The audio is clear and well balanced, but I did notice a couple minor background noises. The video is also nicely done. Its nicely lit, and although there is a hint of grain it comes off more as being artistic rather than being like Vivid put too much crap on their DVDs to give a good transfer.

The entire movie was filmed and then the technical aspects played with to approximate real security camera footage. One scene will have crystal clear audio and the rest will have audio where the background noises drown out the performers. There are places where the audio completely disappears, and you can sometimes hear the performers being given directions.

Im not expecting anything new, but I am hoping for some enjoyable scenes. Initial Reaction: Its one of the best installments of the series that Ive seen so far. Who Should Watch It : Anybody wanting medical themed all girl porn Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting varied sex scenes The Technical Stuff Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are okay. The audio is definitely more problematic, and in addition to some of the audio being a little muddy, theres also some very noticeable background noises and some scratchiness as it maxes out. The video is better, but there is a little grain and a fair amount of soft focus blurs.
