This really is a poor movie, blighted by dire direction, abysmal acting, desperate dubbing and execrable editing. The good It starts misleadingly well, with a montage of sepia-toned wanted posters introducing the cast, but when you notice that the number 7 has been somehow left off the title thats right, they have got the main title of the movie wrong - one gets the distinct impression that someone doesnt really care that much. Initial Reaction: Wow. Theres a couple things Im disappointed with, but overall Im really impressed. Audio /Video Quality: Both are very good, if not excellent. I had always heard that Private has the best transfer around and Im tempted to believe them after watching this. Theres a little grain to the picture, but not that much. It noticeable here and there but most times you have to look for it. Also, The Pyramid 1 is presented in widescreen (Im guessing about 1.66:1). The story continues in The Pyramid 2, so if you follow a story and haven't seen the first one, I would recommend getting that one first or buying the whole set as the Trilogy DVD Pack. The Pyramid 2 doesn't quite live up to the first entry in the trilogy, the sex scenes are nice but the story starts to wan as is what seems to happen in the Private super productions. Don't get me wrong, if you are a fan of high production values, plot driven adult entertainment and the Private European style of porn, this film is definitely one that you should pick up.
