Private X-Treme 12: Hot Property Review

Hot Property is Private's version of gonzo and the director, Gazzman's, specialty (I think he calls himself Gazzman because there's one scene were a girl is getting an anal gape and farts out of it). It's also filmed in 16:9 anamorphic widescreen. There are lots of famous name starlets in the movie, so it seems Private spared no expense. The video quality is also excellent. And the DVD case is the nice half-width case that Private seems to be using nowadays.

The story line is that a woman is selling a very nice mansion and revolves around people doing the selling and prospective buyers (all of whom look extremely young and enjoy gonzo). Yeah, not too believable, but that means nice backdrops as Private is known for and good looking pornstars (except one guy that looks a little goofy).

And amazingly, the dialog seems to have been filmed in English, though w/ heavy accents.

Stacey Silver (scene 1)
Stacey (blond w/ tattoo on right arm and tongue/bellybutton ring) shows the two brokers how to use the master bedroom. She's only wearing a short red dress and panties which don't stay on long. Scene goes quickly to DP where she gets totally hammered. Lots of ATM.

Lea De Mae & Jane Darling (scene 2)
A broker shows Lea and Jane the pool area of the mansion and invite them to check it out. Both girls have lovely breasts that bounce around quite a bit. The sex starts off w/ shared oral sex and then Jane Darling gets spread out for anal sex then vaginal. Lots of ATOGM.

Lucy Lee and Lucy Love (scene 3)
Lucy Lee has that awesome Daniella Rush Hungarian look. They show the two brokers how to use the billiards room. Lucy Love gets finger DP'd. Lots of anal and ATOGM. Lucy Lee does have to spit on a guy's dick to lubricate it (I find the whole spitting thing a turn-off). Lucy Lee gets DP'd.

Jane Darling & Angelica (scene 4)
One of the brokers tries to warm up a few clients in the greenhouse near a fountain. Angelica is an amazon. It's pretty funny watching the broker try to have sex with her when he's so short :-)
The girls bring along a dildo and a bottle of vodka to help warm up. Jane Darling gives him some tit sex. More of the spitting for lubrication. Angelica does the anal farting thing while she gets probed w/ an ass toy by Jane.

Angel Long (scene 5)
The owner of the mansion "thanks" two real estate brokers with her husband. She does DP and gets spit on for lubrication and does throat gagging. They do a round robin with Angel on an ottoman.
Angel long used to look better, but doesn't look that good in this movie.

Negatives:
I didn't know I wasn't a fan of gonzo. The whole spitting, ATM, ATOGM, ass gape, "fuck me harder", "fuck me in the ass harder", "bitch", "spit on me", etc. just doesn't do it for me:-P Nevertheless, I tried to rate this movie as if I did like gonzo.
I'm not sure what they used for the DVD menu, but I got pretty frequent PowerDVD crashes.
