Initial Reaction: The cast does a great job, but theres something I just dont like with the story. The DVD also seems a little short on extras to be part of Adam & Eves Premium Collection. Audio /Video Quality: Theres a little grain to the picture, but not much. The audio is done well, although theres a few spots where the dialogue is hard to understand. Hey! More Vivid! This is what you would call "couples porn". This is the kind of DVD you would watch with a significant other. It's not raunchy at all. This is about as tasteful as a video can get without being declared softcore. Everything is revealed in detail, but it's done in a good fashion, if that makes sense. The storyline is light, with a very romantic feel. The DVD is set in 1508, and the Pope needs the Sistine Chapel painted..but Michelangelo's too busy to do it. Instead, he recommends his sister, Michelangela, played by the stunning Dyanna Lauren. The Pope isn't interested (at least not yet) in having a woman do such an important job. I Need A Woman's
This is one of the corniest dvd's I have ever seen. But for some reason I really liked it. The beginning scene with Stacey Valentine and some other fine chick is really hot. There are parts of this movie that seem to drag on because of the plot that they are trying to establish. But I guess it's worth it in the end when you see Asia Carrera (the finest pornstar on the face of this earth) come out and conquer her sexual demons. Her sex scenes are pretty damn nice. Her acting isn't too bad either. The hottest part of the movie for me was when she was sleeping naked in her bed, her sheets conveniently uncovering her best features. God she's hot. Okay, the only thing that is pretty crappy in this movie is the blonde gardeners acting. He is the corniest guy I have ever seen in a movie, but I guess he got the job done. There's a moment or two when you hear some background noise, but overall it's very good. Video Quality: Average. The picture is pretty good for most of it, but there's a couple spots where the picture gets really grainy. Music: Light classical for a lot of it. The music blends extremely well with most of the movie so that it isn't even really noticeable. The places when I thought to pay attention to the music it fit perfectly. Initial Expectations: I've heard that this is a great couples film.
