Initial Reaction: It's fun with a nice reality touch. I think I'm going to have to check out more of this series... The audio has a decent balance, but feels a little mushy. The video also seems a little off. Theres a bit of pixelation, which might be there for a slightly artistic effect, but theres also a yellowish tinge to the scene that didnt work for me if the effects were meant to be artistic. On the plus side the feature is presented in the widescreen format, but unfortunately its non-anamorphic.

The audio is a bit muddy and the balance sometimes leaves a bit to be desired. The video is presented in the non-anamorphic widescreen format. It has a little grain and a slightly dark and slightly yellow tinited look to it. Music: The music is soft both in style and balance, and sometimes works well for the feature. Unfortunately, if youre a fan of Debussy, its not quite so good because the pianist really massacres the Claire de Lune in the first scene.

Review brief: NOTE: This is an amateur video. Amateur and homemade movies dont have the budget nor the resources of studio porn, and therefore rarely get close to the same quality technically. Im rating this DVD on the same scale, but most homemade or amateur features would rarely make it above a 3 on the standard scale I use for studio porn for their technical aspects. The performers also arent normally the glamour stars one expects from studio porn, and instead use people who look like somebody you might encounter in your day to day life. Finally, the camera work has a different feel, as its often shot from a tripod or with somebody who doesnt have the technical training or experience of professional cameramen. That said, amateur and homemade features have a great charm to them, simple because the people in them are doing what theyre doing to have fun and because they enjoy it.

Who Should Watch It : Anybody curious about Rocco, Buttman, or Evil Angel or who wants to see some of the earlier scenes from Buttman Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting the intense anal side of Rocco The Technical Stuff Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are pretty average to a little on the weak side until one considers one little thing, that these scenes were all shot in the very early 1990s. The audio is your typical Buttman audio. There's a few background noises, but they fit in with the reality feel of the movies. The video is a little weaker.

The audio is pretty clear and nicely balanced. The problem is the video. It's lit decently and doesn't have much camera motion, but there's a significant amount of grain that really held things back for me.

The audio is pretty good, although there are only a few of the openings where you actually get to hear the performers. The rest of the music only has music for the audio. The video reminded me of porn from the early nineties. Its well lit, but has a soft, videotape like look that gave the movie a cheaper feeling.
