review from 10/8/2002:
Conquest is a fun plot-based adult film that is sure to please fans of tamer sex and porn with a plot. The plot is more developed than most modern adult erotica boasting great sets and costumes. Some viewers may be turned off by the slow motion used in the sex scenes or the developed plot portions of the film. Due to the tame sex, couples audiences may find this film to be perfectly accessible. Viewers who hate a plot will probably find this film not to be of their liking. For those who think the film sounds good to them, I heartily recommend purchasing it as chances are you will find yourself re-watching this title. [read the full review]

review from 9/25/2000:
The Plot: Yep, not every great movie makes a whole hell of a lot of sense. Conquest is a good example. Our lovely tale of lust and torn bodices starts with a hanging. John "Dutch" is about to die for his crimes as a pirate. Sentenced to hang by his neck until dead (Does anyone just hang by the neck until uncomfortable?), John is rescued at the last second by his Captain, his fellow crewmen and the timely intervention of a chick with big tits. Naturally, no good deed goes unpunished, and we are treated to watching the crown prince (hilariously overplayed to perfection by somebody who deserved more credit) rant & rave about "Blackheart", our hero. Speaking of our hero, he and his crew are resting in the Batcave before setting sail. Captain Steubing receives a navigation chart and instructions to meet up with the rest of his crew at an uncharted island. Instead of thwacking the guy over the head for giving him a chart and instructions for an uncharted island, he wanders off to brood over the loss of his family. [read the full review]

review from 10/19/2019:
Heartache and despondence follow, when a beautiful, young woman, played by the legendary jessica drake, loses her beloved husband, Ryan Driller, at far too young of an age. Indeed, drake's grief-stricken character finds herself in the pits of despair and struggles both emotionally and sexually to survive. Confusion and emptiness abound, and whether she will be able to pick up the pieces of her broken heart and broken dreams remains to be seen. So goes "Lost Love", an extraordinary release from the famed director, Brad Armstrong, and Wicked Pictures. [read the full review]

A gripping new story from Brad Armstrong for Wicked Pictures starring jessica drake who does excellent work here appearing in three full sex scenes plus two solo teases along with her awesome acting which is on full display throughout. Penny Pax, Kira Noir and Jessie Lee also appear in this show doing fine acting themselves along with having some sex fun too. The ending was very much a surprise for me and I imagine will be for a few of you watching this release. [read the full review]

review from 6/23/2019:
When it comes to the AVN Awards and the porn parody category, it's pretty much a lock that Axel Braun will win. For the comic book nerds/geeks, he's pretty much taken the whole erotic fan fiction genre and brought it to life for our pleasure. And that aspect is where he really shines, although sometimes the sex scenes fall a little flat for me. It is wrong or unfair to want some explosive and energetic scenes no matter what genre it is, I do think that the Romi and Ramon scene was the standout and highlight for me. But when it comes to parodies, I think you are more interested in the story, set up and Easter eggs that lead up to the sex between some of your favorite characters. Some major kudos to Seth for his great Ryan Reynolds impression, a definite highlight, but I know Axel puts in some work determining who is going to be in his movies. He also deserves some love for the script as well, really does a nice job of incorporating the original as well as throwing in a few twists... [read the full review]

review from 12/31/2018:
This recent release from Axel Braun for Wicked Comix visits a genre he is quite familiar with the parody. The show here was perfect too for such a treatment. Deadpool!!! Yeah this R rated Hollywood show now gets the full blown XXX make over though really they just needed to add in the sex, lol. Seth Gamble is spot on in the title role and the supporting cast is strong as well featuring jessica drake, Jennifer White, Nikki Delano, Ana Foxxx and with non sex appearances from Axel himself, James Bartholet, Avi Love and Wil Ryder! There is plenty of story here to laugh along with and of course plenty of XXX sex as well. [read the full review]

In the film, THE BLONDE DAHLIA, Amber Brooks(Asa Akira) is the type of bumbling cop that one wonders just how she got into her position of Detective in Homicide. Nevertheless, we joined her, as she and her partner, Hammond(Michael Vegas) are investigating the most recent in a string of identical murders. As it turns out, there is a serial killer on the loose. He has a specific type. Blondes in their late 20s. As well as a way of doing things. He strangles each of his victims with the same brand of cheap, Paisley print necktie. [read the full review]

A recent release from Brad Armstrong for Wicked Pictures. This story takes us to the lone star state where we enjoy a tale of a preacher's daughter falling for a boy from the wrong side of the tracks. Award Winning Director Brad Armstrong gives us a taste of what happens when Erotic Drama and Reality collide. Asa Akira and Jessica drake are incredible in this Art Imitating Life exploration. Zoe (Jessica drake) is a journalist assigned to do a story on Asa Akira, a world famous pornstar whos just written a book thats getting lots of mainstream interest. Zoe is understandably nervous about what the next few days have in store for her, but before long she has Asa revealing her deepest, darkest secrets for all the world to see. As the interview continues it becomes a game of cat and mouse with Zoe trying to get her story, and Asa teasing and taunting her, trying to lure the straight-laced reporter into her web and over to the dark side. The sexual tension is undeniable and Zoe quickly learns theres a fine line between reporting the story and becoming the story. [read the full review]

The latest epic release written and directed by Brad Armstrong. It features Wicked contract stars jessica drake and Asa Akira. The female cast also includes the likes of Adrianna Luna, Capri Cavanni and Asphyxia Noir in various roles. Strong male performers were used to tell the story as well, Tommy Gunn, Xander Corvus and Steven St. Croix are among the dudes used. The story centers on jessica drake who experiences a life threatening injury and is taken to the hospital where a surgeon fights to save her. jessica while under anesthesia is taken to the underworld where she has her own unique experiences as she experiences a journey to see if her life will be spared. Colorful characters are met along the way and they tie in with events going on above. It was very interesting how Brad tied the two worlds together like this and I suspect fans will enjoy the ride. A robbery gone bad leaves jessica drake clinging to life in a hospital's operating room...and her boyfriend--Steven St. Croix--powerless to help. In the anesthesia-induced haze that ensues, jessica embarks upon a dangerous and sexualized journey during which she encounters myriad bizarre characters and places. As her mind conjures up these visual manifestations of the events transpiring in reality, it remains to be seen whether she will make it through, or whether she will be forced to the other side. Such is the case in Brad Armstrong's "Underworld" from Wicked Pictures. An utterly exceptional endeavor, this feature production hits everything almost perfectly. From the scorching and well-captured sex (including multiple anals and a jessica drake DP) to the excellent plot and perfect casting, production values, and costuming, this one is simply awe-inspiring. A release from 2013 starring the lovely jessica drake who plays a secret agent in pursuit of a bad man, Brad Armstrong. He like all villains wants to rule the world and has a device that he thinks will get the job done. So it's up to jessica to try and thwart this plan. It involves chasing a perp through the seedy city streets at night, playing a cheerleader in order to gain access to vital computer intel and finally fucking the bad man himself in the finale to try and save the day. In between we have some funny moments courtesy of Steven St. Croix in a choice supporting role and from Brad too who is great here playing an over the top Bond style villain. Bonnie Rotten also has a choice supporting role in this and it was good to see her in something that wasn't balls to the wall hard core. Asa Akira shows up too as Brads top lieutenant engaging with a hot one on one with miss drake mid film. It's a top notch flick well worth the time to check out. The story is very good as was the sex. review from 7/30/2013:
With only her wits, womanhood, and wacky weaponized condoms to aid her, super-agent jessica drake must bring down the evil mastermind, Brad Armstrong, in "Sexpionage: The Drake Chronicles". An excellent comedic spy thriller from director Scott Allen and Wicked Pictures, this flick not only delivers quite well on the plot, but also features super-hot sex. With an industry veteran like jessica drake as its star--and the likes of Bonnie Rotten, Teal Conrad, and Asa Akira thrown into the supporting mix--this should come as no surprise to anyone. Indeed, the fucking is hot all-around...especially with jessica and Bonnie taking on the anal duties...and it plays well with the storyline. Other than drake--who is always at the very top of the game--tatted stunner Bonnie Rotten also drives home a win. Her ass-pounding, ball-busting sequence with Steven St. Croix is a scorcher-and-a-half. Indeed, with all of this, it's quite easy to recommend this flick to just about anyone with a pulse. It's hot sex and horny high jinks galore when the guys look to the internet for wives in "I Was A Mail Order Bride", a very good comedy from Brad Armstrong and Wicked Pictures. Featuring seven individual sequences, each with its own mini-plot, this one is fun and involves some sexy fucking from a super-strong cast. The best of the scenes belong to Brooklyn Lee and Asa Akira--both anal--though that of Latina spitfire Veronica Rodriguez deserves a strong mention, as well. The only one that really doesn't work out is Tori Black's, as there's no meaningful sexual contact between herself and her partner...(such a waste of talent). Regardless, there's plenty of very good content in this one, certainly enough to warrant checking it out. [read the full review]

A Wicked release directed by Brad Armstrong starring jessica drake in the lead role. This show was release about mid year in 2013 and takes place in the not to distant future when money/ credit cards are no longer used. Instead a system of credits is used for everything including a big commodity-- SEX!! jessica is a girl that works in this trade and the story centers around her world where she along with a couple other girls satisfy their various clients. One such client is burned by one of jessica's girls and it sets in motion events that help conclude this story in dramatic fashion. It's a good story and is well worth taking the journey in watching. Asa Akira also appears in this release as does former Wicked girl Julia Ann who does anal in her 2 on 1 with jessica and Brad. Definitely a must see for fans of these ladies. [read the full review]

Sex, lies, and murder entangle the beautiful jessica drake, a high-end call-girl of the future whose friend's unscrupulous dealings drag her into a serious predicament with an equally serious bad guy. Such is the case in "Sex", an excellent production from director Brad Armstrong and Wicked Pictures. Set in a future world in which prostitution is legal and credits transferred via bar codes tattooed onto peoples' arms are the currency of the day, this flick features the always-awesome jessica as a successful, high-class working girl. Indeed, she's simply living the good life as the film goes along...enjoying the sex and the money to their fullest...until her friend (Asa Akira) makes a big mistake that pulls her into a shady situation with the wrong person (Steven St. Croix). From there, things get tricky, and it's up to jessica to find (and fuck) her own way out. [read the full review]

Whether she'll be found out or pull it off--and whether it ultimately matters--quickly become the questions of the day. Another year of AVN voting, which means the potential pile of movies for me to review continues to grow faster than I can keep up. This was actually a double dip for me, as it was an AVN nominated film, as well as one that was sent to me directly from Adam & Eve. This was nominated a few times, leaning more towards the acting side, but has some stiff competition in those categories with the big dramatic releases. But if you are a fan of Scrubs, and of course you can't go wrong with the comedic styling of Tommy Pistol. [read the full review]

Fresh off my review of Perspective, it is now time for something completely different from Bree Mills, a personal sharing of her life story, most importantly her coming out story and being comfortable with herself as a lesbian. I have a good feeling that Kristen Scott will be in the running for her acting skills in this one, as I stated in the review, she has been that way for years, and teaming up with Bree has just made her step up her game even more. And of course when it comes to the sex, you've got some great scenes with Aidra, Kenna and Kendra who are all great when it comes to girl/girl scenes. As someone who always highlights high and intense energy, this proves that soft and gentle can be just as intense. I just want to thank Bree for sharing her story with us, I feel like we all will learn a little something after watching this. [read the full review]

A new story from Brad Armstrong that takes on a big subject, the end of the world! A couple of scientists learn that a huge asteroid is on a collision course with our planet and the story unfolds as various people from the President of the United States to ordinary citizens learn of what's coming and we see how everyone deals with it. Yeah they all turn to sex but that makes sense due to this being a porno! A few interesting story lines take shape with the two best centering around Kaylani Lei & Xander Corvus and towards the end of the show between India Summer & Brad Armstrong. Both have most rewarding pay offs. The ending might leave a few wishing for more but I think it works if you just think about it for a few minutes. jessica drake appears in this as one of the scientists and has two scenes. Kaylani has one as does fellow Wicked girl Alektra Blue who plays the companion that goes along for that last right with Kaylani. It's a good story that Brad Armstrong has constructed here. The story is light, fun, and nicely handled by the cast, but this one's all about Kaylani and the booty with five of the six scenes involving anal and Kaylani being in four of the six scenes. The sex is well above average, but some of Kaylani's reactions seem a bit robotic and hold it back slightly. A new feature from director Brad Armstrong featuring Wicked contract star Kaylani Lei who is doing something in this movie she's only done once before that I know of on camera and that's anal and that was only for a few brief seconds as I recall at the end of another Wicked feature. So we get to see Kaylani do much more anal play in this movie than we've ever seen and it goes in stages with solo play, then some very good g/g action with Asa Akira and finally her man Xander gets to tap her booty-- but it isn't easy for Xander and he has to earn it. You also have a fine scene with Chanel Preston who gives Kaylani the idea of making her man earn the back door action. Brad Armstrong also stars as a plumber who gives his own twist on the anal idea which provided another scene, shorter in the main feature but in the bonus section given more time. Kaylani Lei is all over this production and her fans will certainly want to snap it up, the Prize is worth it!! [read the full review]

Features like this are what really makes Brad Armstrong shine as a director for me. A strong story, great characters, and sex that fits into the movie like it's mean to be there rather than having one trying to cram its way in alongside the other. jessica drake, Kaylani Lei, Derrick Pierce, and Brad Armstrong do every bit as good acting as fucking, and the technical aspects make it look as good or better than a lot of made for TV or cable stuff. The extras are a touch weak, but this is still a winner of a DVD due to the quality of the movie. [read the full review]

A new Brad Armstrong feature that focuses on what can happen when you indulge a fantasy but perhaps not doing enough homework on the people you experience it with. jessica drake and Kaylani are the lead girls with Chanel Preston appearing in two fine scenes. Amia Miley wraps the movie up and her scene is pivotal as we learn in the final shots. Good acting and some strong sex highlight this Wicked Pictures release. I'm enjoying more and more every time I get a chance to see Chanel and Amia is just so cute here. [read the full review]

Hooked is a very good production from Brad Armstrong and Wicked that features contract superstar, jessica drake, in a twisted tale about a woman who stumbles upon a life of prostitution and, after hitting rock-bottom, ultimately finds true love and a bit of sweet revenge. Carried by a solid plot and strong acting by Ms. drake and company, this title can easily be recommended for those who are fans of adult fare with a little bit more than just straight boffing. We have a real treat for jessica drake fans here. You get a chance to watch her strut her acting chops but you really get a chance to watch her strut her other talents giving us four sex scenes in the movie. Chanel Preston has a fine scene too sharing it with jessica and we get one scene with the lovely Eva Angelina. The finale has three girls in it so the action is spread around a bit there but with Shyla, Jenny, and Kortney you certainly get something to enjoy. The story here centers on jessica making a life choice to add a spicy nightlife of escorting to counteract the boring office job she has during the day. Good dialogue helps to advance the storyline which has Marcus London as the lead male to jessica's leading lady. Well worth watching if you're into jessica drake. [read the full review]

So it seems the random gods are fans of Alektra Blue, as we have yet another showcase movie from Wicked Pictures. The dream scenario for us porn fans is getting the chance to enjoy some time, including the sexy kind, with our favorite female performer. And this is another great one for the fans of Alektra, as she is featured in most of the scenes in this one, offering up a few different scenarios and holes. [read the full review]

Wicked Pictures presents the ultimate guy's fantasy, making it with a model/calendar girl. Since the chance of this happening in reality is practically nil, the story is easy to relate to and it was great to see fantasy come true. The sex is "condomized" but is shot well without any surprises. The "Wicked" female cast is drop dead awesome. [read the full review]

This is a very well done movie that isn't always the most comfortable to watch. Brad Armstrong and Kirsten Price do a great job as a couple who's struggling with the challenges of an open marriage once Kirsten finds somebody else she likes and wants to be alone with. She and Asa Akira both turn out some great sex, and orgy fans will find plenty to like in a pair of swinger party orgies. The technical aspects show some nice care, but sadly there isn't much care put into the extras. This is a very well done movie, but due to the subject it might not have the best repeat viewing potential. [read the full review]

review from 6/25/2010:
The Watcher is a very good, plot-driven feature from Wicked Pictures and Brad Armstrong that features contract performer, Kirsten Price, in a story about an attorney (Brad) who loves to watch his wife (Kirsten) get it on in a variety of sexual situations with partners other than himself. While everything starts out hunky-dory, there is an abrupt (almost too much so) shift in the plot about midway through, and things ultimately get ugly. Regardless, the sex generally remains hot and varied throughout the film, and the settings, acting, and production values really stand out. Sex-wise, things get off to a quick start as Kirsten Price and Mick Blue are picked up mid-action in Scene One. There is some sloppy face-fucking here, as well as some frenzied vaginal action that counts the reverse-cowgirl and doggie-style positionings amongst its highlights. This very good sequence closes out with a strong facial pop-shot for Kirsten, followed up by a touch of oral cock clean-off. [read the full review]

review from 9/11/2010:
Review: Sex Lies and Spies is a good production from Marcus London and Wicked Pictures that focuses on the sordid situation of uber-assassin / spy, Stormy Daniels. In the film, Stormy has grown tired of her life of intrigue andafter one last hit (on Tommy Gunn)she wishes to retire and spend her time with her husband (Marcus London). Unfortunately for her, her boss (Brad Armstrong) isnt a big fan of her retirement plans and sends a fellow assassin (Kaylani Lei) to eliminate her. From there, the plot develops and plays out fairly well for an action-based adult film. Additionally, it serves as a solid framework for the sexwhich, at points, is very good itself. In terms of the sex, Stormy has a couple of scenesboth of the boy-girl variety. In Scene One, she takes on Tony De Sergio in a fancy, dimly-lit bedroom. This one picks up mid-fuck and features some nice cowgirl and blowjob / hand-job work as its highlights. The festivities close out with a pop-shot to Stormys ample breasts. [read the full review]

Here we have a Marcus London directed flick which brings us into the world of the hitman or in this case, hitwoman! Stormy's the main lead here and she's doing one last mission, then that's it. Well as you might expect in that line of work you can't just walk away so Stormy has a bit of trouble coming her way before she's free. Devon Lee, Kaylani and Ariella Ferrara help round out the cast which has five good scenes here, two with Stormy so fans of this sexy Louisianan will want to check this out. [read the full review]

If you want a movie that's as much about the story as it is the sex, this is a great release to pick up. jessica drake does a great job leading the cast through the story, and also turns out three hot sex scenes. Raylene and Veronica also turn out nice scenes, and the sex stays very couples friendly without any anal, group, or lesbian action. The technical aspects show very nice care, and there's even a bit of effort put into the extras. This is a very well done movie as well as a very nicely done DVD. [read the full review]

Review: The Alibi is a very good, plot-driven feature from Wicked Pictures that stars the ever-popular contract starjessica drakein an adultery-soaked murder mystery. Benefiting greatly from the acting talents of the performers and also the ultra-realistic settings that are employed, the storyline is quite strong and well-conveyed in this production. Further, the sex is interwoven in quite well and thus serves as a fine complement to the plot-based elementsand vice versa. In terms of the sex, jessica takes the lead (and the meat) in three of the movies five scenes. Her sequences are all of the boy-girl, vaginal-only variety and include romps with Eric Masterson (her lover; very good; Scene One), Randy Spears (a detective; excellent; Scene Three), and Brad Armstrong (her other lover; excellent; Scene Five). The segment with Eric takes place in an office on a desk, while that with Randy occurs in her home gymthe seduction here by jessica makes for a scorching setup to the action, by the way. review from 7/4/2010:
Uptown Girl, directed by Fancois Clousot and distributed by Wicked Pictures, is an overall-good, plot-driven feature that revolves around Kirsten Price as a self-absorbed supermodel who is brought back to reality by an average-guy car mechanic played by Tommy Gunn. The storyline is quite good for an adult film, as is the acting. Given that the action is set in the New York City area in the 80s, attempts are made at adopting the appropriate, region-specific accents. While these are a bit much at times, they do add to the overall feel that the production is aiming for. As is typical for Wicked, the quality of the product, as well as the settings and camerawork, are all solid, and the sex itself is generally hotparticularly that involving Ms. Price. Kirsten stars in two of the five scenes that make up the sexual component of the movie, and they are both excellent. In Scene One, she has a steamy girl-girl encounter with Alektra Blue in the back of a club. [read the full review]

This is a very nice little adult movie that uses a loose theme more than a plot to draw it together as jessica drake talks about what she's learned as a high quality call girl. This gives each scene a nice little intro as well as letting the movie have quite a bit of sexual variety and overall creativity. The sex is very consistent from scene to scene, and even when I had a minor complaint it ended up being pretty minor. The technical aspects show some very good care, but sadly there isn't anything unique to this release in the extras. This is a hot and very enjoyable release that, even with a few minor faults, is definitely worth checking out. [read the full review]

This is a nice little release. The story is light but fun, and largely works due to jessica drake's charm. The sex is just as enjoyable, and even though it has a little anal starting the movie and a lesbian scene to close out the movie, it also keeps a the movie very couples friendly by having plenty of chemistry in each scene as well as a focus on enjoyment. The technical aspects are pretty good, but are also held back by some very noticeable background noises in some parts of the movie, and the extras barely make it past the average mark due to a bonus scene. This is a light release, but also one that left a smile on my face. [read the full review]

review from 12/12/2009:
"Revenge Inc." is a cheesy comedy by Wicked Pictures and starring jessica drake that is also a bit on the dark side. While funny at times, the storyline here is, indeed, somewhat "different". It revolves around jessica--whose boyfriend leaves her after she expresses her love for him--and her ensuing journey through being a stalker, getting arrested, meeting new people, and ultimately landing on her feet. In so doing, she starts her own business and gets some payback. The acting is pretty good, and it's always nice to see jessica and Kirsten Price get to show off their theatrical chops. Additionally, there are five sex scenes: two with jessica (boy-girl anal girl-girl with Kirsten), one with Ryder Skye (boy-girl vaginal), one with Krissy Lynn (boy-girl vaginal), and one with Stephanie Swift (boy-girl vaginal). Overall, the sex is steamy, and the production values are top-notch. For the right audiences--couples, fans of features, etc.--this one is worth checking out. [read the full review]
