Review:
“Anarchy” is an excellent production from Wicked and Barrett Blade that puts forth contract performer, Alektra Blue, as an egotistical, rough, and borderline-nymphomaniacal (is that a word?) lead singer of a rock band whose star is clearly on the rise. After a night of indulging in some of the more outlandish trappings of the so-called “rock star” life, Alektra awakens to find herself incarcerated and wondering how she got into such a predicament. Complete with the orange jumpsuit, Ms. Blue pieces together the chaotic events of the prior evening from her hazy and alcohol-addled memory. It should be of no surprise, of course, that these memories are rife not only with misadventure of a platonic nature but, also, of a sexual nature, as well. And, indeed, that “sexual nature” is typically scorching hot…especially when it involves Alektra herself…and the viewers are the lucky beneficiaries. Testify!
In terms of the sex, Alektra is a direct participant in three of the five scenes, but she also plays a semi-sexual role in a fourth. In Scene One, she does a blow-bang with a few of her fans, one of whom is Eric Masterson and the other two of whom I don’t recognize off-hand. These autograph-seekers get a lot more than they bargained for—but there are certainly no complaints, either—as a punked-out Alektra sucks them all off to consecutive pop-shots on her face, mouth, and breasts. This is all followed up by some oral cock clean-off and is, of course, excellent material. Not to be totally outdone is the work of Dane Cross and Tessa Taylor in Scene Two. In this case, Dane and Tessa play fans of Alektra’s who decide that—after getting their CD signed at a signing—are going to provide a bit of entertainment of their own. Alektra only watches here, but the action is still of a very good caliber, as the cowgirl, missionary-like, and doggie-style positionings are amongst the better moments. Dane drops a load on Tessa’s ass—which she tastes a bit of—to finish this one off. It’s not as hot as the other four sequences, but it’s still rocking.
In terms of other items, it should be noted that the costuming and sets are top-notch in this production. Further, the camera work is solid, and the production values are high. The plot is also very good for an adult film.
In terms of bonus materials and other options, there are a total of nine trailers on the disc—one in the Main Menu (for the movie itself), two that play (along with the anti-piracy PSA) when the disc is inserted, and a choice of six under “Trailers”. There’s also a “Photo Gallery”—which puts forth a slideshow of “pretty-girl” shots and stills from the production—and a “Promo Reel”—which is essentially an advertisement for the Wicked contract performers. There’s more advertisements under the “More Adult Fun” section—which gives some for-pay phone sex numbers and the like. Finally, there is a “Bonus Sex Scene…” featuring a high-quality Alektra Blue boy-girl segment from the production “Black and Blue”. Gone is the “pay-extra for more scenes” gimmick—good riddance to that ill-conceived and ill-fated idea—and, sadly, there isn’t a BTS segment. All in all, the bonuses are decent but not great.
In total, this is an exceptional product and worth picking up—particularly for fans of the rock genre (of which I count myself as a member), fans of Alektra Blue (who isn’t?), and fans of features with high production values. If you’re an anal sex and / or gonzo enthusiast, you should likely stay away from this one. Otherwise, I say check it out!
