Tongue (Vinegar Syndrome) review summaries:
Flash's
Tongue is a great adult film that was also the first adult blacksploitation film to be released. The film tells an enjoyable story with some good sex scenes and features a great cast. Tongue is an adult film that shouldn't be missed. Vinegar Syndrome has done a good job with their streaming release of Tongue on the Exploitation.TV service. Their print has some damage but this is easily the best version of Tongue released for the home market so far. Hopefully, Vinegar Syndrome will release this film on DVD or Blu-ray in the near future so that more viewers can be exposed to it. Until then, this film is worth a one-month membership to Exploitation.TV alone. [read the full review]

Storefront Theatre Collection 1 review summaries:
Flash's
Vinegar Syndrome's All Night at the Po-No is a collection of 12 quickly and cheaply made early 70s Los Angeles made adult films. A lot of what is presented here after one viewing you will never want to view again. There are a few others that will stand up to repeated viewings. Vinegar Syndrome wisely decided to make the cost not to expensive so it doesn't matter that a lot of the films presented here are duds. The few winners make up for it. The transfers aren't up to Vinegar Syndrome's usual standards but all the films are watchable. Vinegar Syndrome did miss the mark a little on the disc authoring and the extras included. If you like adult films from the transitional period from softcore to when hardcore films started getting actual budgets, you'll want to check this set out. [read the full review]

Mob Job review summaries:
Flash's
Despite a few moments of competency, Mob Job, an early feature adult film by Jack Molinas, is mostly a poorly edited confusing mess that isn't worth watching. The plot in the film plummets downhill quickly, and the sex scenes are jammed in where ever they could be, whether or not they fit with where they are stuck into the film or not. Mob Job isn't recommended. Vinegar Syndrome has done a poor job with their streaming-only release of Mob Job on Exploitation.TV with decent video quality but poor audio quality. Lasse Braun 3 Film Collection (French Blue / Sensations / Body Love) review summaries:
classix comment's
Once again Alpha France has released a film looking so flawless and beautiful that it puts 90 of DVD companies in general to shame. Although Braun's films are vastly overrated, his masterpiece, Sensations, is given a tremendous release which is guaranteed to please even the most jaded collector. [read the full review]

Refinements in Love review summaries:
Flash's
Refinements in Love is a hard film to recommend or to suggest passing on. It is one of the early adult films that is made to appear like a documentary, despite all of the documentary footage being fake. It is one of the more coherent efforts from Carlos Tobalina, but it still suffers from his haphazard nature of putting together his films. While there are some amusing moments and some nice sex scenes, the film also runs too long for what it is trying to do. Impulse Pictures has done a good job with this release with a nice looking, albeit cropped picture, but it does have some issues with the color. [read the full review]

Bridgette Maier Triple Feature review summaries:
classix comment's
Tongue, the most "important" film on this disc happens to be the first. Tongue is definitely not your run of the mill LA triple-Xer. Even from its opening minutes its clear its director, credited only as "K.P.," is not the average smut maker and his/her film isn't going to be the average smut film. In fact, there is no real sex for the first 25 minutes. [read the full review]

Justine & Juliette (Impulse Pictures) review summaries:
Flash's
Justine & Juliette is a fun Swedish adult film comedy from Mac Ahlberg that tells the story of vice and virtue giving a new twist on two of The Marquis de Sade's novels. Ahlberg has combined softcore and hardcore scenes to create this tale with a good story line and a good cast. Xploited Cinema and Impulse Pictures have done a good job with this release with a nice looking transfer, the original Swedish audio, and English subtitles. [read the full review]
