There's a nice cast of Brazilian ladies here, along with some decent studs, but the fairly frantic editing and shorter scenes just didn't work that well for me. The technical aspects are nicely handled and there is a nice pair of bonus scenes in the extras, but there's nothing here to take this release from being a rental into being worth the purchase.

Review brief: This is an amazing Michael Ninn project. The story and sex are both nicely done, and the artistic style works with both extremely well. With a feature running over three and a quarter hours, a two hour behind the scenes feature, and over three hours of interviews and bonus scenes it's very hard not to be impressed by this release, and it easily comes out as one of the most impressive epic adult releases of 2012.

Even with a few faults this is one of the best releases to come out of 2012.

Eric Masterson and James Deen do a very nice job as the feuding J.R. and Bobby Ewing, and the female cast of Alexis Ford, Bobbi Starr, Brooklyn Lee, and India Summer turns out plenty of hot sex. Add in some very nice care towards the technical aspects and plenty of effort towards the extras, and you have a porn parody worth picking up.

The cast is nicely rounded out with Mr. Marcus, Tyler Knight, Chastity Lynn, Lily LaBeau, Madison Ivy, and Jack Lawrence, as well as numerous non-sex performers. The boxing, romance, and sex aspects all work equally well, and there's great chemistry put into the technical aspects as well as the extras. If you like the thought of Rocky being turned into a porn parody, you should find plenty to love here.

Review brief: Inari Vachs is back, and does such a great job that it's hard to believe she took an eight year hiatus. The scenes here go from soft to hard and get harder in each scene, which works on paper a lot better than it did in reality. Inari's scene with Sean Michaels is excellent, but her DP is virtually a train wreck due to the editing and camera work. The DVD is rounded out by some nice care towards the technical aspects and extras, and help this to be a DVD worth renting.

The technical aspects vary a bit but end up a bit above average, and there's a little effort put into the extras. For a compilation release, this one's pretty good with the main thing holding it back being that Adam & Eve looks a little deceptive by listing a director's name on it other than anybody who directed the actual scenes.

The technical aspects end up being pretty average despite an anamorphic transfer, and there's some nice effort put into the extras. Review brief: This time, Candida takes Femme in a new direction towards that of the black market with the help of co-director Venus Hottentot. There's a very good idea to the story and some nice chemistry to the sex. Unfortunately Candida's usual limitations are on full display for the sex, leaving it feeling boring and often preachy, and with the movie not even clocking in at seventy minutes the movie falls short too. There's a bit of effort put into the extras, but that too comes off feeling a bit preachy and sometimes even a bit staged. There's a bit of effort and some nice ideas behind this DVD, but sadly Candida Royalle gives it her usual kiss of slow withering death.
