It certainly has all of the key elements. Youve got European locations, beautiful women, lies, betrayal, sex and a certain mystery to try to figure out. And this reviewer hoped that having the box set of parts 1 and 2, there shouldnt be anything left hidden by the time I finish with part 2. After all, even the box cover hinted that everything should come full circle. And yet there was something missing. Ill let you try to figure it out as we go along. Part 1: We start off with a young girl (Esmeralda) coming into a lawyers office to discuss the matter of her grandmothers estate.

Now when this reviewer saw that this DVD featured both Lauren Phoenix and Adult DVD Talks own celebrity reviewer Selena Silver, I knew I had to check this one out, and I certainly wasnt disappointed with what I saw. First things first: kudos to Smash Pictures/Digital Skin for NOT force-feeding us trailers when the DVD starts! Instead, right after the prerequisite FBI warning, we go right to the title scene, featuring both lovely ladies. Sadly, though, this is the ONLY time that you will see both women at the same time. Once you get past lengthy intro video, you get to the main menu. Sadly, there are not many options here. Click on Start and you go right to Selena playing with herself in "nice" mode. There are no pretenses or games to play to get to the sex on this DVD, which is another big plus.

For starters, once you pop the DVD in, youre introduced to a long string of forced commercials for phone sex services. You cannot skip past them. You cannot fast forward through them. You cannot jump to the menu. You HAVE to run through each and every one of these commercials at normal speed before you get to the main menu. And if the subject matter is not your style like one showing men getting sodomized by women well thats too bad. THIS is the reason why this reviewer despises the practice of SHOVING commercials on the viewer. I was sorely tempted to chuck the DVD right then and there! Now the big thing about this movie is that they took out much of the usual "hardcore" stuff, like the exterior cum shot and the overemphasized view of the genital insertion. In this case, it is all about the sultry Nikita Denise who, along with Barrett Blade, narrates this little look at her adult film career. With the exception of the intermissions and the very final scene, everything is pretty much rehash from other videos. We have a double-penetration scene, some girl-girl action, a two-on-one scene, an all-girl threesome, and a few boy-girl scenes all involving Nikita. And with every break between scenes, Nikita and Barrett get more and more intimate with each other. Yeah, we love the nice settings, and of course we love the women but come on! Instead of watching some stupid pretty boy get the girl, now YOU can have all the fun for yourself or, well at least as much fun as a DVD would allow. So theres the story you start out with your own mansion, complete with your own butler who goes by the name of Jives. No, not Jeeves. Not Chives. Not even Jive JIVES. Jives serves as the host of this little adventure, letting you know that the women are on their way in. Sure enough, the limo pulls up and the women are led in.

Review brief: Title: Conquest: Special Collectors Edition Released by: Wicked Pictures Normally you dont hear "adult film" and "special collectors edition" together in the same DVD. But the folks at Wicked Pictures brought the two together quite well. Ok, lets start with the movie. This is a movie about pirates that actually uses a REAL ship. Were not talking the set of a ship or an elaborate mock-up with a green-screen ocean. Im sure that set producers back quite a bit, which probably also explained why they only used ONE ship. Period costumes, period weapons, and some attempts at period language. Now without even watching the opening credits, I knew that this was an Adam & Eve production, even if it was released by Wicked Pictures. How do I know, you ask? Because of the excessive use of slow motion, especially during the sex scenes. Well fortunately they dont go overboard as they did with some other movies ("Caribbean Undercover" comes to mind). (Repeat after me: sex plus slow motion equal BORING!) There IS a story in this movie.
