Review brief: Audio/Visual: Clear and crisp. I cant remember the last time Ive had a problem with a New Sensations release. Summary: Box cover says that this DVD contains sex with an erotic twist. Unfortunately, this movie makes the mistake in thinking that slow paced means erotic. I find it hard to call this erotic porn when there is no kissing or any type of caressing in any of the scenes. Second, the first two scenes are interesting in that there is some decent set-up involved and you can see that the director is attempting to do something. But they then go ahead and make the last three scenes run of the mill porn without any setup. It is like they belong in different movies/series. Of course, there was a lot more energy in these last scenes than in the ones where the director tried to be different. Scene 1: Persia DeCarlo Persia is a thin brunette with a perfect ass, a girl who I have been watching with interest the last several months. Review brief: "A Gay Man's Take on Straight Porn" So, this is my first Tera Patrick movie. Should I have started with a different movie? The Movie: Desperate is a mess. Must a big mess. The plot makes no sense, and most of the sex is just blah. So, if it's a mess, then why did I give it three stars? Let's see... 1) While I would prefer if Spyder Jonez would keep his clothing on, he is still a good actor, and does a good job with his part. 2) Some of the sex is actually good. Namely, the scene between Tera Patrick and Monique Alexander. 3) It pushed the limits for a Vivid movie. Yes, this movie really pushes the limits for a Vivid movie. The Masseuse had light bondage in it, and it worked with the softer story. Desperate is a harder edged "story" (more on that later), and the bondage present is a lot harder. The first scene between Tera and Spyder is fairly extreme. Tera is tied up, blindfolded, then whipped. Then Spyder pulls out a dildo, gags her with it (starts pounding it down her throat really), and then fucks her with it.

I was never a real big fan of Sandra De Marco but she has her moments. Review brief: Well this is a David Luger release and looking over the cast list the girls all seem pretty new to the biz for me. Also of note this title ends with creampies so if you don't like internal pops then you don't need watch any further. Review brief: "A Gay Man's Take on Straight Porn" So, this is my first Tera Patrick movie. Should I have started with a different movie? The Movie: Desperate is a mess. Must a big mess. The plot makes no sense, and most of the sex is just blah. So, if it's a mess, then why did I give it three stars? Let's see... 1) While I would prefer if Spyder Jonez would keep his clothing on, he is still a good actor, and does a good job with his part. 2) Some of the sex is actually good. Namely, the scene between Tera Patrick and Monique Alexander. 3) It pushed the limits for a Vivid movie. Yes, this movie really pushes the limits for a Vivid movie. The Masseuse had light bondage in it, and it worked with the softer story. Desperate is a harder edged "story" (more on that later), and the bondage present is a lot harder. The first scene between Tera and Spyder is fairly extreme. Tera is tied up, blindfolded, then whipped. Then Spyder pulls out a dildo, gags her with it (starts pounding it down her throat really), and then fucks her with it.

Review brief: Well this is a David Luger release and looking over the cast list the girls all seem pretty new to the biz for me. Also of note this title ends with creampies so if you don't like internal pops then you don't need watch any further. Now a further declaration to fans of messy creampies this one is also one you can probably skip as none of the scenes features what I'd call a particularly messy finish. What struck me about this title is the normalcy of it all. The girls weren't dolled up in fetishy outfits like you see in so many titles nowadays. Instead they wore skirts, tops that you'd see any regular girl wearing out on the town and I appreciated that. It is great to see a girl dolled up don't get me wrong but this approach showing the girls as they normally appear was a nice change of pace. You see some nervousness in a coupe of the girls, Chelci comes to mind but I also enjoyed her scene quite a bit too. David doesn't try for to much keeping the camera trained on the girls giving good close ups as well as shots showing the overall action.

Review brief: It's time to give back to the ADT collective with a quick review of Vivid's Editor's Choice: Celeste. Let me start by staying that Celeste is my ultimate woman, gorgeous, brunette, busty, curvy and dirty. The only complaints I've ever had are the awful plastic surgery scars around her nipples and her habit of spitting on cocks during a blow job. When you start the DVD you're greeted by just over 5 minutes of commercials before you even get to the main menu. Your only option is to fast-forward through them. The Menus are simple but most of them lead to commercials (More Adult Fun, The Web and Vivid Products). The 10 main scenes of this title all involve Celeste for a total of 110 minutes. Remember that these scenes are 10 years old, that's before DVD and 30 minute gonzo scenes. That's better than some of the compilations out there such as New Machine's Exposed series. The only problems with the scenes are they don't have chapter breaks and the video quality is below average.
