The new leader: Alternative Worldz #1: Atlanta. That this could ever be marketed as porn is an insult to an industry that has few scruples. Aside from one hardcore scene between Tabitha Stern and her hubby Jonathan Stern (the only male in the cast), and four lezouts, there is no sex to speak of (with the exception of the final scene, which gets its own category). The entire movie is nothing more than rigorously tattooed, overly pierced, heavyset, unattractive women painting themselves, poring milk and dripping candle wax on their bodies, and various other unappealing acts. This is the DVD version of the cable show Real Sex. I defy any red-blooded male (above the age of 12) to get a hard-on over the antics of these often obese women. Private must have decided it was time to cash in one last time...errr, I mean pay loving tribute to The Woodman. In a big way this is part 1 of a big ol 10 part series (Private proclaims them to be breathtaking) on the life and times of Pierre Woodman. This one has tons of interviews with Woodman and what must be behind the scenes footage all put together with some voiceover narration. Within the movie you get this mixed in with 6 best of sex scenes, such as a scene from Tatiana, a scene from The Pyramid (the great 3 part series though I didnt think the scene presented was that great) and what looks to be a Nikki Anderson fucking from a Private Castings movie (possibly her first anal?) This last one features Woodman and a locked down camera so it isnt very interesting. In the end, I dont think his best work is represented here, but they have 9 more in the series to prove it. Taking the concept from Reality Tv and transfering it to the world of porn sounds like a good idea on paper...and in theory it should make for some crazy entertainment right? Wrong..especially if the company involved is Hustler. Oh how the mighty have fallen over the years. This is 2 programs on one disc. Both run about 80 minutes each. The first was unacceptable as the sex doesnt happen until the 52 minute mark! The sex begins about 10 minutes into the second program. The sex is lame and snore inducing..not even worth detail. The cast and director, however, give me good hopes. Initial Reaction: Its pretty good, and although not outstanding, it did have some hot sex. Who Should Watch It : Raincoaters Who Should Avoid It: Anybody looking for any kind of plot. Audio /Video Quality: The audio is very good. You can hear almost everything, including during the outdoor scenes. It would have been great except for the last scene which is poorly dubbed. There is also a little wind noise in parts, but it isnt too bad. As seems to be the norm for Michael Raven, the video is in widescreen. Its a little grainy but not too bad.
