If theres a gay porn equivalent of TV reality shows its Titans ManPlay series. For those of you who are fans, I dont need to tell you how they work. If you dont know, a passel of various studs are seemingly turned loose in a space with cameras rolling and go at it. The films feature a mixture of young and old, hairy and smooth. Seldom are twinks allowed. The emphasis is on men. There are eight performers in ManPlay 15: Diego, a hunky Latino with a beard. Jake, a youngish bald man with a super hairy torso. It was bad enough that the guys here were in a photo shoot and kept pausing and posing as flashbulbs popped. But what really pissed me off was that guys featured on the cover werent here. When we buy a DVD we assume the guys on the cover are going to appear in the film. Otherwise we would not be buying it. Well, folks, this DVD cover lies. And as I bought it for the longhaired dude who wasnt there, I felt justifiably pissed off. The muscular hairy dude aint there either. What we had were two guys with no pubic hair and a couple of dogs. This is false advertising of the highest order and a real rip off. [read the full review]

The setting is Puerto Rico and all through the film the background music is Latin songs that appear to be from old 78s and sung by the chipmunks. We discover Bryan Archer seated on a wall writing a letter about how his craving for foreskin has led him here. Then we see a Puerto Rican masturbating in the fields. Bryan comes upon him, sucks on him for a while, gets fucked doggy-style, and the guy cums on Bryan. With a well-known director and studio behind them, I figured the chances were good for something steamy... Well, yes and no. There's plenty of fake steam, in fact. In two scenes. Plus a fake alley, a fake locker room, a fake industrial plant... If you never thought bad set design could ruin a film, take a look here. You want to shoot in the studio rather than on location? Fine! But this movie appears to have been filmed onstage at your Aunt Matilda's small-town community theater. And with a similar budget. In fact, colored stage lights were used rather than movie lights--casting inadvertant red and green shadows across all the performer's bodies. There's not an actual skin-tone in sight. Of course, the set and lights get plenty of competition. It's hard to imagine a lamer script. There's supposed to be a story going on here, but I defy anyone to actually follow it.
