Colorful characters are met along the way and they tie in with events going on above. It was very interesting how Brad tied the two worlds together like this and I suspect fans will enjoy the ride. Some Dude subsequently is back as the Man of Steel and you see other familiar characters return too including Lois Lane, Lana Lang and yes Lex Luthor who has attained an office that I don't think anyone would have ever expected. Eli Cross has a lot of fun with this role as you'll see. You have some bad villains too from Livewire to Silver Banshee and a Bizarro Superman too. The story tries to strike a serious tone without going as dark as you saw in the Dark Knight movies. Bits of the Superman series of films are worked in such as Clark giving up his powers, the phantom zone. Featuring seven individual sequences, each with its own mini-plot, this one is fun and involves some sexy fucking from a super-strong cast. The best of the scenes belong to Brooklyn Lee and Asa Akira--both anal--though that of Latina spitfire Veronica Rodriguez deserves a strong mention, as well. The only one that really doesn't work out is Tori Black's, as there's no meaningful sexual contact between herself and her partner...(such a waste of talent). "Grindhouse XXX: A Double Feature" is a very good production from Adam and Eve that puts forth two features, both done in the over-the-top "grindhouse" style. The first ("Student Assassin") involves Teagan Presley, a student at a local community college who moonlights as a contract killer. Her cop girlfriend (Nina Mercedez) has been taken hostage by a drug kingpin (Derrick Pierce), and it's up to Teagan to rescue her...the hard way. The second ("Massacre at Pine Lake") features Alexis Ford and her crew of camp workers at the Pine Lake camp the day prior to its seasonal opening. After a monstrous serial killer (Lee Stone) escapes from the police and happens upon the camp, the whole place turns into a bloodbath. Fortunately for Alexis, this beast is a pansy when it comes to standard women's self-defense maneuvers--too funny.
