Review brief: Somebody should inform Clive McLean that some people actually have sex in bed, in a house. The director of Barely Legal #43 (and most of the other volumes of this long-running series) seems to have forgotten that its okay for lovers to take the action indoors. There are six scenes in the flick, and ALL of them take place outdoors. (The final romp is called a Bonus Scene for whatever reason.) To me, this is disconcerting and makes it Fast Forward material. I just cant see the eroticism in two people meeting in a pool, or in a field, or in front of a commercial garage, and immediately getting it on. The opening act has Kira Beckam and Lara Lewis, two semi-cute blondes, doing each other on a deck chair near a swimming pool. A dildo appears magically (maybe the pool boy loaned it to them) to make a tedious scene only slightly interesting. Running out of novel locations, McLean pairs blond Sarah Sinn and heavily-tattoed Kurt Lockwood in ta da a swimming pool. Shes cute; hes not.

She is hot without any doubt and this is a great chance to see her doing what she does best, fucking. This is a New Machine release and is a compilation. I have mixed feelings about New Machine and if you read my other reviews on some of their releases youll find out why. I am always hopeful especially in this case. Review brief: Title: Barely 18 #8 Company: Sin City Length: 1 hour and 28 minutes (88 minutes) Production Date(s): February 8, 2004 Release Date: February 16, 2004 Director: Christian Knight The Abridged Version: Barely 18 #8 is vanilla porn. It is not as watered down as the tame fair you would get from Vivid or Wicked Pictures, but it is far from the wall-to-wall extreme sex you would get from Evil Angel, Platinum X, or Red Light District. There are 5 scenes with young looking girls, each one simply paired with one guy and not asked to do anything as nasty as a threesome or anal. (Interesting note: we later find out in the DVD interviews that 4 of the 5 girls actually do anal and one of them is thinking about eventually doing it) With the ridiculous expectation of anal from every single girl in every single gonzo scene in todays industry, this lack of backdoor banging is kind of a shock. In fact, Sin City really should have capitalized on this and labeled the tape Anal Free but I am sure they didnt want to scare some people away.

Extras: A bonus scene from Nuttin 2 ("Jail Bird," running time: 9:31), and a photo gallery which doesn't work on my player. Boobie prizes: I initially had difficulty getting my machine to accept this DVD-R. It was too thick to fit into the iMac slot until I peeled off the website label around the central hole. The studio logo is ubiquitous in this production; prominent silver-on-black lettering appears on shirts and/or hats in five of the six scenes. I understand concerns about piracy, but I would've preferred a subtle watermark over what appears to be unrelenting self-promotion. The box cover photo is slightly misleading, since it was taken prior to the tattoo work which appears in the movie. Audio/visual quality: The picture is masked to a widescreen ratio. The camerawork is handheld, lending a not-quite-polished feel which some viewers prefer.

Review brief: DreamWeaver Reviews Adult DVD Talk Movie Review: Mayhem Mayhem Massacre General Summary Theme All sex Expectations I'll be expecting well captured sex scenes, attractive women, albeit a little on the trashy side and all types of sex with a grungy, dirty edge. General Impression One good scene out of five isn't bad. Or is it? Ashley Long, who can be found in over a hundred titles, puts in the best performance of the DVD with Steve Holmes. Unfortunately, that's all this DVD has to offer. Pason is a cute redhead who has a decent scene, although you can see much better of her in Anal Trainer vol 6 and the rest of the scenes aren't even worth a spin.
