Review brief: The Adam & Eve compilation Signature Series #9: Nicole Sheridan and Voodoo is for aficionados of Sheridan and her real-life boyfriend, Voodoo. They inform us early during an interview that they were recently voted Sexiest Couple in Hollywood or some such nonsense. If that is so, sex in Glitter Gulch is really getting boring. Review brief: Shades of Sex #3 is an Adam & Eve compilation with the running theme of girls of color, though not all are. There are 15 scenes and all have at least one girl of black, Latin, or Asian persuasion. It could more properly be titled The Mia Smiles Show as the Asian porn star is featured in no less than five scenes. This compilation is poorly edited and features a mish-mash of scenes from both features and gonzo originals. This 220-minute comp would be hard-pressed to motivate any viewer to buy any of the originals, as these scenes are hardly the best work of any of the girls. There is only one anal scene (Adriana Sage in Scene 7) and only a handful of facials.

Review brief: The Dirty Debutantes series is on one extreme end of the porn spectrum. Review brief: Wet Fantasies starts out like a good couples flick, then slowly drops off into the could have been great category. A decent looking cast is completely wasted. The girls are all above average in looks, and the sex is well captured. But the movie suffers terribly by the horrible audio. When Im in the mood to actually listen to the dialogue (usually with Mrs. Groove by my side), I hate to have to strain to hear the performers. Thats the case here. Terrible acting spoiled what little conversation I could hear. Junior high school thespians are better than these so-called professionals. The plot revolves around sexual fantasy researcher Monica Mayhem. The opening credits are still rolling when she starts chowing down on Nick Mannings cock. The action is more tender than it is hot, and it ends with a cumshot to her bloated tits. Turns out it was a dream and when Monica awakens, she is interviewing Brooke Hunter about her fantasies. Review brief: There is nothing extreme about Extreme Behavior #2 except for the overload it places on ones senses. This is not couples porn; its couples on acid porn. Once you get past all the MTV special effects, techno music, flashing lights, colorful outfits, and crazy sets, there is very little in the way of good sex. Director Toni English has put out some fine work recently, but this is just too much for me. When I wasnt being distracted by the weird camera work, I found myself FFing through the vanilla sex. Im sure theres a market for this kind of porn; just not in my house. There are six vignettes in this flick, each with a title. The first is called Spy Games, and you can surmise that Nicole Sheridan and Aria have captured an enemy spy, Voodoo, and are going to work him over by what else? fucking him to submission. Review brief: Quality Time is a quality couples flick featuring a decent cast, very little dialogue, and pretty good sex. Roy Karch directed this Adam & Eve, 80-minute feature. The script was probably a two-pager, which is always a welcome restraint on the part of the moviemakers. They let the performers do what they do best suck and fuck each other. There is also an absence of the customary lesbian scene. What is not missing is the agonizing action I call the old in-out. This overly used trend in porn drives me crazy. It occurs when the male pulls his cock out of the girls orifice (ass, pussy, or mouth) over and over again, as if admiring his Viagra-induced hardon or perhaps as a means of torturing the girl. The in-out is not fucking, IMHO; it is a circus act that has become an unfortunate staple in smut today. It is not sexy! End of rant.... Review brief: Code Blue gets its title from the radio call sign used by firefighters to signal an emergency. It should have been called Code Blue Balls, as the sex is so weak and the storyline so lame, thats what the viewer is left with. I wont bore you with the details of the couples plot; suffice to say theres a new guy in the firehouse and everybody gets laid. There is only one anal scene, only one facial, and typical couples music throughout. Natalia Wood goes first and is paired with Steven St. Croix in a dimly-lit rooftop scene. Both look bored as they go through the motions of a standard Nicholas Steele scene (plenty of stupid camera angles that hide most of the action) that ends in a tummy cumshot.
