Hes gone from the plot-driven mini-movie features of the eighties to todays balls-to-the-walls, all-sex and gonzo ideal fairly well in terms of lensing the sex- but his pacing could be better at times and some scenes in this DVD suffer from a lack of momentum build. The disc, a compilation of vignettes with miniscule set-ups is a little uneven at times, but shows he can direct decent, high-octane porn given the right performers. Only a couple less inspired moments keep this DVD from being a must have. One Note It has bothered me recently that Jenaveve Jolie bears a striking resemblance to some other past porn star.

Review brief: Someday I might start a review like this: Light in texture and essence, Big Cock Seductions (Part 18, no less!) strikes a dominant note with bulky peckers that find ways to overtake fresh and juicy roastbeef-like holes in stunningly weird yet wonderful ways. The genre, of course, is "avant-garde porn", a style that more than pushes the adult sex envelope with unfathomable flavors but never in a heaviness one my relate to, oh, say, a World War II epic. Whatever that means. But today is not that day. Its a good release, but probably is lost in a sea of other normal and average porn releases, not to mention 17+ other titles in this series. Im not sure what the draw to purchase this title would be over many hundreds of other titles (and of course, vice versa). Surely, though, titles like these do well as rentals. Unfortunately, my expectations were perhaps a bit too high, and I didn't find this film as good as some of Harmony's other works (see Nine Bound Beauties). Let me explain. Immortalizing Klaw : A Tribute By Greta Von Scorn is not a bad movie. It's just when a tribute is being paid to a great artist like Irving Klaw, it is bound to raise the expectations of the viewers. Technically, the film has the same clear quality of picture and bright lighting that Harmony is known for. The girls were pretty (including a great Bettie Page look-a-like) and poses were authentic.
