An investigation into a high-end thug's death quickly turns personal, dangerous, and sexy for the dynamic police duo of John Leslie and Colleen Brennan (as "Trinity Brown") in the aptly titled flick, "Trinity Brown", an exceptional, 1984 release from Cal Vista and Robert McCallum. review from 4/25/2009:
VCX has re-released TRINITY BROWN (1984) as parts of its Cal Vista Classic series of DVDs that debuted in 2008. Director Robert Mc Callum takes this simple cop story and dresses up the search for Tony's killer with a fully loaded barrel of xxx scenes, that are wonderfully photographed and edited. Big Raider Fan's
review from 2/19/2009:
The John Holmes Three Disc Classic Collection from Adam & Eve is a three disc set of some lesser known John Holmes movies. The movies included here are Treasure Box, Marina Vice, and Lottery Lust. These movies are fun and a bit nostalgic to watch. The girls all have big, BIG hair and hairy bush. Buck Adams is here as well remember him? The movies are short Lottery Lust is the longest at 83 minutes. The audio is not bad, and the picture quality is pretty good considering the source. All of the films were originally shot on video, and are presented in full-screen. Chapter stops are fair. Although John Holmes is really only a bit player here, these are still recommended for fans of 80s porn with its cheesy flair. [read the full review]

Original Sex Academy, The review summaries:
Flash's
review from 7/17/2018:
The Original Sex Academy is a prime example of how adult movies went wrong when they switched from shot on film productions to shot on video productions. The Original Sex Academy capitalizes on the name of Police Academy, but that is as far as any connection between the two movies. The Original Sex Academy is a series of sex scenes with some plotted portions between them to make the movie look like a feature movie. The sex scenes are average. There isn't any real reason to see this movie. Gourmet Video has done a better than their average job but still not average job with their DVD release with acceptable video and audio quality. Wacky World Of X-Rated Bloopers review summaries:

review from 1/3/2016:
"Wacky World of X-Rated Bloopers", an overall-decent, 1989 release from Gourmet Video and narrated by Kimberly Carson, is exactly as its name would imply--a collection of bloopers and behind the scenes material from a number of 1980's releases. Funny moments, true missteps, wood issues, and micromanaging directors are all highlighted. A number of stars from the era make appearances, some more so than others, and the release does provide a nice look at life on a porn set from a time period when BTS material really wasn't mass-produced and readily available. While it's not so much a production to get off to, it's certainly interesting and reasonably worth a watch. [read the full review]

review from 8/17/2017:
A vivacious, thrill-seeking buddy has died young--committed suicide, in fact--and his puzzled, sorrowful friends have come together at one of their homes to commemorate and remember him. Of course, this being a porno, the best way that they find to do that is by fucking one another's brains out. Such is the case in "Deep Chill", an overall-good, 1985 release from VCX. review from 9/2/2017:
It's a dark and lonely world for a corporate prostitute, Tish Ambrose, who, despite having all of her material needs met and then some, only finds true happiness in the letters of a mentally troubled war buddy, Eric Edwards, of her deceased brother. Indeed, Tish appears to have it all as the longstanding head-lady of R. Bolla's cadre of corporate cuties, who provide sexual services to both the better employees of his firm and corrupt politicians alike, yet her heart yearns to quench its emptiness. It's solely Edwards' writings that can fill this void, so it's with great happiness that she greets him when he finally gets up the courage to surprise her with a visit. Of course, this doesn't sit well with Bolla, her boss, whose strong-arm tactics clash with the pair's feelings for one another violently. How it will all end up--happily or in blood...or both--remains the unanswered question of the day. Such is the case in "Corporate Assets", an exceptional, 1985 release. [read the full review]

review from 9/17/2011:
“Flesh and Laces Part II” is a good production from the early 80s that features Jamie Gillis as an ailing patient in a hospital who, despite his illness, still manages to get it on with everyone from his nurses to his lawyer to (*gasp*) his (adopted) daughter. As one might expect, there is enough untamed bush in this one to match the untamed desires of its star, but everything still works out to good effect…particularly given the age of this release. review from 12/20/2018:
The road to Hell may be paved with good intentions, but it's an all-out, freak-filled fuck-fest once you get there, at least that's if the diabolical director of the dirty, Greg Dark, is to be believed. Such is the case in his two-part classic series from 1986 and VCA, "The Devil in Miss Jones 3 and 4", that finds the gorgeous, blonde punk porner and AVN Hall-of-Famer, Lois Ayres (as the seemingly timid and troubled "Justine Jones"), slamming her head into the wall whilst out revenge-fucking and then ending up in the perverted pits of Hell. review from 1/2/2008:
To my surprise and delight, DMJ 3 and DMJ 4 are in fact one film. While titled as sequels to Damiano's 1973 masterpiece, DMJ 3 /4 is closer to a remake, or even more appropriately, a re-telling of Damiano's tale. In fact, besides the name of the heroine and the film itself, as well as the basic premise of a woman dying and ending up in Hell, this film has no similarities to either of the earlier two entries in the series. review from 8/2/2003:
VCA has collected Devil in Miss Jones 3: A New Beginning and Devil in Miss Jones 4: The Final Outrage together for this set which makes sense since the two films are actually one film split in half. Gregory Dark's set of two films is very different than Gerard Damiano's original film and are very much a product of the 80s in their visual stylings. The two films are well done and definately worth seeing. VCA has done a good job with their release of the two films on this set with good video despite lacking extras. [read the full review]

review from 9/5/2016:
A beautiful, young woman born into money, Ginger Lynn, can have any man (...and anything...) that she wants, yet what she really wants and needs is true love. Of course, her quest to find it, and to find herself, leads her through a variety of sexual escapades as she transitions from a life of superficiality to one of depth...despite her snooty parents' best efforts. Such is the case in "Ginger on the Rocks", a very good, 1985 release from Vivid and the directing duo of Bruce Seven and Michael Cates. [read the full review]
