The audio is fairly well balanced, but if theres anything going on in the background youre normally going to hear it. The video is also a bit grainy, and theres camera shake and soft focus problems.

Most everything here seems very reminiscent of VHS. The audio is clear, but seems slightly muffled at times. The video has a yellowish tinge to it as well as some slight grain. Theres also a few shadows that interfere. Music: The music is soft and rests very quietly in the background for most of the movie, but it sounds more like a loud train wreck for the orgy scene.

Review brief: Many films, especially those at the higher end of the adult marlet, attempt to sell their film based almost solely on the name on the cover. Fatale does that horrifically well. There is only one reason to buy this film, cover girl Monica Sweetheart. Certainly the hottest girl to recent emerge in the American adult scene and arguably the most delightful adult star in the industry in general, Monica Sweetheart is Fatales only charm, only joy. I say that on several levels. First of all, the other stars are not even identified, except in the credits by which time, its much too late to know who anyone is. Furthermore, only the blonde who shares the final threesome with Monica is really attractive anyway. The other girls are unpolished European girls who are not the most attractive. Thus, if Monica if the films only charm, lets focus this review on Monica. She is quite something, especially in her solo one-on-one scene, in which shes fucked on the hood of a car, in temperatures so cold you could nearly see steam rising from her hot pussy.

Because spiceLordy, thats what this film is missing. Gonzo? Yesbut any comparison with the likes of Ed Powers or Randy West is way off base. But the truth slowly reared its ugly head and I was so disappointed to find there is No Masterbation on this DVD, let alone hardly any 'below the waist' nudity. After first realizing this I went back to the begining to see if I could read more about this release and I came across an interesting fact; this DVD is rated 'R' not 'X' or 'xxx'. That's why there is only 4 older lady scenes where they are dancing around stripping for the camera. They are truly well endowed, (hence the 2 in "Overall Rating"). If you are only interested in big boobed women who just dance in front of the camera only topless then this is the movie for you. Review brief: Jackson Price fans will be disappointed in this one. Jackson appears in the first and third scenes. (There are only three scenes in this very, very short film.) In the first he is boffed by a balding barrel of man with a tiny dick. The film is so poorly photographed that we can hardly tell Jackson is being screwed bareback. In the third scene hes fucked by the same ogre. Although a couple of others do have a go at his ass that by now must resemble the Holland Tunnel, none of them enjoy screwing Jackson. He doesnt enjoy it either. Nor did I, nor will you. It is the second scene that somewhat redeems the film. Review brief: OK. So maybe I don't like Alex Sanders the performer (I just this odd uncomfortable feeling whenever he's on screen), but maybe directing is where he belongs. Shadow Dancers is an attempt to answer that question, and the answer is a very loud NO!!!!! Not when the one man Alex Sanders directs is Alex Sanders. Each scene opens in a very odd way; dancers stripping in front of various screens. This might bring out the title, Shadow Dancers, but it isn't very erotic. Just really odd. The first real sex scene is between Malitia and Sanders. That, of course, makes it disappointing, except that Malitia is passionate enough to make the scene almost enjoyable. The next scene is sans Sanders, and that should make it automatically better, except that the young lady of the scene, Kary Evers, a gorgeous blonde, has no passion or chemestry with her partner. She never even fully strips (bizarre for a dancer/stripper film) and she shows no sign that she's enjoying herself, only grunting occasionally.

The next scene is sans Sanders, and that should make it automatically better, except that the young lady of the scene, Kary Evers, a gorgeous blonde, has no passion or chemestry with her partner. She never even fully strips (bizarre for a dancer/stripper film) and she shows no sign that she's enjoying herself, only grunting occasionally.

Some of it is very clear, while other areas are rough and scratchy, almost as if the microphones were adjusted so that they maxed out repeatedly through the scene. It also varies quite a bit in balance, going from a nice level to dropping so low I couldnt hear anything and then going back up a little later. At times it would even go louder with music only.
