Review brief: Running Time: 82 min. Production Date: 1993 Director: Wesley Emerson Cast: Kelly ODell, Nina Hartley, Misty Rain, Juli Ashton, Jeanna Fine, Sindee Coxx, Tina Tyler, and Felecia Initial Expectations: The one scene Ive watched from this movie I remember as being pretty hot. With this cast, and seeing that Martin Brimmer wrote it, Im not expecting the rest of the movie to be much different. Initial Reaction: Its pretty good, and a heck of a lot better than that when one looks at the time it came from. Who Should Watch It : Fans of all girl action Who Should Avoid It: Fans of girls seeing who can be the nastiest Audio /Video Quality: The audio is just slightly on the soft side. Its well balanced, but occasionally a little muddy. The video shows a hint of grain, but is excellent for the age of the feature. Some of the scenes have a couple shadows that seem a little off, but other than that, the lighting is good but slightly dark. Music: The music has an easy, sexy jazz feel that really helps out the scenes.

Review brief: SeXus marks Director Chris Ward's 50th film for the industry and boy does the man know how to pack a wallop! Presented in SeXaScope, Chris Ward takes us on a journey through skin to skin sweaty bear sex on a lone bed on an empty set. (It definitely has an art design feel to it.) Where the lack of money spent on elaborate sets went, we are certainly treated in the camera portion. Incendiary editing and perfect angles clearly set this movie apart from any all sex videos on the market. You get the feeling that something special is about to happen the moment the DVD slips into your player. The title theme has this one big giant white "X" with several blocks depicting various actions on the film. It's like it's all happening at once and you'll get that feeling too once we've begun. Lance Gear and Peter Raeg start us off by doing what comes natural. Showing his prowess and dominance over Peter, Lance heartily sucks Peter's prong greedily, taking every inch to the hilt.

Initial Reaction: Its the worst of the three titles in the Real Deal Amateurs series, but its still pretty good and a very good first time effort. Who Should Watch It : Anybody who wants to see realistic sex with real people who obviously love to fuck, suck, and play with themselves Who Should Avoid It: Anybody who wants enough silicone to raise the Titanic or women who moan as soon as somebody looks at them Audio /Video Quality: Amateur titles are notoriously low budget titles, so you dont expect all the bells and whistles technically. That said, the feature is much better than most people would expect. The audio balance comes and goes a little through the feature.

Review brief: Length 83:23 Year 1978 This is a review of the NuTech dvd of Debbie Does Dallas. For a review and comparison of the VCX dvd of Debbie Does Dallas check out my other review of the VCX dvd of Debbie Does Dallas. The NuTech dvd of Debbie Does Dallas has slightly better picture quality than the VCX disc while the audio quality is virtually the same. There are 4 minor cuts made to the NuTech dvd that are not made to the VCX dvd though, but overall I feel confident in making a recommendation that you buy the NuTech dvd of Debbie Does Dallas because of the better picture quality and the fact that the movie is put on one track which eliminates the pauses that are present on the VCX disc while the movie switches between tracks. These 4 cuts do not amount to very much and you are not missing much in terms of actual sex or story. There are only 19 seconds total cut from the NuTech dvd so as I say your not missing much. Unless you have to have a totally uncut version of Debbie Does Dallas then go with the NuTech dvd. Now to the review of the actual movie.

Review brief: Expectations This series has been the strongest compilation series I have ever watched. I have not yet seen a bad installment (though some are stronger than others) and have no reason to believe that this will be the first. I'm looking forward to this one. Capsule Review This DVD continues the high standards Private has established for this series. It does a very good job of documenting Lynn's work for Private and introduces quite a bit of appropriate new material. There are interviews and other set ups for each of the scenes on the main disc. And there is an entire disc of bonus material included as well. Technical Since this is a compilation, the quality varies with the original source. But since this is a Private release, these were all very good to start with. So the overall quality of this disc is definitely up to snuff.

Review brief: Expectations Kovi's movies are generally good and the Black Label line has been fairly solid. I was disappointed by Love Is In The Web, so hopefully this release gets things back on track. Capsule Review Kovi has produced the best installment in this series in a very long time. The girls are all hot, the scenes are set up well, and the sex works! Technical The video and lighting are very clear and well shot. The mastering is very good. The audio features Private's goofy dubbing. Review: As a huge fan of facial and cum swallowing films there are not many porn producers that come close to the material that GGG produces. I'm drawn to these films like a moth to a candle. I wasnt quite sure what Id be getting but, based on what Id read, I was hoping for a new and interesting style, with hot women, hot sex and excellent production values. An initial glance through the discs trailers raised my expectations further. FEATURE PRESENTATION: The movies presentation is very straightforward - each scene starts with a little ass-shaking, followed by a few minutes of questions and then the sex begins. The scenes are filmed indoors in similarly unremarkable rooms; the only music is during the intros.

And for $4.99 why not see the rest? What I should have done: I should have skipped this and gone with HoustonDon's approach and picked up TinaT movies during that sale. Review: Mimi introduces herself and tries to dispell some myths about Asian women. So far so good. But this opening scene seems to be cut a bit short. Hey what was I expecting? Vivid's had this reputation. Well this DVD poses as an asian DVD movie. Which it is not, sure it has some Mimi in it but does she alone make it an asian DVD?? I think not. On the back of the DVD: "Think of it as shogun meets show world. But with a bed instead of a runway. Made in japan. You will think you are turning Japanese, You will really think so." Uhmmm I don't think so. Mimi is the only Japanese person in this movie. Everyone else is.. Not. She masturbates between each of the scenes. And only appears in the final scene.

Oh why oh why do I keep falling for it? AVE is a notoriously terrible studio in regards to its asian movies. Review: On the cover, Dual language English and Chinese. So this movie is dubbed in both english and chinese. Thats right dubbed in chinese. The original langauge most likely is japanese. So hearing it in either language seems very odd. You don't get to hear the women's moaning. And from the sound of it they seem to have only hired two voice actors. A man and a women. So they do all the voice overs in both english and chinese. This was a rather plot driven movie, which the plot kinda sucks. This lady is hired to do sexual things for her friends. Well anyways, the action isn't too bad. But I can't seem to get past the bad dubbing. I really like hearing the natural moaning not this dubbed shit. That is a problem I've had with the AVE vcds i use to own.

It helps that the cast is headed by Randy Spears, who may be the best actor working in porn today. His marriage, once so exciting, is on the rocks and his wife (Syndee Steele) has marginalized his very existence. All she wants is an excuse to leave him for her well-heeled lover.

Review brief: According to her audio biography, Syren, the pretty Oriental who gets squaw duty in Brad Armstrongs The Good the Bad and the Wicked, carefully selects the movies she appears in, preferring those films that really showcase her acting ability. Maybe thats true. But I guess sometimes a check is nice, too. I cant imagine what else would have drawn her to appear in this picture. Though the boxcover, with its chicks in Old Western garb and the tagline, Missys in town with a few days to thrill, gives an impression of narrative, Wicked is, instead, a collection of seven more or less random sex scenes strung together like beads on a thin Western theme. No, not a theme, a gimmick: the sheer number of sex scenes tells you that much. Clocking in at just under an hour and a half, this film cant support seven sex scenes AND a story, or pay anything more than lip service to the Old West. So, sure, Missy rides into townpacking a big bag of nothing. Its up to the towns unofficial historian to jumpstart the action.

Review brief: Have fun and pretend Im not here. Thats what the cameraman tells to each of the couples that get it on in this film. The problem is they dont have fun, and you wont either. First up are two guys form South Florida. Hey, I though these were supposed to be Georgia peaches! They are Brett Thomas, an average looker with some chest hair and Mitch Ray, a bleached blond with the bushiest dark armpits I have seen. They perform in those dreadful white socks. The fuck appears to be bareback, but the camerawork is so poor in this film and as the fuck begins in medias res, one cant be sure. When Mitch cums, Brett licks it up, but we dont get a close-up of him doing it. Instead we have long shot. Jeez! Caleb Stone and Panther are the next couple. Caleb has no pubic hair and a big meaty dick that never gets hard despite Panthers best efforts. Panther is deliciously black and the lighting is so piss-poor that we are never able to see his features or his cock. I dont think Caleb ever sucks it anyway. Caleb finally got hard somehow because we find him fucking Panther.

Its a little out of balance and often a little hollow, as well as having more than a couple background noises. The video is much the same way. It has some very slight pixelation but is well lit.

Review brief: Length 83:42 Year 1978 This review will be a comparison between the 2 current releases of Debbie Does Dallas by the companies VCX and NuTech. With a review of the movie following. The VCX dvd of Debbie Does Dallas is slightly longer than the NuTech dvd of Debbie Does Dallas. I have seen both and noticed 4 slight cuts to the NuTech dvd. None of which were major. The running time on the VCX dvd is 19 seconds longer than the NuTech dvd, but the NuTech dvd has a better quality picture so I would recommend going with the NuTech dvd over the VCX dvd. The VCX dvd is divided into 5 chapters and there is a pause when the player switches between these chapters. This is not the case on the NuTech dvd as the movie is on one track on the NuTech dvd. The NuTech dvd appears to have been transfered from a film source while the VCX dvd appears to have been mastered from a vhs tape.

Review brief: The Other Face of Pleasure Directed by Antonio Adamo Overall Impression It would seem to me that the "Private Movies" line has become Adamo's replacement for his hugely popular "Private Penthouse" series. This film certainly has many of the qualities I found in the Penthouse films, like gorgeous women, amazing cinematography, great camera work, exotic sets, and outstanding wardrobe & makeup. However there are some things that I noticed in this film that seemed out of the ordinary and leave me a little concerned over the future of this series. There is not one single facial in this entire film, NOT ONE! I remember facial pop shots being standard issue in Adamo films. Secondly there is no anal from covergirl Moore, and only anal in two of the six scenes. I know I know its not the end of the world if there is no anal, but it is unexpected to see so few scenes with it in an Adamo film. My concern is that they are attempting to bring this line closer to the couples friendly or at least the television friendly market.

Audio/visual quality: It's my understanding that the audiovisual quality of amateur DVDs is often lacking. What I'm seeing/hearing here, however, is surprisingly good. The problems are brief and minor, like the temporary color shift in the second scene when the performers knock a lamp over in their excitement. A crew member's foot also intrudes in a couple places, and pixelation occurs in the foreground in one scene. But overall, there's a pleasing mix of camera angles and the focus normally remains sharp. Except for the rock theme during the credits, music is completely absent from this DVD. The audio suffers somewhat from background hiss, but sounds like the bed squeaking and the performers panting are perfectly clear.

The NuTech dvd of Debbie Does Dallas has slightly better picture quality than the VCX disc while the audio quality is virtually the same. There are 4 minor cuts made to the NuTech dvd that are not made to the VCX dvd though, but overall I feel confident in making a recommendation that you buy the NuTech dvd of Debbie Does Dallas because of the better picture quality and the fact that the movie is put on one track which eliminates the pauses that are present on the VCX disc while the movie switches between tracks. These 4 cuts do not amount to very much and you are not missing much in terms of actual sex or story. There are only 19 seconds total cut from the NuTech dvd so as I say your not missing much. Unless you have to have a totally uncut version of Debbie Does Dallas then go with the NuTech dvd. Now to the review of the actual movie.

The running time on the VCX dvd is 19 seconds longer than the NuTech dvd, but the NuTech dvd has a better quality picture so I would recommend going with the NuTech dvd over the VCX dvd. The VCX dvd is divided into 5 chapters and there is a pause when the player switches between these chapters. This is not the case on the NuTech dvd as the movie is on one track on the NuTech dvd. The NuTech dvd appears to have been transfered from a film source while the VCX dvd appears to have been mastered from a vhs tape.

Review brief: The Other Face of Pleasure Directed by Antonio Adamo Overall Impression It would seem to me that the "Private Movies" line has become Adamo's replacement for his hugely popular "Private Penthouse" series. This film certainly has many of the qualities I found in the Penthouse films, like gorgeous women, amazing cinematography, great camera work, exotic sets, and outstanding wardrobe & makeup. However there are some things that I noticed in this film that seemed out of the ordinary and leave me a little concerned over the future of this series. There is not one single facial in this entire film, NOT ONE! I remember facial pop shots being standard issue in Adamo films. Secondly there is no anal from covergirl Moore, and only anal in two of the six scenes. I know I know its not the end of the world if there is no anal, but it is unexpected to see so few scenes with it in an Adamo film. My concern is that they are attempting to bring this line closer to the couples friendly or at least the television friendly market.

Production date: 1/20/02 (box); 2/02 (opening statement) Length: 95 min. Extras: Except for an advertisement, there are none. Audio/visual quality: It's my understanding that the audiovisual quality of amateur DVDs is often lacking. What I'm seeing/hearing here, however, is surprisingly good. The problems are brief and minor, like the temporary color shift in the second scene when the performers knock a lamp over in their excitement. A crew member's foot also intrudes in a couple places, and pixelation occurs in the foreground in one scene. But overall, there's a pleasing mix of camera angles and the focus normally remains sharp. Except for the rock theme during the credits, music is completely absent from this DVD. The audio suffers somewhat from background hiss, but sounds like the bed squeaking and the performers panting are perfectly clear.

Taylor Overall Impression I have been a huge fan of the "My Plaything" series ever since they released the Stacy Valentine edition and as far as I'm concerned Digital Sin has proven that they are the current interactive sex champions, based on the innovation they have shown in their previous titles like "My Plaything Guage", "My Plaything Kylie Ireland" and even the original "My Plaything Jenna Jameson". So needles to say I have been driving myself crazy for the last few months in anticipation for this disc which showed great promise. (this title was originally scheduled to ship in the fall of 2002 not the beginning of the new year) After finally getting my hands on a copy of this two disc DVD I am happy to report it was worth the wait. It is not perfect however there are a few issues I have with it that prevent me from giving it a five star rating and membership in the Goldmember Masterpiece Collection.
