The Story

Apparently the plot line is based loosely on the movie with a similar name only this one doesn't have Bette Midler and all of the men are about as good looking at Nick Nolte (yuck!). I missed the original in my gay treck across cinema blue screen, but quickly catch up with the help of IMD and their porn star contemporaries. Basically the movie revolves around a bum (Logan Reed) who was loitering around the city in a god awful red wig and knit hat. He gets hit by a prima donna's car (Kevin Kramer) and suddenly both their lives are changed. Throw in some sexually aggresive sex therapists, a maid who doesn't do anything but the employer, and a porn industry financing the whole spiel and you've got yourself a recipe for one fun B-movie.

1. Scene One (Eric Wood & Michel Mattel) — Our movie opens up on two boys in bed. We're cut away from the credits and dead center into the action. It almost confused me because so much was going on during the theme song/credits, that I wasn't sure if this was merely a continuation of what was already going on or if this was something else entirely (turns out it was both). The lighting was a little off and cameraman shook more than I'd have allowed, but the actual footage of this scene rocked! Michel sucks heartily on a long black dildo while Eric dry humps him through his briefs. (Michel is tied up and has a blindfold around his eyes to add to this mystery of the scene.) Eventually, Eric places the dildo between Michel's legs and stuffs his cock in his mouth. This part, was only so-so for me. There was very little imagination in the cock sucking and the camera was too far away for any of it to deem interesting. However, right after that, Eric decides it's time to play in Michel's hole. I'd seen the power that the Scorpio bottom has over all the men who top him but I must say, it still amazes me. Michel wasn't quite as boyish here as he was in Blur, but I kind of liked that. He also wasn't loose either which is saying something for someone who takes as much as this boy takes! Two different dildos are worked over on his smooth olive skinned ass before Eric eventually slips inside. I felt like maybe the penetration was also medicore, but the dildo scene in the middle certainly piqued my interest. Both men aren't the best looking men around but I think this worked well with their acting skills. A gaping intro!

2. Scene Two (George Fleece & Kurt Wagner) — After the bum convinces Eric to take him to the porn studio he runs, he also convinces him to take along his lover's (Kevin Kramer) cousin, Casey (Kurt Wagner). They all have fun brousing through the collection and soon Eric let's George tour Casey around (we all know what this means). The two soon go at it. I felt like the actual setting of this scene was really unique as it's not every day you see porn stars fucking around the products that they sell. Also, the rack that Kurt climbs on for George to stuff it in is so makeshit and rickety that it's rather hot. My only vice would be the lack of sound here and the monotonous pumping that goes on. It felt almost willed, and I don't like that in porn. Also, there was an extended rimming scene here, and while it was real rimming, I felt like the cameraman could have showcased it better than he did. I couldn't see ANY butthole and Kurt's face was just buried deep inside of his ass. The only real good thing about the scene would be the cumshots and the underside shots of George slamming (?) it into Kurt. It wasn't a bad scene (and it could have been hotter) it just needed a little work. I like how Kurt cums right into an empty video box. That was a neat touch.
3. Scene Three (Kevin Kramer, Matt Sizemore & Jack Ryan) — Forced into therapy for his weakening libido, Kevin Kramer meets up with Matt Sizemore and Jack Ryan. He thinks this is another yoga experiment in letting go of one's chi, but soon learns likewise when the two buff guys show up. (I use the word buff, loosely.) They basically rip off his pants (which were snapped down the side for easy removal) and then stuff their cocks into operable holes. I liked this right off as the anal scenes seem to be the only thing going for the film. Jack Ryan is a hottie and Matt Sizemore is ok, but Kevin Kramer is downright fugly! I totally know why Jack was stiffly pumping in and out of his ass and not really making any noises. Even Kevin's prince albert couldn't sell him into being any cuter. He's probably one of those guys that's like really good friends with one of the producers so he gets placed in a lot of films. He totally was too queeny and he just acted way too much. Of course, his face got in the way so...
   

   Eventually there is a surprising break from the two guys' pumping as they both slip up inside Kevin AT THE SAME TIME! This made the whole scene go up a double knotch! I fucking love double pentration and it's so rare to see! Jack Ryan finally found his pumping power once being placed next to Matt up inside Kevin and eventually, I was able to find enough to make me cum. The camera direction still was a little shoddy but they perfectly aimed it right at Kevin's ass. I kind of would have liked to have seen some gaping here, but I can't complain. They eventually beat off all over Kevin as he jacks his dick to climax.

4. Scene Four (Logan Reed & Pete Davos) — I liked how each scene had this whole dialogue leading up to it. It's not even cheesy porn dialogue either, as Dino Phillips did a bang out job working on the script. At a party for some of Eric Wood's porn contemporaries, his brother (Pete Davos) catches the bum, Logan, going through some personal files on their computer. He immediately tries to stop him but the bum works his charisma into him too. They soon are making out and Logan is going down on him. It isn't long before Pete goes down on Logan and then things go 69. I must say that this was actually a lot hotter than the other oral scenes in the rest of the film. It's not easy for a director to shoot a 69 scene and make it look good and I think Dane Preston did a really good job; even the rimming scene here was a lot better than all the others in the film. After Pete gets Logan good and wet, he sits down on Pete's rod and we're treated to awesome camera work this way. Pete has this ugly mole down by his ass but we forgive him as the whole scene in of itself is AMAZING. It definitely proved to be the best of the production. Again, the lighting and camera work are a bit shaky, but it holds up well for the remainder of the movie. The boys swap and Logan gets on Pete before they both climax in a nice auidble show that interrupts the party going on outside the room.

What I Liked — A lot of the acting was a bit off kilter (think news anchors), but it was fun to watch. They really were entertaining and it kept my attention for the whole film. Also, got to love the double penetration in Scene Three. Yum!

What I Disliked — The lack of visual stimulation in the actors department. Most of the men were barely attractive and the shaking camera work didn't help either. Maybe it was supposed to feel low budget but I wasn't biting...

DVD Extras

• Slideshow - 3 minutes long (XXX stills from the film with much better lighting than shown in the actual movie)

• Bloopers - 7 Minutes (these aren't really funny as they are flubs in the lines. The movie has a ton so quite naturally, there are a lot to view.)

Overall Thoughts — I want to thank Steph for giving me the promo copy of this DVD to view for myself. (For that, I am her love slave.) This wasn't exactly as good as I'd anticipated from reviews prior, but it still had enough to keep my interest. That's a high mark, in my book. I wish the actors were hotter than they were and I wish the boy behind the electricity wasn't as stingy with the power as he was, but I still would safely say I would watch this again. I hate to call it fun and cute for fear of sounding cliche, but it certainly has a ring to it. If it were up to me, and this movie was up against it's predesesor, I'd choose Bette....At least she is alright to look at. Someone toss Kevin Kramer a paper bag!
