boxcover says that Amigo Sanchez directs this flick but the end credits cite
Tyrone Shuz and Jonni Darkko instead. I've never heard of Amigo Sanchez but this
film definitely has the style of Shuz and Darkko, and Darkko also makes an
appearance in the behind-the-scenes doing the photoshoots. So who knows what
happened with the boxcover....Onwards!

SCENE 1: Vanilla Skye VS. Kurt Lockwood

This
movie has a strong start, then someone pours acid on it, and it just starts
deteriorating and deteriorating and deteriorating so at the end we're left with
an ugly mess of a carcass. The lighting is beautiful, the outfits are beautiful,
the camerawork is superb. Music?- pretty good. Body positioning? Great. Yet
everything else just goes wrong. It makes me wonder how many directors out there
actually bother to direct once the action has started. I mean, can't you stop
the performers and specifically tell them to up the energy in this part, or to
add more dirtytalk into the fray, or more eye contact, or to grind harder, pump
faster, build moans to a frenzy? Forgive me if I'm wrong about this but it seems
the director just sat the performers down in the beginning and gave them a
checklist of what to do and then let them at it, letting them ruin it. Directors
should be fluid and should make adjustments when adjustments need to be
made.
