Although the DVDs as a whole lack, the movies have been fun enough that I still look forward to them. Initial Reaction: Its far from Omars best. Who Should Watch It : Anybody looking for some fun porn with fresh faces Who Should Avoid It: Anybody a feature thats completely packed with anal, wanting extremely nasty sex, the same old porn faces, or people taking themselves way too seriously Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are pretty normal for gonzo porn. The audio is often a little off balance, and theres a fair amount of camera shakes, soft focus blurs, and shadows. That said, most of the audio is pretty clear, although there is a bit of the dialogue that gets lost. Theres also a bit of grain during some parts of the feature.

Who Should Watch It : Anybody interested in Nikki Sinn Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting nasty anal sex Audio /Video Quality: The audio varies a bit throughout the feature, but the interview comes across crystal clear. The movies themselves come across feeling as good as what they originally sounded to be, but since some of the features are from the early to mid-nineties, they dont always look as good as they might now. Some of the video has some slight grain, which is to be expected since Nikkis been around a long time.

Review brief: Note: There seems to be a bit of confusion as to the title of this feature. The cover makes it look like its supposed to be Nurse Betty #2. I dont have any problem with this, except that there doesnt appear to have been a Nurse Betty #1 (at least not by Omar Williams or VCA). The #2 in the title appears to be pointing to the fact that this is the second of Betty Swallocks movies, especially because the movie claims to be Nurse Betty in the opening sequence. As most stores currently appear to be listing this movie as Nurse Betty #2 Im listing it under that name, but since the movie actually appears to be Nurse Betty, Im going to refer to it as that in this review. Hopefully Bettys third movie will have a cover thats designed a little better so there wont be this confusion.

Im hoping that this being a sequel will mean that Omars tightened things up a bit and improved it. Initial Reaction: Its nothing overly special, but still pretty good. Who Should Watch It : Anybody wanting a few fresh faces in a light framework Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting extremely nasty sex Audio /Video Quality: The audio is clear and pretty well balanced. Much of the movie takes place around an indoor swimming pool, which seems like a very difficult place to film, but it doesnt interfere too much. The video is very nice. Its clear and well lit and doesnt have any noticeable grain. Music: None. Instead you have Sarah narrating the scenes with a very nice balance. Menus: The main menu is very simple and doesnt even contain any animation.

Some of it is nicely clear and some of it is so out of balance that you can barely hear the performers. The balance seems to change a bit throughout the feature, with some of it being low enough that the dialogue is hard to hear. Theres a few background noises, but they often fit in with the scenes. The video has a slightly soft feel, which doesnt really affect the movie one way or another. Unfortunately, theres several slow motion breaks in the movie which do hurt it, as it breaks a lot of the momentum of the heat in the scenes.

The audio is pretty average, but does have some balance problems. The video lacks much more. Theres some slight grain, frequent remnants, and an overabundance of shadows throughout the feature. With the exception of the remnants, which I assume are due to the age of the feature, almost all of the problems look like theyre from the original filming of the feature.

The video is clear and nicely lit, and mixes in a bit of the matted widescreen format with the full screen format. The matted format isnt always done the best, as you can sometimes see the lines around the edges of the box.

The audio is clear and well balanced, as is the video. There arent any great feats of animation here, but for Japanese anime, it looks about as good as Ive seen it. Music: The music is about the same as what you hear on Japanese cartoons today, or at least it sounded about like what I heard in the thirty seconds of Pokemon I once endured. Its nicely balanced with the rest of the audio, and fits the cartoon feel very well. Menus: The menus are animated with the same feel as the movie.

Production Date: 1991 Director: Herschel Savage Cast: Deidre Holland, Charisma, Kim Alexis, Ona Z, Jon Dough, Mike Horner, and Ron Jeremy Initial Expectations: All I needed to see to know I had to see this one was Ron Jeremy as Uncle Fester. Initial Reaction: Its a fun piece of fluff, but nothing too great. Who Should Watch It : Anybody who misses porn from ten years ago Who Should Avoid It: Anybody who wants implants or very high technical aspects Audio /Video Quality: The audio is clear, but occasionally a bit out of balance. The video doesnt hide its age quite as well, and looks about as good as Id imagine the original VHS did. Its well lit, but its a little fuzzy, has a few remnants, and theres a slightly off-colored line along the left edge of the screen. Its not great, but for a movie thats over ten years old, it isnt anything to complain about. Music: The music varies a fair amount, and is normally well balanced with the rest of the audio.

Im hoping it happens again here (and in the good way). Initial Reaction: Indifference. Who Should Watch It : Fans of new talent, Brooke Hunter, and Don Hollywood. Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting knock your socks off porn Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are pretty normal for gonzo style porn. Much of the feature is shot outside, so theres some background noise and some of the audio sounds a bit hollow and out of balance. Some of the audio also sounds a little scratchy, as if it was maxed out when recorded. The video has some shakiness and uneven lighting and shadows, as well as light reflections and specks of dirt that were on the camera. Theres also a varying amount of grain from scene to scene, with some of it being very pixelized.
