Taboo 2, while not as good as Kirdy Stevens' original Taboo, is an enjoyable feature adult film. The cast does an amazing job with their sex scenes and do a great job with the non-sexual scenes. Taboo 3, on the other hand, is a massive let down with a poor story that does little to connect with the first two films and seems like just an attempt to cash in on the Taboo name. Most viewers likely won't have any interest seeing the film more than once. Taboo 2 makes this release worth picking up. Vinegar Syndrome has done a great job with this release. I doubt they were really "lost" but rescued from oblivion off of those old movies is probably a better description. The woman often have huge hair and lots of hairspray. Peter even has what looks like a perm in one scene. That crappy music that pervaded porn back then is heard throughout the scenes. This was transferred over from VHS and the video quality is lacking, sounds is uneven. The Dark Brothers strike again with one of the series they made famous. Of course this movie revolves around anal sex, but there's more than just that here. There could even be aliens trying to suck people's souls out of their colon. Yes, the movie is that fun and creative, but the sex doesn't quite make it past the average level due to the scenes being a bit short and choppy. The technical aspects are very nice for the age of the movie, but unfortunately there's no effort put into the extras.
