Review brief: Jenna Jameson's Wicked Anthology Volume 3 Preview Expectations: I have seen volume 1 in this series, and as a Jenna fan, I like the idea behind this, and some of what is offered is pretty well done, but that volume didn't quite live up to what I had hoped for, Since the series moves on in her Wicked Pictures career, as the volumes progress, I'm hoping that this volume has a better variety of her best scenes this time around, and maybe more Jenna extras. Initial Thoughts Meh, it's pretty decent, but it could have been a lot better. The idea behind this series, is basically a compilation of Jenna's work for Wicked, instead of giving us wall to wall sex though, Wicked decided to do this series in Documentary format, so there is a great deal of interviews and discussions about Jenna from people that directed her and performed with her and knew her during her time with Wicked. Now this is a good idea, except for one little detail, Jenna isn't part of the documentary herself, (Obviously because she works for her own studio and Vivid now).

It rests there quietly and doesnt really do anything one way or another.

Review brief: Prologue This is obviously Sensational Video's blow job line. I usually shy away from films that are this specific and find a constant barrage of oral only scenes to be boring. Some directors do good work with the genre, though, so they're occasionally worth a look. This video has a few performers I like, or am familiar with. Nyomi Marcela, Mya Mason and Simone are prominent among them. Let the lick fest begin. Nyomi claims to have some oral skills. I've seen her perform and would have to agree but she'll be put to the test anyway. HJ is brought in to provide the meat and Nyomi goes right to her knees to show us. Initial Reaction: Its the best interactive DVD Ive seen from Anarchy, but it still leaves plenty to be desired. Review brief: Stormy is one of my favorites, so I was looking forward to this title, however I could not have been more disappointed. While she's hot, the set is not! First there's an annoying navigation panel that takes up to a quarter of the screen throughout each scene. While you can move from scene to scene and position to position, you cannot fast forward/reverse for some reason. Moreover, some of the scenes are looped to extend the action, which I've always thought was a cheap trick that went out in the eighties. There isn't any background music, and that wouldn't be too bad, except the dude is essentially mute and Stormy offers the standard porn-purrs. Alternate angles are promised in the opening credits, which is great for non POV afficianados like myself, but are only available in two of the positions in the last scene. The extras didn't include any slide show or BTS, and the interview offered standard patter that was inexplicably cut up into individual question navigation buttons.

Review brief: The title of this movie is a bit misleading. Whereas Atlantis is refered to indirectly as maybe having been on the island where this Greek couple is staying, the plot is set in modern times, with a few fantasy flashbacks to sex scenes in ancient Atlantis, as dreamed up by the main actress. The biggest problem with this story is that it begins developing a plot, as two guys and one's porn star girlfriend meet on a boat as they are headed to an island to work at an archialogical dig. The plot is thickened as an evil ancient art dealer enters the scene trying to convince through threats that they should sell their findings to him. All the while sexual tension is building between the two guys and the porn star girlfriend, which eventually does climax to a threesome atop a mountain overlooking the ocean. But then we are really left hanging as the story abruptly stops after an ancient orgy, and the plot is left unresolved. All the sex scenes end with the money shot, which feels a little uncreative as you watch the third, fourth, fifth scene end the same.

Review brief: Yet another of those films where young guys 18-20 are assembled to talk about pussy and jack off. "Uncle Don" gets to grope a couple of the dimwits' dicks as usual. Review brief: General Impression To be fair, I have to begin with a blanket statement that although I have no problem with compilations discs, this DVD is a prime example of what is often very wrong with this marketing ploy. Simply put, most compilations discs are merely attempts to squeeze a few cents more out of old footage. When done well, these DVDs can be a great way to find some forgotten classic scenes, to check out the odd missed scene or to introduce the reader to a performer previously unfamiliar to them. Vivid Pictures began mass-marketing compilation discs over ten years ago and has actually become rather adept at mixing popular scenes with seldom scene ones from less popular movies. Beginning with their Ultimate series featuring contract stars, they pumped out some fairly decent collections that could leave the viewer feeling well-versed on any given starlet in an hours time or so. However, less ambitious studios have begun to produce compilations featuring a specific performer that are nothing short of re-hashed cuts off all-too familiar scenes.

This DVD made me realize that the only girl/girl series that Ive ever really been keen on was Vivids Where The Boys Arent. There could be other good releases here and there, but generally every flick in that series I found enjoyable (among the ones Ive seen, that is).

Review brief: This was a title that had been on my list for a minute. Not only did it have a new scene with Jeanie Pepper, it had a serious anal scene between Justin Slayer and Julie Night. I had seen the Julie Night scene as a bonus scene on Ebony in Ivory, and short of the Belladonna anal scene, the bonus scene was the best! Expectations were high here based on cast and the preview scene I had seen, but unfortunately the title came up a bit short. Crystal Rae is a cutie pie, but her scene lacked heat and chemistry. It wasnt a bad scene, but its nothing to get excited about. The Jeannie Pepper scene was girl on girl, and you know how I feel about that. I was a bit disappointed. There was another scene with a girl that I was not familiar with, and it was actually decent. My suggestion would be for you to skip this title and get Ebony in Ivory .

First there's an annoying navigation panel that takes up to a quarter of the screen throughout each scene. While you can move from scene to scene and position to position, you cannot fast forward/reverse for some reason. Moreover, some of the scenes are looped to extend the action, which I've always thought was a cheap trick that went out in the eighties. There isn't any background music, and that wouldn't be too bad, except the dude is essentially mute and Stormy offers the standard porn-purrs. Alternate angles are promised in the opening credits, which is great for non POV afficianados like myself, but are only available in two of the positions in the last scene. Whereas Atlantis is refered to indirectly as maybe having been on the island where this Greek couple is staying, the plot is set in modern times, with a few fantasy flashbacks to sex scenes in ancient Atlantis, as dreamed up by the main actress. The biggest problem with this story is that it begins developing a plot, as two guys and one's porn star girlfriend meet on a boat as they are headed to an island to work at an archialogical dig. The plot is thickened as an evil ancient art dealer enters the scene trying to convince through threats that they should sell their findings to him. All the while sexual tension is building between the two guys and the porn star girlfriend, which eventually does climax to a threesome atop a mountain overlooking the ocean. But then we are really left hanging as the story abruptly stops after an ancient orgy, and the plot is left unresolved. All the sex scenes end with the money shot, which feels a little uncreative as you watch the third, fourth, fifth scene end the same.

Review brief: General Impression To be fair, I have to begin with a blanket statement that although I have no problem with compilations discs, this DVD is a prime example of what is often very wrong with this marketing ploy. Simply put, most compilations discs are merely attempts to squeeze a few cents more out of old footage. When done well, these DVDs can be a great way to find some forgotten classic scenes, to check out the odd missed scene or to introduce the reader to a performer previously unfamiliar to them. Vivid Pictures began mass-marketing compilation discs over ten years ago and has actually become rather adept at mixing popular scenes with seldom scene ones from less popular movies. Beginning with their Ultimate series featuring contract stars, they pumped out some fairly decent collections that could leave the viewer feeling well-versed on any given starlet in an hours time or so. However, less ambitious studios have begun to produce compilations featuring a specific performer that are nothing short of re-hashed cuts off all-too familiar scenes.

This DVD made me realize that the only girl/girl series that Ive ever really been keen on was Vivids Where The Boys Arent. There could be other good releases here and there, but generally every flick in that series I found enjoyable (among the ones Ive seen, that is).

Review brief: This was a title that had been on my list for a minute. Not only did it have a new scene with Jeanie Pepper, it had a serious anal scene between Justin Slayer and Julie Night. I had seen the Julie Night scene as a bonus scene on Ebony in Ivory, and short of the Belladonna anal scene, the bonus scene was the best! Expectations were high here based on cast and the preview scene I had seen, but unfortunately the title came up a bit short. Crystal Rae is a cutie pie, but her scene lacked heat and chemistry. It wasnt a bad scene, but its nothing to get excited about. The Jeannie Pepper scene was girl on girl, and you know how I feel about that. I was a bit disappointed. There was another scene with a girl that I was not familiar with, and it was actually decent. My suggestion would be for you to skip this title and get Ebony in Ivory .

Review brief: Hillbilly Honey's Sound: 5.1 Digital Audio Production Date: July 1996 You dont hear about her much anymore, but Serenity had what I consider to be the roundest ass in porn history, not to mention the cubist cheeks that gave her smile character.
