Review brief: Description The well-regarded Nina Hartley makes an instructional movie about dominating a man. General Impression Like her earlier efforts in this series, it is rather lightweight. She is articulate and concise in her introduction, thus quickly runs out of things to say. The rest of the dvd is devoted to two sex scenes. The main usefulness of the dvd is to soften the idea of domination and submission, and to show it in an unthreatening light. She succeeds in this - the scenes look normal and healthy and should be a friendly introduction for a partner who might be uncertain about the idea. The emphasis here is on mutual pleasure, with no inclusion of discipline or punishment. This is gentle role-playing in which one partner is teased and pleasured, while the other teases, pleases, and is also pleasured. Nina keeps the focus on play, rather than politics. She discusses safety, limits, and safewords. She makes a nice point that setting limits makes possible wider ranges of sexual exploration.

Review brief: Premise Buttman and his pals stalk and capture hot Brazilian chicks during the Carnival in Rio. General Impressions You won't see much of the Carnival - about 30 seconds at the beginning of the movie, and a few dull glimpses later. You might be thinking, "Less Carnival, more sex!" Wrong. There's a lot of footage of milling crowds, the guys riding around in their car, getting stuck in traffic, deciding where to park, walking down the street, and other non-essentials that don't add much. The sex could have been filmed in a nice hotel in Miami. The Sex There's a slow start with three girls wiggling their butts at the camera, then Lyudmilla goes with Juliano to the parking garage for a badly lit striptease and a blowjob that wasn't even adequate. This is followed by footage of Buttman and Fabio riding around in a car, and walking through daytime crowds with lousy music, chaotic camera work, general confusion, and bad sound. He picks up a few legos, but he barely begins to snap a few together, when a music keyboard catches his eye. Before he manages a complete song, he abandons the keyboard for the next appealing object that catches his eye. He never fully immerses himself in a pursuit enough to enjoy it to the max. There's a lot of sometimes mechanistic sex as Rocco and his guypals work their way through the applicants. It gets repetitious. It was interesting to watch the varied reactions of the girls. Katka was passive, chewing gum indifferently while being fucked, and even while giving a blowjob. Eva T. thoroughly enjoyed herself. Tara was clearly uncomfortable and shocked while being spat on and slapped.

Review brief: This is my second review. I think I may be qualified, as I have now mastered the art of removing a dvd from the hub in the case. My husband will be watching this movie with me. Synopsis This movie has one really good scene (the third), and another worth watching (the first). Scene 1 The scene opens in a graffiti-filled alley, with April flashing her titties and ass, and mugging the camera. Fast-flash editing and softcore don't do it for us. She squats and pees, laughing. Dillion Day grabs her and pushes her down for a brief bj and a little titty-fucking. We are liking this for a minute, but James Bonn enters and most of the heat goes out of it for us.
