Nothing to Hide (Cal Vista) review summaries:
fu_q's
When his simple best friend, Richard Pacheco, finds love in the arms of a young woman and begins to drift away, a rough-around-the-edges, smooth-talking, hard-fucking womanizer, John Leslie, is left to deal with feelings of emptiness quite unfamiliar to him. Such is the case in "Nothing to Hide 1", an exceptional, 1981 release from director Anthony Spinelli and Cal Vista. [read the full review]

Urban Cowgirls review summaries:
fu_q's
When the ladies are looking for a good time or to simply escape the mundane, there's only one place to go, and that's down to John Leslie's local, country-themed watering hole, where the sex flows as freely as the liquor and the pussy party's always on. Such is the case in "Urban Cowgirls", a very good, 1980 release from Caballero and director Tsanusdi. [read the full review]

Wacky World Of X-Rated Bloopers review summaries:
fu_q's
"Wacky World of X-Rated Bloopers", an overall-decent, 1989 release from Gourmet Video and narrated by Kimberly Carson, is exactly as its name would imply--a collection of bloopers and behind the scenes material from a number of 1980's releases. Funny moments, true missteps, wood issues, and micromanaging directors are all highlighted. A number of stars from the era make appearances, some more so than others, and the release does provide a nice look at life on a porn set from a time period when BTS material really wasn't mass-produced and readily available. While it's not so much a production to get off to, it's certainly interesting and reasonably worth a watch. [read the full review]

Please... Mr. Postman (Caballero) review summaries:
fu_q's
Giving the phrase "going postal" a whole new meaning, it's one special delivery after another when Loni Sanders, a mailwoman who's as horny as she is committed to her job, takes care of both co-workers and clients alike along her route in "Please... Mr. Postman". A fairly good, 1981 release from Caballero and director Louis Lewis, this flick finds both Ms. Sanders, as well as her customers, partaking in all manner of mail-inspired, sexual mayhem. The Little Details Running Time: 72 min. Im looking forward to this one. Initial Reaction: Its nothing special. Who Should Watch It : Golden age porn fans Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting a lot of plot or long sex scenes The Technical Stuff Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are pretty darn impressive when one considers that this movie was made in the early eighties. The audio is clear and well balanced, and I dont think I heard a single background noise. The video is a bit grainy, but for a movie thats shot on film its pretty impressive. [read the full review]

Naked Eyes review summaries:
Flash's
As far as being a feature movie, Naked Eyes is a failure. There isn't enough of plot here to really justify calling this a feature movie. As far as being an all sex movie, Naked Eyes is also a failure since the movie does spend time with the lack of a plot the movie puts around the movie. The sex scenes are average at best making Naked Eyes an easy movie to skip. Classic X Collection has done a poor job with this release as well with what appears to be a VHS tape transferred to DVD. Delicious & All American Girls 2 (Double Feature) review summaries:
fu_q's
The frigid, disinterested mistress of an archaic mansion, Candida Royalle, and her philandering husband, Aaron Stuart, are not only having marital issues but are also having trouble keeping a good maid around. Of course, this is primarily because Aaron keeps fucking all of them, and Candida subsequently fires them. In to save the day ultimately pops a lovely witch, Veronica Hart, who takes on the role of the perfect (...and perfectly horny...) maid to help them all overcome their impediments. Indeed, in some ways akin to a kinky, darker version of "Mary Poppins", Veronica's character is a dick-raising, erotic enchantress who sates everyone's desires--and solves their various problems--with but a glance (...and her magical, multi-purpose pussy). Such is the case in "Delicious", an overall-good, 1981 film from director Bill Eagle that was re-released as part of an Adam and Eve "double feature". [read the full review]

(All American Girls 2) Extras: A photo gallery for each movie (18 images for Delicious and 30 images for All American Girls 2) and 15 trailers. Audio/visual quality: Overall, the audiovisual quality of the movies is acceptable given their age. Both are shot on film, with minimal scratches and other blemishes in the prints. The colors in Delicious appear somewhat faded with time, and the original editing feels choppy, with too many quick cuts between genital and facial close-ups. The focus and lighting are pretty good, however. [read the full review]

The Betty Boop of porno past, the lovely and charming brunette cutie, Desiree Cousteau, has certainly led a colorful, sex-filled life if "Inside Desiree Cousteau", an exceptional 1979 release from Leon Gucci and VCX, is to be believed. Indeed, this showcase features the bubbly young beauty in her pornographic prime and portends to be an autobiographical flick (...suspend disbelief...) highlighting the many lives of Ms. Cousteau and the varied and sordid sexual escapades accompanying them. Nothing To Hide (NuTech) review summaries:
SDC's
Although not the best movie of the era, Nothing To Hide may well be the quintessential Golden Age Classic. If youve ever wanted to know what separates the Golden Age movies from contemporary classics then look no further. The movie revolves around the relationship between Jack (John Leslie) and his slow witted/ retarded buddy, Lenny (Richard Pacheco). Jack is a smooth talking ladies man who effortlessly moves from one conquest to the next. Lenny, on the other hand, has no luck with the ladies - despite Jacks constant promises to set him up. However, when Lenny falls for a similarly awkward girl Jack has to face the prospect of life without his buddy. If your exposure to porn is limited to contemporary product either feature or gonzo this is going to be quite a change of pace. Even the narrative driven couples porn of today is a fair distance from movies such as this. For a start the sex scenes are far shorter than would be acceptable today (which, from a story telling perspective at least, is no bad thing). [read the full review]

Director: Anthony Spinelli Writer: Michael Ellis Videographer: Jack Remy Running length: 97 minutes D.O.P. 1981 Female cast: Chelsea Manchester, Erica Boyer, Tigr, Misty Regan, Holly McCall, Liz Randolph, Raven Turner, Pat Manning Male cast: John Leslie, Richard Pacheco, Eric Stein, Anthony Spinelli Audio/Video: For being over 20 years old, the picture isn't bad at all. The audio suffers in just a few places, making the voices somewhat muffled, but in general it was very watchable. Much of it was filmed outdoors, yet wind noise was minimal. Extras: None Condoms: One, Richard Pacheco's scene The Movie: I liked Justine: Nothing To Hide 2 so well, I thought I'd check out the original that started the series. Come to find out, there's absolutely nothing that ties them together, and NTH #1 is actually the sequel to another classic, Talk Dirty To Me. Sounds confusing, but you need not see one to appreciate the other. I've seen very few of the 'classics' of porn, but I'm starting to appreciate them more. [read the full review]
