Review brief: Theres good news and theres even better news. The good news is that Private Man has come up with a delicious piece of camp with their latest film MARC ANTHONY. The even better news is that this division of Private Man Studios is now calling itself Mansize, which suggests that they are going to be around for a while. Even though the cover tells us Marc Anthony conquered Egypt with his ass & his asp, I really wasnt expecting a comedy. (Weve all seen a lot of unintentionally funny comments on DVD covers.) But the cover blurb set the right tone. It is witty, clever, unabashedly campy, and beautiful to look at. In a prologue we see Cleopatra consulting her crystal ball for advice. (Think Nancy Reagan and her astrologer.) The big ball tells her she must wed Marc Anthony and bear a son. The first scene finds a nude Anthony asleep on a Roman couch. Anthony is played by Mario Perez, a handsome muscular hunk that is definitely husband material. His friend Lucas Foz enters and begins massaging him. Before long Lucass tongue is poking its way between the meaty globes of Marios ass.

Review brief: This is one of Racquel Darrian early all-girl films. This is a pretty low budget affair, despite having both Racquel and Savannah (using the name 'Silver' in this film) in it. No Boys Allowed is pretty low budget stuff. One scene is filmed in an open garage. The lighting is poor. Nevertheless, there's some OK sex that comes out of it. The movie tries to work for both guys and for dykes who like to watch chicks go at it. It sort of comes off as a biker-chicks-screwing-hotties film, but it really can't make up its mind. The most notable scene is the open garage sequence. Some of the girls in the garage are pretending to fix a Harley Davidson. Savannah pulls up the driveway and the girls approach, putting down their tools, looking for fun. Savannah hooks up with Madison, while Racquel is paired with a red haired chick who looks pretty average (that's putting it nicely). She has a nose ring and appears to be playing the biker dyke role to perfection. After a while, Racquel fingers the girl and eats her pussy. Its a fair scene, but certainly not great.

Review brief: Silent Strangers is a pretty good film, with one very notable scene. To me, putting together a seasoned veteran of girl/girl action together with a young scorching hottie is a real treat. That was in 1996, as I recall. Expectations When it comes to many of the Simon Wolf series, the heat and intensity of the sex scenes tend to be a little vanilla. But most times what a viewer can expect is young, gorgeous women with more emphasis on the female talent enjoying themselves. General Impression What you'll find in this DVD, for the most part, is average looking young girls going through one vanilla, mediocre sex scene after another.

Review brief: Private Classics - Private Stories 1 Private My tastes have changed in the interim, but I remember being really delighted at the time to acquire a dodgy tape containing two editions of the Private Stories series. That was in 1996, as I recall. Maybe it's not quite long enough ago to make this rediscovery of old Private material, once thought of insufficient technical quality for DVD but now re-issued, a real nostalgia trip, but it's getting that way. Like the Private Video Magazine series, Private Stories uses the magazine format of several short, self-contained sex scenes packed into a "compact" running time.

In this film, the men have some assistance from their PXP colleagues Brandon Iron and Michael Stefano, who add a North American flair to the proceedings. All the scenes are shot at classy locations, both indoors and outside.

Expectations I'm looking for a high energy packed DVD - something I've come to expect from Vince Vouyer. In Group Sex titles I look for all performers to enjoy themselves, plenty of heat, all types of sex and of course all the action is to be well captured. General Impression All scenes are exceptionally long and I have no complaints over the technical merits. The lighting is good and all scenes are captured well.
