Private X-Treme 12: Hot Property Review

My review:
I’ve grown a little tired of the glut of gonzo style flicks and I thought it was time for a change of pace. My experience with Private has been mainly with their “Private Life of” series but looking at the cast list for Private X-treme’s Hot Property, this was as close as a no-brainer as it gets for me. And if that wasn’t enough, I saw that my current favorite, Lea De Mae, was paired with Jane Darling, another hot blonde, in a scene. I hope this flick will not disappoint.

For those unfamiliar with Private films, the best I can describe them is a mix of Wicked and gonzo. The film will have a simple story line but once the sex starts, it’s no holds barred with an abundance of anal sex. One nice constant with Private films is the girls making eye contact with the camera. They are not pretending that the sex is behind closed doors but acknowledging the voyeuristic feel of porn.

Plus, Private consistently delivers top notch audio and video quality matched with good background scenery and sets. I’m not going to provide a running plot breakdown but the film has to do with a palatial mansion for sale. ‘Nuff said.

Scene 1:
(Stacy Silver)
Stacy is a very attractive blonde with a prominent tattoo on her right arm. The scene takes place with two guys in the living room of the mansion and --- what do you know --- conveniently there is a bed in the living room. In what must be a non-gonzo record, at 4:09 into the movie, Stacy is being dp’ed in cowgirl. There is no doubt that she is an anal queen and throughout the 25 minute scene she is constantly asking for her ass to be fucked. By the way, the first 4 minutes were spent undressing each other and some obligatory oral from Stacy.

The rest of the scene has Stacy getting heavy anal penetration including DP in multiple positions and of course, you get slight pauses for gaping. I love how her eyes are making constant contact with the camera and how she is vocal in her moaning. She performs ATM throughout and has great energy. The scene ends with a popshot on her pussy and on her mouth. Stacy does some nice post clean-up. What a great scene to start. 4 out of 5.

Scene 2:
(Lea De Mae & Jane Darling)
The scene takes place in an indoor pool setting with two of the hottest Eurobabes currently working. Lea and Jane are both dirty blondes and as beautiful as they come. Lea has one of the best smiles and she amply demonstrates it. I did notice that the guy looked liked a Euro-version of Seymore Butts, especially with the short curly hair. He needs to cancel his subscription to Showtime and stop watching Family Business --- that is not America pop culture at its finest. Anyway, this scene rocked. There is a real playfulness between Lea and Jane and it is very evident as they kiss, stroke, and eat each other as the other is getting penetrated. There is even the occasional anal penetration of Jane with Lea’s fingers.

The sex is heavy on the anal for both Lea and Jane with plenty of ATM and Ass To Other Girl’s Mouth! There are multiple positions throughout and I loved the half-missionary, half-piledriver anal for Jane with Lea providing ATOGM. This scene lasted approx. 15 minutes it ends with a pop shot to both of their mouths and a brief kiss. The action was well captured with the camera angles, lighting and close-ups. Continuing a theme, the girls make great eye contact with the camera. This scene will be hard to top. 4 ½ out of 5.

Scene 3:
(Lucy Lee [brunette] & Lucy Love [light brown hair])
This scene takes place in another room with a pool table providing the base of support. Each Lucy is paired off with a guy and less than 2 minutes into this scene, Lucy Love is being two-fingered each in her pussy and ass. This girl is a keeper, ladies and gents. There is plenty of anal in this scene with both of them doing PTM, ATM and tons of ATOGM. I couldn’t tell if the girls were switching off with the 2 guys but that is another debate for another day.

I love how at one point L. Love is getting anal in cowgirl on top of the pool table with L. Lee performing ATOGM and caressing L. Love’s ass. And all this while L. Lee is getting standing doggie anal. There exists again a playfulness and chemistry between the two Lucy’s and it carries the scene. L. Lee is the only one to get DP and it is in cowgirl with L. Love stroking and caressing the guys as well as providing ATOGM. L. Lee gets a cumshot on her ass and L. Love gets the other on her mouth and she does some nice post head clean-up. My only complaint with this scene is that between shots/position changes, the action cut away too soon as opposed to letting the action play out for extra minutes. 3 out of 5.

Scene 4:
(Jane Darling & Angelica)
Angelica is a very average looking girl with short, cropped blond hair. From a plot standpoint, I don’t know how they explained Jane being in a second scene but I could care less. This scene takes place outside in a garden setting. Skipping foreplay and jumping right into the action, Jane and Angelica take turns getting anal in reverse cowgirl with ATOGM. Next is Jane in doggie on top of Angelica in missionary with the guy taking turns giving anal to Jane and vaginal to Angelica. Again, the chemistry between the 2 girls kicks in as Angelica is kissing Jane’s tits but the scene cuts away too soon again. What the hell is the rush?

Next Angelica is in doggie position while Jane uses a small red dildo in Angelica’s ass. This is followed by some seriously hard anal pounding by the guy with Jane giving ATOGM. And that is soon followed by the show stopper, Jane in cowgirl getting pussy penetration while Angelica uses a green dildo to complete the DP for Jane. But they cut away too soon! It cuts away to Jane getting anal in cowgirl and using the dildo on Angelica as she is standing up. Angelica does give an extended ATOGM while making continuous eye contact with the camera but the quick cut aways are getting to be a drag. The scene ends with a weak popshot. This scene could’ve been so much better. 1 ½ out of 5.

Scene 5:
(Angel Long)
Angel is a tall, leggy blond with a small chest and the reputation of being a nasty, trash talking starlet who will do everything from anal, DP, and ATM. This scene is with 3 guys and takes place in a room with sofas. There is a nice rhythm and flow to the scene starting with vaginal penetration in doggie and followed by missionary. But it’s not too long when anal starts in missionary with Angel spreading her ass open to help the guys and intermittently demonstrating her deep throat abilities.

In doggie, Angel uses her fingers to spread her ass wide apart prior to penetration and the guys take turns giving doggie anal. I’m not digging the large tattoo on her right cheek but that’s my opinion. Soon it’s on to DP in CG and RCG and I now notice that the audio track is not entirely in sync with the movement of Angel’s mouth and lips. Getting back to the action, it’s anal in RCG and missionary with ATM. Finally, the 1st cumshot is on her stomach, 2nd on her chest and, the 3rd is on her stomach/chest region with good post head clean-up. This scene just didn’t do it for me. Lack of energy and chemistry and it felt too much of going through the motions for a paycheck. 2 ½ out of 5.

DVD extras:
Standard with Private, there is considerable effort put into the extras. There is interview with cast, behind the scenes stuff, outtakes, cast list with filmographies, photo galleries and trailers for 5 other Private titles. On par with other Private titles but definitely a leader in the industry when compared to other studios. 3 ½ out of 5.

Summary:
If you’re a fan of Stacy, Lea and Jane, then it’s a recommend to buy. If not, then rental is the way to go. While the first 2 scenes contained my current favorites and I’m glad that they didn’t disappoint in the least, those scenes alone couldn’t make up for the last 3 scenes, where the action cut away too soon between positions. I think I read someplace that this was Gazzman’s directorial debut for Private and I think he has room for improvement. The movie needed to carry the momentum started with Stacy and followed by Lea & Jane, but the uneven editing and quick cut aways led to the movie losing instead of building momentum. I saw some promising stuff but not enough to recommend as a must purchase.
