you usually dont know what you are getting until its in the DVD player. Generally, the ones with European starlets have tended to be better produced. So looking at the cast list here and having enjoyed the first one in the series, I decided to take a chance with this one. There are two scenes, each with 4 girls and 4 guys. Thing about watching european features is that I'm in unchartered territory. I don't recognise most of the girls and this Marc Dorcel movie doesn't help me either with the identification of the girls. Even with the intro, it's clear that the credits are not show with the respective performers or are mislabeled. If you were to play this movie straight up from the menu, you would find french narration which took me by surprise since this was distributed by Wicked. Since my french is rusty and meager, I had to exit and thankfully there was a language option where English is one of the multiple languages offered. The main reason I wanted to watch the movie was the presence of Sophie Moon. I know that she has done some b/g scenes from clips on the internet but this movie isn't one of them. The second edition of Bobby Manila's Fine Ass Babes, you don't have a continuing theme of the black and white tease like in the first one. I didn't mind its loss so much as I prefer my video to be in colour. The difference however is that this is not as an all american movies as there are scenes in euro spliced in. DVSX makes regular use of this but I don't like it. Usually the euro scenes have a different look and feel due to the lighting and personalities of the girls that it makes the movie feel like a hodge podge of scenes when mixed with the american scenes. Perhaps DVSX should have a brazilian line and euro line and stick those scenes in there rather than what they're doing right now. As for the sex and the girls in the movie. Well I do have to agree, all of these girls except for Simone & Laura Lion are fine. The euros tend to be weaker in the oral department but they do anal while the Americans in this movie don't. Its a fictional account that paints an almost real picture of how the drug influence can quickly turn dreams into despair with no light at the end of the tunnel. The 4th scene was piss-poor but the 1st 3 scenes with Janet Peron, Nikki Sun and Lucy Lee were something to behold. In fact, I replayed the 1st scene with Janet a few times before watching the 2nd scene and then I was happily stuck on the 3rd scene with Lucy for a week. In fact, I replayed the 1st scene with Janet a few times before watching the 2nd scene and then I was happily stuck on the 3rd scene with Lucy for a week. Hot Property is Private's version of gonzo and the director, Gazzman's, specialty (I think he calls himself Gazzman because there's one scene were a girl is getting an anal gape and farts out of it). It's also filmed in 16:9 anamorphic widescreen. There are lots of famous name starlets in the movie, so it seems Private spared no expense. The video quality is also excellent. And the DVD case is the nice half-width case that Private seems to be using nowadays. The story line is that a woman is selling a very nice mansion and revolves around people doing the selling and prospective buyers (all of whom look extremely young and enjoy gonzo). Yeah, not too believable, but that means nice backdrops as Private is known for and good looking pornstars (except one guy that looks a little goofy). And amazingly, the dialog seems to have been filmed in English, though w/ heavy accents. I have been hit and miss with Private in the past, I have really liked some of thier features, and been dissapointed with others, it has been a while since I have watched one, but thier usually hot girls keep me giving them another try. I'm hoping for a decent story and some good sex. Initial Thoughts A pretty good feature porn movie. The story is atleast somewhat interesting, there is a pretty good balance of story to sex, and for a porn movie the acting is reasonably good. The sex is not bland, but some will find it not the most exciting either, but I think it is done with some nice eroticism which I like in a feature. It is about average length for feature porn at around 90 mins, and there is a decent amount of extras to add to the value. I found a lot more to like than dislike here. Technical Overview This feature is presented in 16:9 anamorphic widescreen. Picture quality is nice and sharp, clean and no real issues. [read the full review]
