Initial Expectations: Tic Tac Toe’s sticks in my head as a great foot freak movie. I’m really looking forward to this one with the cast Mick’s brought together here.

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are pretty good. The audio is normally clear and well balanced, but there are a few background noises and balance problems which appear now and then. The video is nicely done. It’s very well lit and has just a hint of grain. There are a few camera motion problems, but they’re fairly minor.

Menus: The main menu is pretty good, and nicely balanced a bit of animation with a still and a clip from the movie. The chapter menu is nicely done, and lets you choose a scene based on the name of the lady in each scene and a clip of the action, as well as a list of the sex acts which you can immediately jump to.

Belicia turned out a darn hot performance, but it could have been captured much better.

Tic Tac Toe’s 2 is a pretty good foot fetish feature. Mick Blue does a pretty good job of mixing in some nice foot action into the scenes, but at the same time it’s a little inconsistent. You can tell that he and Greg Centauro are into feet, but David Perry never seemed to be into them in either of his scenes and Joe Monti fell somewhere in between. Mick does a much better job choosing his talent, as almost all of the girls are beautiful and get into the sex nicely. Unfortunately there’s no anal or girl on girl action, but there are a few group scenes with Mick and another guy taking on the girls. My main problem with Tic Tac Toe’s 2 is that I had the feeling like Mick was taking on too much. He seemed like he wanted to be both working the camera and taking on the girls, and as long as they were in a one-on-one situation that wasn’t too bad. When somebody else came into the scenes, however, things didn’t flow nearly as well. The camera got quite jerky and the mix of POV and standard angles just didn’t work for me. It’s great to see Mick so enthusiastic and he does come off as a nice guy who’s really into his partners, but he also seems like he’s biting off more than he can chew. If Mick would have been able to make up his mind about whether he wanted to be in front of the camera or behind it for each of the scenes rather than trying to do both, Tic Tac Toe’s 2 would have been a much stronger movie.

The Extra Stuff

The strip tease lasts about eighteen and a half minutes. Each girl gets about three minutes to give the camera a little tease, with the audio being completely devoted to music. It’s a very nice extra which is filled with eye candy, but at the same time I can’t help but wish that there would be a submenu to let you choose which girl’s tease you want to see rather than just having them lumped into one big featurette. Yes, Zero Tolerance did put the care in to give each girl their own chapter, but the viewer still has to skip through chapter by chapter to find the girl they want.

The behind the scenes featurette lasts eleven minutes. Mick starts things out chatting with Melanie as she hangs out wearing only a tower before trying to find the right outfit for her. They have a bit of fun with Melanie during her photo shoot and David Perry after before following Melanie’s great ass. In fact, which one considers the language barrier this is actually a pretty impressive behind the scenes featurette as it never resorts to just showing the cameraman as he captures the action.

Currently, many of Zero Tolerance’s DVDs can be found online for between $11 and $25, with many stores offering them for around $20. I’d rent this one first. There’s some hot scenes, but there’s also quite a bit of the movie that just doesn’t keep up with the pace of the others. The technical aspects are pretty good and show some good care, and there’s some of the same nice care put into the extras as one normally expects. This is a good movie on a nicely done DVD.

Note to Zero Tolerance: With his enthusiasm it’s easy to see why you brought Mick Blue on board, but please help him learn how to juggle being in front of the camera and behind it!
