Review brief: Running Time: 89 minutes Director: Bud Lee Cast: Asia Carrera, Alexandra Silk, Anna Malle, Cheyenne Silver, Julie Meadows, Rayveness, Jon Dough, Chris Cannon, Steve Hatcher, and Joel Lawrence Audio/Video Quality: There was some slight grain here and there in the video but overall it was very good. The audio was equally well done. Feature: This storyline did hold my attention to some extent. But in the end it boiled down to another run-of-the-mill storyline. Nothing special or exemplary about it. The sex wasnt much better. There was one scene that was better than average as the performers seemed to be into it. It was the scene with Joel Lawrence (I think), Anna Malle, and one other lady. There seemed to be some chemistry there. But other than that the sex scenes ran from average to poor. The last scene had Jon Dough humping Asia Carerra. I know Jon Dough isnt known for showing much emotion in his scenes. (At least from the movies Ive seen him in).

I expect another great DVD here. Initial Reaction: Its not nearly as good as some of the other Shanes World features. Who Should Watch It : Fans of great gonzo porn or anybody in the cast Who Should Avoid It: Anybody looking for extremely hardcore sex Audio /Video Quality: As usual, Shanes World has a great transfer for gonzo porn. Review brief: When Zara White first burst onto the adult movie screen in early 1990, she just so happened to appear in two of the very best works of erotica ever made: "House of Dreams" directed by Andrew Blake, and "Buttman's Ultimate Workout" directed by John Stagliano. Both movies received lots of critical acclaim, and both were extremely popular with an audience who were hungry for quality videos amidst the eighties glut of hardcore junk. Dark-haired, thin and with stunning good looks, Zara became a star overnight with the obviously winning combination of beauty and carnality. In both HOD and BUW, she appeared with the now legendary Rocco Siffredi, performing anal on camera and delivering a performance which made audiences (and their private parts) stand up and take notice. Zara then began to star in other videos, none of which really maintained the quality (not to mention success) of her work with Andrew Blake (where she had another scene with Rocco) or with Evil Angel (as she appeared in Buttman's European Vacation).

This popular Arizona lake is the location of so many pornos, I hear the water level on occasion gets dangerously high. The scenery is nice however, and anything to do with water, outdoors and sex, I'm all for. I got this as a freebie with an online order, and though an all g/g wouldn't normally be one I would buy, I don't mind watching it occasionally, and it looked like a fun one. The box cover doesn't even list Alexandra, but does list a Barett Moore, who wasn't listed in the opening credits. The opening credits did list a Leah however, who was not on the box cover.

Back in 1996 it seemed incredibly wonderful and exciting, and I was quite annoyed that no store in my area ever carried The Gigolo 2. I contemplated purchasing the set, but for one reason or another always went with different titles. I finally took advantage of the chance to rent the DVD of The Gigolo 2 and scratch a 5-year old itch.

Review brief: Average at best, ButtFreak 3 is an example of what happens when a formula that used to work has ingredients switched from the recipe. Imagine a lovely, yummy, delicious German chocolate cake, made with Nutrasweet. Buttman doing films without Rocco really has affected his product; look at his Anal Show 1 or 2; or the Buttman Big Tit Adventure. Something is missing; the chemistry between his perfomers and Buttmans' style has never been more questioned in my opinion. Scene 1, Nacho comes over to Buttmans house to blow off steam for relationship advice; two mysterious women are in the shadows waiting for him. A good scene erupts, but it seems that Senior cannot pop... I think it might be blamed on the hardcore-nasty overdose that these girls lay on him. They spread his legs and really eat his asshole out, they deep throat his muy largo carne, and the topper has to be the inflatible butt dildo that pops out of the girls' hiney.

Almost all of the audio is clear and well balanced, but when some of the performers get loud it starts to crackle a little like the audio was maxed out. Surprisingly, I was impressed with Angel Dusts video quality as soon as it started, which is rare for Nic Cramer.

I have read that at first Vouyer (sic) always had two guys with one girl, but due to fan demand, started mixing two girls with one guy scenes into the mix. I think this one achieves a good balance in that regard. It was shot in Europe, and the set budget rivals that seen in most Zane productions,though the famous ugly couches are replaced by leather furniture. The movie opens with Red Julia and Sandra introducing themselves. Both Hungarians have pretty blue eyes. Sandra is one of many current actresses with that name, this one is the slightly plain, pale skinned, black haired one, with the huge natural breasts. She can also be seen in The Voyeur 19 (don't tell Vince, but this is how "Voyeur" is spelled), in a good scene with Blonde Panni/Penni.

Review brief: The people at SEVP can't spell the word Finnish, but otherwise Finish nights (the title is in the colors of the Finnish national flag) is not bad for a porn DVD. The video is about average, or slightly above, by porn standards, and the sound is clear enough. There is some elevator music playing at a low level during all scenes. The sound is not dubbed, but sometimes you get the impression that it is not quite synchronized with the action. The extras are also pretty standard: a few trailers, a few stills, and a "jump to a scene" function. There could be more chapter stops, and the ones that are there are usually not at the beginning of a scene, but jump right in the middle of action after the setup. Most of the dialogue is in more or less accented English, but the girls speak occasional phrases in Finnish. (Maybe this is meant to prove their nationality.) Review brief: Produced 11/00 Directed by Jean-Yves LeCastel Cast: Kathy, Orsi Shine, Viki, Sandra, Isabella, Nikki Baum, Sylvia Sun (aka Synthia), Hannah, David Perry, Robert Rosenberg, Pascal St. James, Jean-Pierre Armand Jean-Yves LeCastel essentially makes the same movie again and again, and he makes a LOT of movies. I know he makes a couple of German lines, and in English, he directs The Matador series for Private, Assman for Anabolic, and Debauchery for Diabolic. I haven't seen any of the German titles, but the English ones are largely indistinguishable, and there seems to be no rhyme or reason in deciding to which line a new movie will be assigned. With that said, he does have two slightly different forms of film making. When he also performs, the movie usually includes a lot of one on one or threesome couplings. When LeCastel stays behind the camera, the video includes a lot of "stupid ass tricks" such as having guys wait in line, pulling their puds, to have a go at one girl's anus.

Not much Since Ive never seen a softcore movie before, I had a few assumptions going in. The main two were these: 1). Since they couldnt show any penetration or hard cocks, they would focus on the more romantic side of sex: kissing, cuddling, massage, etc 2). Without all the explicit sex going on, I figured there would be more time to flesh out an actual story. Turns out I was wrong on both accounts. The sex isnt any more romantic than what you see in hardcore porn; its just shot from weird angles so that you dont see anything too X-rated. Review brief: Overview This DVD turned out to be a bit of a disappointment, after reading the glowing reviews of the first one in the series. We see short pieces of Misty Rain sightseeing in Paris, visiting a sex shop, eating at restaurants, and showing us the house she is staying in, interspersed with sex scenes featuring Misty and a few French and American performers, and one flashily edited sequence where she is on stage at a trade show. The sex scenes have little to do with the non-sex scenes, they are just stuck together. I think my biggest problem is the disjointed feeling, there is no continuity. Also, I do not find some of the performers appealing, which also can skew my judgement. On re-viewing the sex scenes, I found many of them to be better than I remembered, so I suppose my initial impression might have been too negative. Misty is probably the worst tour guide ever, when she does her Valley Girl commentary from a L'OpenTour bus.

It was the scene with Joel Lawrence (I think), Anna Malle, and one other lady. There seemed to be some chemistry there. But other than that the sex scenes ran from average to poor. The last scene had Jon Dough humping Asia Carerra. I know Jon Dough isnt known for showing much emotion in his scenes. (At least from the movies Ive seen him in).

Review brief: When Zara White first burst onto the adult movie screen in early 1990, she just so happened to appear in two of the very best works of erotica ever made: "House of Dreams" directed by Andrew Blake, and "Buttman's Ultimate Workout" directed by John Stagliano. Both movies received lots of critical acclaim, and both were extremely popular with an audience who were hungry for quality videos amidst the eighties glut of hardcore junk. Dark-haired, thin and with stunning good looks, Zara became a star overnight with the obviously winning combination of beauty and carnality. In both HOD and BUW, she appeared with the now legendary Rocco Siffredi, performing anal on camera and delivering a performance which made audiences (and their private parts) stand up and take notice. Review brief: Average at best, ButtFreak 3 is an example of what happens when a formula that used to work has ingredients switched from the recipe. Imagine a lovely, yummy, delicious German chocolate cake, made with Nutrasweet. Buttman doing films without Rocco really has affected his product; look at his Anal Show 1 or 2; or the Buttman Big Tit Adventure. Something is missing; the chemistry between his perfomers and Buttmans' style has never been more questioned in my opinion. Scene 1, Nacho comes over to Buttmans house to blow off steam for relationship advice; two mysterious women are in the shadows waiting for him. A good scene erupts, but it seems that Senior cannot pop... I think it might be blamed on the hardcore-nasty overdose that these girls lay on him. It was shot in Europe, and the set budget rivals that seen in most Zane productions,though the famous ugly couches are replaced by leather furniture. The movie opens with Red Julia and Sandra introducing themselves. Both Hungarians have pretty blue eyes. Sandra is one of many current actresses with that name, this one is the slightly plain, pale skinned, black haired one, with the huge natural breasts. She can also be seen in The Voyeur 19 (don't tell Vince, but this is how "Voyeur" is spelled), in a good scene with Blonde Panni/Penni.

Review brief: The people at SEVP can't spell the word Finnish, but otherwise Finish nights (the title is in the colors of the Finnish national flag) is not bad for a porn DVD. The video is about average, or slightly above, by porn standards, and the sound is clear enough. There is some elevator music playing at a low level during all scenes. The sound is not dubbed, but sometimes you get the impression that it is not quite synchronized with the action. The extras are also pretty standard: a few trailers, a few stills, and a "jump to a scene" function. There could be more chapter stops, and the ones that are there are usually not at the beginning of a scene, but jump right in the middle of action after the setup. Most of the dialogue is in more or less accented English, but the girls speak occasional phrases in Finnish. (Maybe this is meant to prove their nationality.) Review brief: Produced 11/00 Directed by Jean-Yves LeCastel Cast: Kathy, Orsi Shine, Viki, Sandra, Isabella, Nikki Baum, Sylvia Sun (aka Synthia), Hannah, David Perry, Robert Rosenberg, Pascal St. James, Jean-Pierre Armand Jean-Yves LeCastel essentially makes the same movie again and again, and he makes a LOT of movies. I know he makes a couple of German lines, and in English, he directs The Matador series for Private, Assman for Anabolic, and Debauchery for Diabolic. I haven't seen any of the German titles, but the English ones are largely indistinguishable, and there seems to be no rhyme or reason in deciding to which line a new movie will be assigned. With that said, he does have two slightly different forms of film making. When he also performs, the movie usually includes a lot of one on one or threesome couplings. When LeCastel stays behind the camera, the video includes a lot of "stupid ass tricks" such as having guys wait in line, pulling their puds, to have a go at one girl's anus.

Christophe is in one of his long hair phases as he sweeps the floor and then prepares some sex toys for the upcoming scene. Slender, pretty Monica Sweetheart wanders in to take a look at the toys. She is a recent favorite of mine, though she has looked better than she does here, where her makeup isn't done right, for my taste, leaving her with a sleepy look. Review brief: NOTE: This is a SOFTCORE movie. That means no penetration, no cum shots, and no erections. What does that leave, you might ask? Not much Since Ive never seen a softcore movie before, I had a few assumptions going in. The main two were these: 1). Since they couldnt show any penetration or hard cocks, they would focus on the more romantic side of sex: kissing, cuddling, massage, etc 2). Without all the explicit sex going on, I figured there would be more time to flesh out an actual story. Turns out I was wrong on both accounts. The sex isnt any more romantic than what you see in hardcore porn; its just shot from weird angles so that you dont see anything too X-rated. Review brief: Overview This DVD turned out to be a bit of a disappointment, after reading the glowing reviews of the first one in the series. We see short pieces of Misty Rain sightseeing in Paris, visiting a sex shop, eating at restaurants, and showing us the house she is staying in, interspersed with sex scenes featuring Misty and a few French and American performers, and one flashily edited sequence where she is on stage at a trade show. The sex scenes have little to do with the non-sex scenes, they are just stuck together. I think my biggest problem is the disjointed feeling, there is no continuity. Also, I do not find some of the performers appealing, which also can skew my judgement. On re-viewing the sex scenes, I found many of them to be better than I remembered, so I suppose my initial impression might have been too negative. Misty is probably the worst tour guide ever, when she does her Valley Girl commentary from a L'OpenTour bus.
