Review brief: Jack's Teen America: Mission 16 is a decent title, but the consistency between scene setups is not up to par to Mission 15 or other prior volumes. Although Riley Mason's scene was nice, it felt like it would be better placed in DP's Hard Candy line. Tiffany Rayne's performance was somewhat over the top because of the vocals, but the remaining three scenes are the classic type of scenes that you would expect from the Teen America series.

Despite having some top notch talent like Sandra Romain and Tory Lane, the entire movie comes off feeling just as fresh and appealing as the leftovers you pulled out of the fridge from a couple weeks ago. There's nothing really memorable about the movie even with some poor editing and lackluster camera work. There's a little effort put towards the extras, but even those didn't do anything for me and came off as bad lead-ins to the scenes. If you're tempted by this one, rent it or aim cheap.

It often works good to start off the scenes feeling like there's just a hint of a story as well as a bit of intensity. Sadly, it also brings down a few of the scenes for me by bringing the guns into the sex itself, which to me seems more than just irresponsible. Jesse does a great job leading the cast with some very nice help from fellow DP contract babes Lacie Heart and Katsumi while Robby D. does a great job behind the camera. There's the typical great effort put into the technical aspects along with some nice effort for a very fun BTS.
