Commentary: The energy bursts like a wildfire. An
instantaneous moment- Stacy tears her dress down, startling the viewer
from out of the feature and it's all frenzied fucking from there.
Under closer scrutiny I realized it wasn't necessarily on account of the
performers but had more to do with the overall package. With its speedy
mecha music and schizophrenic camera movements, the scene succeeds in
drawing out the illusion of energy. So many feature films put a cap on
the heat due to tight, constrained shots- here the camera is fluid, in
fact more fluid than your average gonzo, and the net result is something
exciting, something heart-pounding. One of the rare occasions when
camerawork and music is perfectly harmonized together and with the
action to create total experience. A crucial scene for any Stacy
lover.

Commentary: So this is my first time seeing Lea since her passing and I must admit I find it slightly haunting to watch her. Amazing performance here on both parts of the ladies and it's captured flawlessly. The hyperactive style from Scene 1 takes a bit of a backseat here, but in its place is something that works equally well. The shots settle longer and we get these super, super long shots with fucking put into context and also extreme closeups on faces as the girls suck cock and stare into the cam- you can just feel the intensity. So far this movie with its superior direction really shows how incompetent some of the 'hot' gonzo directors are in comparison. Definitely an essential scene for the Jane Darling and Lea De Mae fans. Commentary: Two very hot scenes so far but the movie cools down a bit here. As to the 'Why?' I'm hard pressed to find an answer. I think it was because the body arrangements were sloppier in comparison to the previous scene. Great visuals are a result of two main factors- lighting aside, backgrounds, costumes, looks aside- the visual is built mainly on 1) bodies being positioned in a certain fashion and 2) the camera being at a certain place at a certain time. If one lacks the other can help compensate, but only to a certain extent. Simply stated- the camera can flatter the girls and conversely the girls can flatter the camera. Here the flaw is in the latter. The positioning could have been planned better to get some cleaner lines in there. Still a great scene overall though. ENERGY: 4.25

Commentary: So I don't really know what to say here. The scene has great energy like the others but something is obviously missing here. I didn't see any great shots- I'll reiterate what I said about the previous scene- body positioning is key. This time around it was even worse because the camerawork was weak too. For once, Jane's expert reverse cowgirl riding actually looked novice and I'm also turned off by the dirtytalk from her and Angelica which has an aggressive tone thick in accent. Normally, I'll praise dirtytalk from eastern european starlets because it's far too uncommon, but their voices were really harsh and grated on my nerves. It was almost like that chalkboard/fingernail torture. Funny, in the behind-the-scenes their voices were actually quite lovely. ENERGY: 4

Commentary: Angel does some hefty deepthroating here and I could clearly see tears making a trail down her cheeks, yet her mascara didn't run. Waterproof? Bleeding mascara can get so damned ugly. This scene gets really raunchy but there's just such a large disconnect between Angel and the guys. There are points where she is practically begging for a response from them: "Spit on my cunt....... *long pause*... somebody spit on my cunt...." There's such need in her voice yet no one obliges. Later, Angel asks the guy who's drilling her, "Do you like your cock in my pussy?" Clearly, its not meant rhetorically and after a cold silence she blasts it out, "DO YOU FUCKING LIKE YOUR COCK IN MY PUSSY???!!!.........*no response*......are you even listening to me?" I guess some people will like this kind of stuff. Me, I prefer a connection between performers rather than cold, heartless fucking. Different strokes, eh? ENERGY:

THE BOTTOM LINE |
I hate it when characters in features will start fucking for no apparent reason and it's just for the sake of getting another sex scene in. A real actor would give the director hell: "What's my motivation?" Yea I know this is just porn but if you're gonna bother with a plot I think there should at least be some hint of truth to it. Why should we bother trying to believe in the fantasy when it doesn't take itself seriously?
That aside, and just taking into account the sex, the movie has a great start but dwindles towards the end. It's filled to the brim with hot, raunchy sex and high energy. The production value is superior and there is a fantastic Extras section- the highlight being an interview with a male performer, giving us the other, rarely seen perspective.
Overall a great flick.
