69th Parallel Review

Audio Quality: Needs work.

Video Quality: Average

Music: Corny. It was very repetitive. Borning music. There were a couple of spots where the music would end and then the same song would start up again.

Extras: Bios, photo gallery, and previews. Your typical Adam & Eve extras, although the bios weren't nearly as good as some of their others. They don't even show a picture of the person in the bio.

Initial Expectations: From the title 'Meet Shayla at the crossroads of her life', I'm assuming that this is would be a biographical adult films out there. Adam & Eve, however, has been kind of disappointing in the quality of their older DVDs..

Initial Reaction: The audio and music were really bad and the movie had nothing to do with Shayla's life, story was average

Review: The 69th Parallel' was average most of this was due to Shayla and the excellent acting job she did throughout the movie and hot she looked. 'The 69th Parallel' is basically an adult version of the movie 'Sliding Doors'. Shayla plays a wife, whose boyfriend is cheating on her with Kylie Ireland and the movie splits into two to show what happens if she catches him and what happens if she doesn't. The paths are separated by Taylor Moore narrating and snapping her fingers between the paths.

The sex throughout the movie is pretty tame. All girl - girl action is in the group sex situations, and there is very little focus on it. Both Kylie and Shayla seem fairly restrained in the movie. The main problem with most of the sex scenes is that the audio is poor.

Overall: 'The 69th Parallel' is an average movie, It is basically an adult version of 'Sliding Doors' with pretty average sex. The biggest problem with the movie is that it has some of the worst music I've heard.
